I rescheduled and showed up for that appointment but there was no one in the office. No text, voice mail or anything to indicate this second appointment would not be kept. I called both numbers and texted. No response as I sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes waiting for some communication. I took off work for this appointment. Not sure what's going on but this is no way to run a business.
