I have seen these pop up all over the place and finally went with some friends to try it out. At this location, you order in line then take a seat and they bring it out to you. I got The HOSS $8.90 which is their signature biscuit with fried chicken, bacon, gravy, cheese and honey butter. Their biscuit is solid, it is crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. The bacon was not quite as crisp as I would like but the fried chicken was nice and tender. I could not taste the honey butter at all and the gravy was kind of generic but good. All together it was pretty tasty but had to be eaten with a knife and fork. I also got their Biscuit Nuggets $ 4.70 for 6. These were just okay, they are more dense and texturally very interesting but not much flavor with the sauce and added maple syrup like the cashier recommended. They have so many options though, I will definitely have to go back to try some other items. read more

My husband (and total food snob) said this is his favorite restaurant hands down. Flaky biscuits, cooked to perfection. Crispy on the outside, like a cloud on the inside tater tots. Came here one evening for takeout. I purchased a Fancy Chicken, Hot Chicken and some loaded tots. I got through my Fancy Chicken which was pretty good. As I got around to the Hot Chicken, I took a bite and spat it out immediately. The chicken was tough and had a rubbery texture. I thought, "ok, maybe it's just the first bite." Nope. The next bite was just as rubbery and chewing it was like chewing on a balloon. I ended up tossing it and finishing the loaded tots. Stopped by this location Sunday 3/19 11:30 am to get the FAAB to go, which is my favorite. Placed my order, was given a number. Stood there and waited and waited for my order. I saw on the screen that it was "Done", continued to wait until I got the young lady's attention to let her know my order said done. Come to find out it wasn't done because she had to ask the kitchen for my order and they had to make the order and slid it through the window. Sat down to eat my biscuit and it was COLD and the white cheese wasn't melted AT ALL, there was a hunk of the fig jam in the biscuit and what looked like one piece of bacon broken in half to make it look like two pieces of bacon. I was VERY disappointed and couldn't eat it so I just threw it in the trash. I hated to throw an $8.00 biscuit away but I didn't feel it was worth it to go and have them remake it because there were others still waiting to get their food. We love to eat Biscuit Bar food but this experience was not a good one. We came in on St Patrick's day and drove to this location in hopes it would be less chaotic than the other locations. It was quiet but seemed extremely understaffed. From what we can see there was only one person working the register and the entire bar. Poor girl was doing her very best. She let us know that they have a mountain of "to go" orders and we would have to wait a minimum of 40 minutes to get our food. With only one or two ppl making food we understood why the wait was so long. My feedback would be to add more staff to the shift and block out times for the "to-go" orders so you can serve the customers driving to your store to sit and eat. I also should mention the other girl partly working the front with black hair and glasses turned away over a dozen different groups of ppl. Convincing them to leave. As a business owner myself, I think this is not a beneficial system. read more

I would give you a 2... Gave me the wrong sandwich. It was not the food I ordered I drove to your location to get the order fixed and after paying for delivery. I am a healthcare worker and I have been working 12 hrs 6 days this week slammed by Covid surge. I am also the CEO of Steele&Grey Social media firm. The one day I forgot my lunch I decided to give you all a shot. I got the sandwich delivered and noticed it was wrong made. So I drove to your location and they ended up giving me add on, on the side to what was missing in my sandwich. Due to me having to drive there I had no time to enjoy my lunch. I had to shove down the meal in your dining area. Which by then the chicken was cold. The girl who was working the dining area was so kind she offered water with my meal. I have mixed thoughts on maybe coming back. The customer service was not outstanding. Room for improvement. How I would fix next time: "I am so sorry you drove here let us make it right and hot for you" or "So sorry we wasted your time having to drive here, let us get this one and refund you for your time" read more
