He's not used to skimping ....so the woman that answered had to physically check the area where they had cat supplies. She offered to check immediately, and did find two types that weren't exactly what George used but my grand daughter decided to try one. We thanked the team member, hung up, and decided to go up to the store and get the substitute product . The property is bright and clean with a good variety of items for many pets. We located the litter (pine chips??? Instead of soy beans I guess!). Paid for them and went on our way. If you are here to visit or traveling through- do stop in. Location is centrally located with lots of easily accessible parking! Store is well stocked with lots of options. The staff were so nice and so quick to help me with what I needed and help me find additional products based on my individual cat's health limitations. They not only had the fresh frozen raw goat milk in the freezer, but also single serve packets where you add warm water to the powdered form. Even though my cat didn't like the goat milk, so nice to know it's available in our area! Pricing was more affordable than I thought as well. Staff also helped with finding the right bone broth and made other suggestions as well for other items I purchased as well. Staff was so helpful. So glad I found this little hidden gem in Loveland!
