My son's daycare was able to attend a teddy bear clinic here and it was so thought out and organized ! The kids were able to go through 3 stations 1. Inpatient - where they told the doctor everything that was wrong with their teddy bear ! The kids had a form and the adults filled it out! Very cute all the things the kids said 2. Next was the doctors office station where they got to see and use the doctors tools , learn what each tool did , and then test the tool out on the doctor ( stethoscope , and the tool to test reflexes) 3. X-rays- they were able to go to the x ray room and at the end receive an "x ray" of their teddy bear they could color! So cute very organized and a great way to teach young kids about the medical field

I paid out-of-pocket, and he completely just minimized everything and told me to move my arm as much as possible, and I physically literally cannot. I'm bruised in. I feel like every other next level was better than this one. I will not be back to this location. **10/23/25**** For clarification: the child reported as…read morebeing abused was not a patient of this practice. The child is the sibling of the patient and accompanied us to all appointments. I'm including this detail because the owner has since emailed me demanding that I clarify it. According to the owner, no video was provided to CPS. However, the CPS officer shared information that contradicts this. This is my experience, and I have every right to share it. Because my child was not a patient, the provider had no access to the medical history or diagnosis. Their decision to report was influenced not only by a parking lot video, but also by prior judgments about the child's emotional behavior during visits over several months despite lacking any clinical context. The child's behavior is part of our daily reality, not unique to this office. A simple conversation could have clarified everything. As a parent already managing complex circumstances, I expect compassion and communication before escalation. If I receive further demands to alter or remove my review, I will post the CPS dismissal letter related to this incident.

This place is easy to work with and FAST! I honestly don't understand why some reviews say…read moreotherwise. When it comes to our kids, of course parents want things handled quickly, and every time I've gone, I've been in and out. Most importantly, my kids are seen by caring physicians and an amazing staff. The nurses and doctors always give thoughtful advice and don't just rush straight to antibiotics. They actually do the proper testing, explain the results, and make sure you get the right treatment. I have an 11-year-old, a 3-year-old, and a 1-year-old, so when one gets sick, they usually all do. The doctors are always welcoming, patient, and helpful with all of them, and they consistently help get my babies back to their healthy selves!

During that time, I noticed multiple people arriving and being seen right away because they had appointments. When I brought up that I had called earlier, the front desk staff became defensive instead of addressing the concern. Plus they charged my co pay without being seen. On a better note, I ended up going to Memorial Hermann Health System just two miles down the road. She prescribed medications recklessly, put me on steroids which made my injury 50 times worse than when first came in and she also put me on a life-time prescription of inflammatory medications without even examining me.
