I had high expectations for The Biscuit Bar, but I was disappointed. Biscuits were hard and really didn't taste of anything. Gravy was clumpy and lukewarm, chicken was soggy. I've tried it twice, thinking the first time it was just an off day, but it was even worst than the first time. I won't be going back. I have had great experiences so far but tonight our salads were wrong. My black and blue salad had no croutons or tomatoes but had pecans and cranberries. My wife's Uptown salad had no cranberries or pecans or bacon but had tomatoes. Ordered through Uber eats. I let the restaurant know by phone. Still love the food. read more

My first visit was a nice Sunday @ the Coppell location. The staff were really nice and the food was good. If you are a true sugar head like me, try the french toast biscuits with the holiday tots on the side (chef's kiss). read more

GREAT PLACE FOR BREAKFAST. Well priced and oh so yummy. I tried the fruity pebbles drink as well. 10/10

In general I enjoy the Biscuit Bar. This was the first time I've been to this location. I placed the order online and picked it up. It took a couple of minutes for a staff member to show up but that was fine. When she came he was very nice and apologized for the wait. They had separated our banana pudding from the rest of the order so it wouldn't melt or get runny. Very thoughtful. That was the highlight. My husband ordered the monte cristo. He didn't care for but he didn't realize it was on a biscuit. smh. I wouldn't look at that as an accurate review. I've read other reviews where people thought it was ok or liked it. I would go by those. I had the bacon, egg (over medium) with Brie cheese. I was sad because it wasn't that good. The egg was over hard and the biscuit was dry and there was no flavor. We got bottles of soda and they were WARM. The banana pudding was just ok. Kinda disappointed and felt like i lost $30 and we didn't get any tots, that was my my bad because i didn't read and assumed they came with the meal. I forgot. read more

Y'all, what happened to the biscuit bar?! We went not long after they opened and had a great experience. We went again today to a truly awful experience. Ordering was chaos for our party of 6 and as the food came out, multiple orders were wrong and the staff was super rude about it. Then, the food itself was not good at all.... They were biscuits that i could have gotten at McDonald's. The monte cristo (our favorite from the last visit) looked slimy and gummy instead of appetizing. Low quality meats were used. Very disappointed and won't be back I'm afraid. read more

We stopped in to try Biscuit Bar on Tuesday afternoon. Wendy made sure we had everything we needed and was very kind and friendly. We tried the fancy chicken sandwich, biscuits and gravy and French toast, which were all delicious and filled us up. We will definitely plan to come back! read more

I drive by this place often when I go to Irving. I decided to give them a try and let me tell you...it was a HORRIBLE SHOWING! First of all, I tried to download their app for Android which wasn't listed even though they promote it on their website. I tried to order delivery via their website but it shouldn't cost $10 in delivery fees to have food delivered. I went to the store and met a confused employee who couldn't figure out if the food under the To Go sign was mine because there wasn't a name or receipt on the bad detailing who the order was for. THE FOOD: I ordered a Monte Cristo Biscuit. Super dense biscuit that was super chewy and had more of a Bagel consistency. The Monte Cristo was supposed to have preserves on it but there was none. I ordered a Taco Salad that was 95% salad greens. I literally had to search for the meat. Then, to make matters worse, why would you put a salad in the sack on it side? As I pulled the box out of the bag, the salad fell out of the box in to the white paper bag. I ate a salad, a Taco Salad out of a White Paper Bag.....AND I didn't get any salad dressing. Ate here last Saturday and Wendy helped us. It was super good. I had the Buffalo Blue Cheese Chicken biscuit which was excellent! My wife had the HOSS and OMG it was unbelievable. An awesome combination of savory and sweet that I for sure will have next time we eat there. Totally reasonably priced for what you get and those craft sodas that taste great also. read more

Wendy's customer service is out of this world! We visited Thursday around 8:30 pm. Although we showed up a little bit late before closing she still made sure we were taken care of and recommended a few of her favs since it was our first time here! Loaded tater tots are nice. The hot hot biscuit was not good. The biscuit was dry and didn't seem to be freshly made. They were not as big as anticipated especially for the price. I'd come here for a drink and some tater tots not for the biscuits. read more

I have been to this location before and wanted to try something different. I was unsure between the Nashville Hot and the Hot Honey Biscuit. Wendy took the time out to get me a sample of each sauce which made my decision a lot easier. I really appreciate her taking the time out to make sure I had a good experience. Wanted to love this place - great location, cute interior. Food was just completely moderate to lacking, and a pretty poor value. Maybe this is a COVID precaution, but the jam served with our biscuit (which was just mediocre, honestly) was just a jelly packet. I can go across the street and get this at McDonald's for 1/4 of the price. The kid's meal ice cream was hilariously small. Honestly not too mad about that one, but either commit or don't offer it. Not all bad though, the tots were delightful. This will be a decent happy hour spot. read more

After waiting for 20 mins for my food and seeing others that ordered after me get their food I asked if there was something wrong with my order. The server let me know a mistake had happened and immediately took action to get me my food asap. More than one employee apologized for the mistake and they took 50% off my order and gave me a free banana pudding. Very impressed with how the employees handled this.
