As you know, I am…read moresuper cautious about where I eat but after reading about the stellar reputation and experience of the owner and reading all of the five star reviews I decided it was a must visit for me this trip. We walked up to the truck they have several tables and chairs out front and a cool fishing pole art piece on the side. I ordered the grouper sandwich and the much famed mango slaw. Wowzers! It was really good I would even say it surpassed the grouper sandwich I had the day before at a restaurant in the area! I dare say it was quite impressive. The fish tasted very fresh and was fried to perfection and the slaw was tasty the cabbage to mayo ratio was spot on I couldn't even taste the mayo which I loved and deeply appreciated. lol. I got a picture of Bear and Bob while we waited for our order and of course a picture of the fishing pole planter display such a cool idea!! I have to give my first food truck experience a 10/10 and I am so glad I ventured out and tried it. Definitely do not sleep on this gem I know you'll love it too!!

The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. The burger was HUGE and extremely good. This is a classic smash-style burger cooked on a flat top, so if you're expecting a charbroiled flavor, that's not what you'll find here. That said, I really enjoyed it. Mine was a tad over-seasoned, but I'll take slightly over-seasoned over a bland burger any day. My only real complaint was the bacon. It was a little stringy, so when I took a bite, an entire strip tended to pull out with it. That meant I basically got all the bacon in a couple of bites and then it was gone. Also, be prepared: this is a messy burger. The bun was fine, but it really couldn't stand up to the size and weight of two patties and all the toppings. By the end, you're probably going to need both hands and plenty of napkins. The onion rings were good and made a great side. I'll definitely be back. Next time I'll probably skip the bacon and try some of their less traditional burger toppings. If you like big, juicy, flat-top burgers and don't mind getting a little messy, Richie's is absolutely worth trying.

The Biscuit Factory looks like a unique food truck. When I was there, the area was clean and the people working were very friendly and quick. I love bacon so I had the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. It was huge and tastey. Lots of bacon. I went for a blueberry scone, but they were sold out. They said they get special requests for the scones and can't keep enough. But all that bacon made up for the scone loss. Maybe next time. read more

First, my family would like to commend the business owner for the exceptional customer service we experienced today. The wait was longer than someone would typically want to spend due to its popularity every morning since we have been here (Labor Day weekend) but it was absolutely worth it! The father and sons cook and give great friendly customer service and the Wife/mother bakes awesome lemon blueberry scones and other goodies.
