That's their primary menu. I had to go with their classic Reuben, and they did not disappoint. It was a sizable sandwich loaded with pastrami, sauerkraut and a smothering of 1000 Island sauce. Make no mistake, this is a messy sandwich, so load up on those napkins before you leave the cart. And guys, messy is usually the sign of a good sandwich, so come prepared. Wifey tried to be a little healthier and went with the chicken cheesesteak option, but who are we fooling? The sandwich was equally delicious yet unlikely to please our medical providers. Have walked past this place a few times and after reading reviews decided to check it out. We went with the medium, and since we were sharing it (because we forgot to ask them to cut it in half) we took it home to cut it. I am glad we did--this thing was so full of toppings it would have been too messy to sit and eat at tables that aren't really sanitary. This is one of the best phillys we have ever had. Beef and onions and peppers with lots of provolone cheese - it was overwhelming - I got a medium and I think would have been ok with just eating half of it. Washed it down with an ice cold lemonade which was great as the weather was getting up there in temperature. I was most impressed with how hot the beef was in the sandwich. I think for me that is one of the things that stood out. I don't think I remember the last time I was served something that could probably burn my mouth if I ate too fast. Maybe I'm eating at the wrong places and am too easily pleased but I really appreciated the freshness of this - straight off the fire. It was served in foil which I think also might have been part of keeping it super hot for the 10 seconds it took for me to unwrap and start eating it in Courthouse Square. My criticisms are very minor and don't take away from a five star experience: I believe the cheese was a little too generous in my opinion. I would have liked to taste a little more beef flavor. The bun also was probably something that could be improved upon. I loved the texture and size but there was a little hint of flavor in there that reminded me of every mass produced bread I've ever eaten that is shelf stable for 2 weeks.
