Food cart
Charlie T.

This is a cool food cart tucked in the North Williams area. They serve only burgers and they do it well. We tried their special burger for burger week along with some of their waffle fries. The burger was well made and one of the most flavorful burgers I've had. The waffle fries were a good compliment to the burger. I would definitely come here again.

We were really craving these burgers & had to stop in. Just as good as we remembered them! How do they get such a juicy patty with that thin crispy meat-skirt?! Pure burger magic.

THE BADDY MELT
Devin R.

If you're craving a burger this is a must stop spot! I tried the the baddy melt and crispy and oozing with cheesy goodness. The waffle fries were also really well seasoned. The food came out really quickly and there is plenty of great seating right by the food cart.

what you'll see on Williams

unintentionally tried this little hidden gem. smelt the food & watched someone walked out from the side of the building with a bag of food, so I'd say our noses guided us here. first, the guy taking our order was so nice & helpful. we were indecisive, but he was patient with us & told us about some items on the menu. we ended up going with the esquites, waffles fries, Macha & Baddy burger. the Macha burger was spicyyy but in a good way. the patty was cooked perfect with slight char & melted cheese. the esquites(corn) was good but a little watery for my liking. the waffle fries were cooked perfectly. i docked 1 star because my burger was super greasy. maybe from the spicy sauce? my partner had the Baddy burger & he liked it as well. there's a tent with a heater in there so you don't get too cold while you wait for your food. it's hidden behind a building, but just keep going all the way to the back & you'll see them

Food was really good, small menu but what they had they did well! The only thing I wish they had was more sauce options! The people there were so nice and the food court area was not overly crowded and had covered chairs!

Poblano Mole Smash Burger Special

Second time coming here for a burger and it rips! My first visit I got their salsa matcha burger (highly recommend) but this time I got their weekly special which was a poblano mole burger. It was so good, deep rich mole, some heat from the poblanos, crispy beef edges. If you're craving some saucy burgs with unique flavors this is the spot. The Mexican edge makes these one of a kind in the city and the owner is super chill so what are you waiting for?

Smash burger, waffle fries, sauce and a crispy Coke!

Best smash burger I've ever had. Got it the "Lo's way". The pickles are a nice added touch. Burger was charred perfectly. Waffle fries with the burger sauce = perfection!

Yum vegan smash!

The best vegan smash I've had. And the waffle fries are seasoned like curly fries and just as crispy. I'm writing this review as I eat. It's amazing!!!

Impossible Smash Burger and Waffle Fries, with Hot Honey Special Sauce and Lo's Sauce.
Shanez S.

Three hours into a tattoo session, and the only thing keeping me going was scrolling through photos of Lo's Burgers. That was my first stop when I got out and it did not disappoint. I was able to call in the order ahead of time (two impossible smash burgers, one regular smash burger, a big bag and a side of waffle fries, hot honey special sauce and Lo's sauce), which was ready in 15 minutes. I easily found a 15 minute parking spot a few steps away from the food cart pod entrance. The person who rang me up (who I believe I also talked to on the phone) was super nice and informed me they accidentally made the meat burger a double, which my husband was not upset about. They have a chill little covered seating areas shared by a few food carts. Prices were very reasonable. You do pay extra for the sauce, but they gave us a ton! I go nuts on condiments and it was more than I could finish. The big bag of fries were perfectly cooked and so huge, it was more than enough to share for two people. The veggie burger was possibly the best I've had in Portland! Crispy on the edge and soft in the center, with pickles, Lo's sauce, and a buttery bun. Some places overcomplicate the veggie burgers or overdo the toppings, but I think Lo's does it right - they keep it simple and let the burger speak for itself. Couldn't recommend this place enough. We will 100% be back.

Impossible lo's burger with caramelized onion jam. Incredibly good. 10/10

I had this burger for burger week at creepy's and didn't realize there's a truck on Williams. It was just as good as I remember. SO glad there's one near me. 10/10

This is the best burger in Portland no doubt. I'm the burger master, and I know my stuff that's all I have to say thank you.

Between the genuinely friendly hospitality and the flavor combinations, this spot hits it out of the park and is a must for sandwich lovers. Griddled Mortadella (5/5): An incredibly delicious sandwich that perfectly balances rich, salty, and savory flavors. It comes loaded with a generous portion of grilled mortadella and melted provolone cheese, perfectly moistened with a tangy mustard aioli. The fresh lettuce and bell peppers added a satisfying crunch to every bite. Chefwich - K-Town Steak Sandwich (5/5): A limited-time creation packed into a banh mi roll. It had a generous portion of perfectly tender and sweet bulgogi steak that pairs with their melted jack cheese. The gochujang mayo sauce had a subtle and sweet heat, while the fresh kimchi added crunch and slight acidity to balance the rich meat. Elote Tater Tots (5/5): Definitely a creative side dish. The tots were perfectly fried and topped elote style with cotija cheese, pairing well with the smoky chipotle mayo on the side. Logistics Tip: Street parking is surprisingly easy to find in the surrounding area, even on a busy weekend evening. The restaurant has a spacious layout with plenty of seating options both inside and outside. If you're a first-timer, don't hesitate to ask the staff for suggestions, as they're exceptionally warm, welcoming, and passionate about the menu.

We walked down here on a beautiful day after wedding deletes shopping, so spirits were high. Located on a busy corner, but with plenty of outdoor seating, Lardo is a good place to have lunch on a Saturday. I have nothing to say about the parking sitch. My daughter and I shared the Willamette Reuben and her friend ordered the Italian Flag. We shared the Lardo fries. Oh man, the Reuben was perfection! The flavor of the meat and everything on the sandwich, from texture to flavor--chef's kiss! We heard that the Italian Flag was excellent too. Definitely, you can share a sandwich especially if you're having fries. The fries were delicious--crispy and flavorful on the outside, perfectly hot and mushy on the inside. Yum!

The water is serve yourself which I actually prefer. There wasn't a ton of seating on the cashier level but there is more seating upstairs which we did not visit to take a look at. There's also plenty of seating outside and covered tent seating. It took about 12-15 minutes for the food to be served which was ideal. While we were waiting, one of the employees started sweeping a rug outside the kitchen but wasn't even making contact with the bristles and the rug? Must've been on that zaza I ordered the Morrison and tried the Steel this time around. I have to say, I'm going to ditch the chicken next time and go with the Steel!! I also tried the sellwood and I have to say, both are really tasty. Me and my wife wanted to try a new burger spot initially having already been here before but the lack of open options were lackluster so we chose to come to a spot where we knew would suffice!

Especially loved the open windows and bar seating.

I got the small Smasher without pickles and with grilled onions and split small fries with my sister. The burger came to the table with pickles but easy to remove on my own. The flavor of the burger was delicious after a long day of walking. The ingredients tasted very fresh. The fries were a good thickness and had a beer battered taste. I love that there's a ketchup bottle for you at the table. You can also grab ketchup packets and other sauces near the fountain drink station. The towel roll at the tables was great. Didn't have to get up and get napkins. The food arrived within 10 minutes of seating. Water cups are available. If you're feeling adventurous you can try the Peanut Butter Pickle Bacon burger. There's two restroom stalls. One of them needed to be cleaned but the employee at the counter was kind enough to warn me. Code is needed to enter the restrooms. There's a changing station, manual flush toilet, automatic towel dispenser, and changing station. The employees were chill and seemed to have a good relationship with each other. There's sports on one tv. The ambiance is a little intense with the music but I didn't notice it until I was done eating because the food was so good.
