I wanted to get my hair dyed a radiant from yellow to red and Trung executed it perfectly! I love my hair!!! I had so many people ask about it afterwards. Previous experience from another salon left my hair dry and damaged. I thought that was the norm because my hair is so dark. This is the 3rd time Trung has done my hair and everytime it has been AHHHMAZING!! This salon was recently remodeled, looks super chic and fresh. As soon as u come in trung greets you and provide you with water :) On my second visit I mentioned that I wanted a rosy gold balayage. Showed him a few pictures and he perfected it! He even offered me a color pot to take home. No salon has ever suggested that for my hair and this was the first. For my third time, I wanted something a lil different and allowed trung to play around. The technique he used was foilayage? And the color came out very very nice. It looks different depending on the lightings. Sometimes it's an icy light lavender and in the picture I posted I guess it's a smokey beige. I LOOOVE IT!!! My pet peeve before at a salon is the wet cold feeling running down the back of my neck after a shampoo. I have NEVER EVER experienced this problem with trung. He's always super attentive and the way he rinses my hair the water never leaks or drip down the back of neck into my clothes. After every shampoo or rinse I get a niiiice warm dry towel around my neck. As simple as it sounds I look forward to it everytime lol. I can go on and on but main thing is PERFECT customer service, spotless salon, great listener, attention to detail, customizes hair service to your type of hair growth and health, has years of experience, and my hair always comes out feeling healthier, silkier, NO BREAKAGE! I've been meaning to write a review for a long time! I was recommend to go to Trung back in April and everything turned out how I wanted it. I explained to him that I wanted a dark charcoal grey hair color - he explained the processes in how we would get my hair to that color (mind you I started off as dark brown black). Trung's work is on point. Decided to get my hair dyed grey with a green tone to it. My first time getting my hair dyed and it went really smooth. The color came out to my liking where in a darker atmosphere you would see mpre gray tones and in light the mint green shows perfectly. Trung did keep watch if the bleaching process gave me problems and that he would wash it out and redo it but it was not bad at all. Really good conversationalist so the time it took to do my hair went by quick. He did do an extra process during the bleaching to keep my hair from not being dry and I am glad he did.
