The drinks here are delicious! It's hard finding good boba in North Houston/ spring, but this place is fitting! They have a wide selection of items to choose from along with their toppings. I tried the green Thai tea, Thai tea, and strawberry matcha and all 3 were great. The inside decor is inviting and there is a good amount of seating here. The decoration was nice, it's just a stereotypical boba shop. It was slightly dirty, but that's probably not a regular thing. I got the passion fruit tea with mango bursting bubbles and it was disappointing. I was way too sweet for me. My brothers said their drinks were also extremely sweet. The bursting bubbles did not go through the straw very easily, so I ended up just sucking them up one by one. I've heard that this shop had a perfect balance of sweet and not-too-sweet. The staff made the drinks quickly and were not loud. Overall, the shop has a cheap, almost plastic vibe. One of the best places for boba in Spring, TX! I visited The Boba Shop for the first time a couple of days ago and was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and gave me samples as I was trying to decide which drink to get. I ended up getting the Green Thai Tea with boba because I loved the sample so much. It was my first time trying the flavor anywhere and it became an instant favorite of mine! Very flavorful, unique, and not too sweet (I asked for less sweetness). The boba pearls are pretty typical, not too soft or hard. I also tried my friend's mango smoothie, and it was also very good. The prices are also reasonable. The shop itself is very cute. Plenty of seating, simple yet cute decor, clean, and lots of games available to borrow and play. Really chill hangout spot. I tried the lychee tea with Crystal boba and loved it. It wasn't too sweet (which is rare for those drinks!!) so it was refreshing on that hot day. I ordered the dumplings for the first time which were a little bland. I also ordered a Pork Banh Mi after reading great reviews. It was a great size sandwich with great proportions of all the necessary toppings. My only suggestion would be to make the meat itself just a little more flavorful. I miss the old owners! First off, a boba shop with no regular tapioca?! I ordered a fresh fruit smoothie and was charged .50 for mango & .50 for strawberry even though we ordered a strawberry mango smoothie? I also added almond milk and there was another .50 upcharge (which I expect), but a .50 upcharge for fruit in a fruit smoothie.. just a bit confused. Just visiting this area to see a friend & while I was waiting for him to get out of school I did what I usually do to blow off time which is visit boba shops lol. First impression of the place was its very clean & nice vibes. Definitely a great place to chill or do some studying/ work. When I walked up to order I was greeted by one of the friendly staff. Sat down @one of the orange armchairs by the window waiting for the typical order call, but was surprised to see the same girl who took my order bing it out to me. I talked to her for a bit & asked how long she been working & she sounded like she enjoyed working here. On 1st sip I realized how warm the boba was & it wasn't hard or too soft it tasted as if it was quite fresh & chewy. The "Green Thai Tea" was on point on both taste & aesthetic. Wished I lived closer so I could make this my usual spot but at least now when I do visit I now have a new boba shop to go to. This place has the best taro tea out of all the other tea places I've tried ! I also never was a fan of tapioca until I tried this location, I like their honey boba. This place is clean and the staff is always very friendly. Unfortunately, they don't have many drink options and they have a $5 minimum charge to use a debit/credit card. I usually add extra boba and I'm still below the minimum. So before going here you either need cash or plan on ordering 2 drinks. Its just not my favorite, dthe drinks are just ok. The Boba Shop has such a cute interior. They also have games to stay and play if you'd like, similar to most boba shops. They have some food items but I did not try any of them. I liked my Lychee boba drink. The boba seemed smaller than average size but the drink was made well. They use non-dairy products which I also really like about this place. I gave only 3 stars because I did not like the fake strawberry syrup they used for my bf's strawberry drink. You know that fake strawberry flavor I'm referring to. They did say they used syrups so it shouldn't have been a surprise, but still disappointing. He liked it though so if you don't mind that, then go for it! A friend and I stopped in after work for some boba and the service was quick, the avocado smoothie was absolutely delicious, as was my friend's mangonada that I took a couple sips from- real chunks of mango and a tamarind straw too! That spicy noodles was not good at all, it felt like instant noodles, also my boyfriend ordered sandwich, it was also not yummy. The most important things is that we were waiting for food for one hour, and service is not good. The waitresses didn't pay attention. Ever since I've moved to the Woodlands I've been trying to find a boba place that steeps their teas instead of using powder and Boba Shop does exactly that! Their Milk Teas have bold tea flavors which I really enjoy! It's out of the way, but closer than having to make an hour trip to Bellaire. I got a tea from here earlier, the staff is super friendly. I asked for a Taro cream tea with no boba, they gave me boba anyways. My girlfriend is allergic to boba, and when I asked them to remake it with no boba, they simply strained tea and put it back in the same cup. There are only so many boba options in this neck of the woods, but yelp praised this place so highly so I was excited to know that there was a place that I could probably like in this area. I really wanted to give this place more stars, but it was really just a-ok. The shop itself is in a strip mall that is easy to locate. The inside is very simply decorated with orange walls and ikea furniture. The menu has enough drink options to cover all the basics. The service was great and friendly also which is always great for a mom and pop place. As far as the drinks: too much milk not enough tea. We ordered the thai tea and milk tea and both just tasted TOO CREAMY that when I was drinking it I almost forgot that it was tea. They sell dumplings also which we had and thought that it was not bad. On top of that they also have sandwiches and chips. I am hoping that it was just a bad day, and I will def try them again. Also as another yelper mentioned, they do have some competition across the street (which I've been to but only had the banh mi's).
