Do not eat here. The pancakes are tough and you can tell it is box batter. The bacon is extremely greasy and fatty. The grits have a lot of lumps in them. The scrambled eggs are tough and tasteless. Even though it is not good if you order it you have to pay for it. I took 1 bite from each thing and still had to leave and go somewhere else to get a decent meal. This place is disgusting. The first cup of coffee tasted weak, which may explain why the container only had flavored options. My waitress, who seemed as excited as a kid returning to school after a long break, was unhelpful when I asked about the available toast options. From her response, she assumed I should know they had sourdough available. There was a large chip on the mug, and I was required to point at the missing piece when she did not understand the word "chip." The replacement cup also had a chip, albeit a smaller one. They either can not or do not want to replace the damaged cups. The food was okay. After a few bites, I realized the Western omelette was missing onions. The hash browns had an overly crisp crust but a moist underside. The toast was buttered, and unnecessary served with additional butter. read more

We stopped in for breakfast and had a great experience! My daughter ordered the crêpes and they were excellent -- light, delicious, and perfectly done. My husband had the waffle combo, and he couldn't stop talking about how good the waffles were. The scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly, which is always a win. I ordered the Mom Breakfast, and everything on the plate was cooked to perfection and tasted great. Service was fast. 1st time here and it was SO GOOD. There are so many options on the menu to choose from. They also use organic and local ingredients when possible, which my husband and I could really taste the difference. Our server Lillian was very knowledgeable about the menu and made great suggestions. My husband and I ended up getting the House Bowl and a Turkey Avocado Wrap which comes with a cup of soup since it is a lunch item. Placed a carry out order but couldn't reach them over the phone, calls went to voicemail. Had to drive to the restaurant and place the order. I did let them know so they were surprised and probably corrected the problem. We had a Cowboy Omelette and Veggie Omelette with grits and biscuits, and a Bacado Omelette with house potatoes and biscuits. They were all good, fluffy large omelettes. Biscuits we okay. We didn't care for the house potatoes. They had an odd seasoning that two of our crew didn't care for. Dining room was nice and clean and service was very good. I'm updating my review from 4 stars to 2 stars. Literally the stars are bc their food is great and nothing else. The service is just horrible. I've been here twice now before 2:15pm (they close at 2:30pm) and this most recent time the guy was rude saying the kitchen closes at 2:15pm well guess what it wasn't 2:15pm and he made this face like we were such an inconvenience saying yea we'll I'm already off. This place needs to change their times to reflect their actual business hours. They basically close at 2pm so just list it as that instead of 2:30. read more

It was a celebratory day - International Women's Day, Boo's and my 8th monthaversary and us both being off of work on a Monday! We happened to be in the area and hungry so we came by as their online menu looked the best. Our server was the absolute BEST. She was so nice and you could just see through her eyes that she's a kind person. She was also very speedy. I promise you we ordered and didn't wait more than 5 mins, our food was at the table and hot! We both got mimosas and I had the Seaside Benedict - Crabcakes, avocado, of course poached egg and one of the best Hollandaise sauces I've ever had! I wanted to be greedy and eat both bennies, but the delayed gratification side of me won out and I took one home to enjoy it later that day... and enjoy it I did! First, they offer a great menu of items. I am not a sausage eater and I asked my server if the cook could substitute chicken instead in their Tex Mex Omelette. Her answer was "of course". My dining mates had coffee and they raved about it. I had iced tea (hey, it's Texas!) and it was excellent. The food came in a reasonable timeframe, and I am not exaggerating... the chicken Tex Mex Omelette was the best omelette I have ever had - it was cooked perfectly. I have been here before and each time I have gotten something different and I have never been disappointed. But I now have a favorite that will be ordered from now on. Waitress did her job, but she seemed to be apathetic, without much interest in a customer who needed a couple of extra minutes to pick from the menu. She brought our coffees, but when I said I was "almost ready" she left and took forever to come back. She was just sitting at another table facing the opposite way, and even another waitress came to see if I needed something, because I obviously wanted to order. She told my waitress, but she kept sitting for longer. At the end I spilled accidentally some of my coffee, and I apologized, but when they came to clean I was not offered more coffee. I am giving 2 stars purely because the owner here has always been very kind in the past when we have had issues which honestly is what kept this review at bay until recently. But we moved to FloMo in August of 22 and this place became our twice a week regular spot because the food was always so fresh and fantastic!! However over the last few months it's been a steady drastic decline in quality and consistency. The nail in the coffin was recently picking up our to go order to discover the sausage had been changed to what was akin to McDonald's sausage . The biscuits were stale, the once amazing hash browns were under cooked inside and over cooked outside and I don't even know how one can accomplish that. Im sad to say I'm not sure we will be back. We aren't sure what has happened but it just isn't what it used to be. read more

After reading reviews, we decided to check this place out! My husband enjoyed the omelet, house potatoes and pan "warmed" biscuit. I had the healthy option of California toast. There were so many breakfast options from which to choose. We loved the "tag team" option of waitresses waiting on us! Classic rock and roll music played in the background and the cafe was inviting and clean! For a mid-morning crowd on a Thursday, it was packed!!! We've been here half a dozen times for breakfast, brunch and lunch and have never been disappointed. The food is always healthy and exceptionally good. The service has been good to great every time and you have to love the house Kangen water. It tastes awesome and is supped to be better for you than regular tap. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming not terribly impressive, but who cares when the food is so good. We love this spot and hope they are very successful so they can get a bigger location someday. The club sandwich was average . However I attached a photo with the top part of a tomato that was included in my club. The sweet potato fries were disgusting and the hash browns were greasy.
