I've been a regular customer here, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I recently ordered delivery and both drinks were far below the standard I've come to expect. The Honey Peach Tea was extremely salty and had a strange soapy flavor, making it undrinkable. The Passion Fruit Tea was completely bland and unsweetened, even though both drinks were selected at 100% sweetness / standard. This feels like a clear drop in quality and attention to detail. Parking for Li Cha is plentiful; what's hard may be finding Li Cha, though. The easiest way to find Li Cha (despite having Google maps) would be to go towards the middle of the plaza, where it's grassy. From there, it's right next to the Blue Palms Brewhouse. I had their Thai Iced Tea with quarter sugar - just perfect - with boba. The boba was definitely on the sweeter end, but their lightly sweet Thai tea was perfect. Service was okay; my friend and I were both not acknowledged for a bit. Wi-Fi is available, though note that working here can be fairly difficult as the music is blasting in the background. I think this is my new go-to boba spot. Location is a little tricky, but worth it. Lots of parking available so there's no excuse not to check it out! I got the Honey Tea with grass jelly because the lady at the front said the honey tea was good with lychee but I decided to try it with grass jelly. Refreshing and light not too sugary it was just right, however I don't think I'll get it with grass jelly next time because it was definitely hard to drink the jelly because as you can see on the photo it was floating lol so the drink/jelly ratio was pretty off haha. 10/24/23 - This place was formerly a T4 tea; I remember going here a little over a year ago when it was still T4 and thinking how it was pricy, but they still had decent boba. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea- I didn't realize at first but after checking in on Yelp, I saw that you could get a free upgrade of your drink to a large size. Make sure to take advantage of that when you can! The drink itself was not worth it at its price (more than $6.50 after tax). I feel that there are better value and quality drinks at other places. The milk tea tasted like I was drinking more syrup instead of milk tea. The boba was not very good as it was small and hard. The inside, however, is really cute and clean, and the service is really quick. I got my drink right away and was given a stamp card for future rewards. My family frequently orders from this establishment via food delivery apps. I really like the food and drinks here but the below average review is because 7/7 times I've ordered, they always make at least one mistake. If I order Oolong Tea, they give me Oolong Milk Tea. If I order half sweet, they give me 100% sweet. When I order one Oolong Milk Tea and one Traditional Oolong Tea, they mix up the customizations between the two. It's really annoying and I thought it would be fixed once T4 became Li Cha - but no. I still give them chance after chance because of the proximity to my house and the food and drinks are delicious. The tea was probably one of the better tasting rose tea iterations I've had, but was disappointingly missing the "real rose petals" advertised in the drink description. The salted cheese foam was delicious! I didn't experience any issues with the food portions, or seasoning mentioned in other reviews - and there is an option when ordering delivery to request extra seasoning and dips to-go, on the side. Which is par for the course for most Taiwanese popcorn chicken - when you go in-person there's usually a side counter with seasonings you can add to your chicken, or other fried treats. Given it was over 90 degrees in the valley again, we came to grab a little snack and boba to escape the heat! In terms of the super cold running A/C, moderate music, and indoor seating, it did the trick for us. We got the taro milk tea with pudding to avoid caffeine so late in the day (you can tell which options are caffeine free based on the lack of a little green leaf next to the drink names on the overhead screen), and it was a solid pick. The pudding was soft and lightly sweet, as it should be, and the taro flavor of the tea was mild and not too sweet, even at full sweetness! Now the popcorn chicken was awesome! It was all dark meat, without too much breading, well-seasoned, juicy, and fresh-out-of-the-fryer hot. The Sriracha Mayo was a perfect sauce to accompany it. My partner didn't love the Sweet chili sauce, though he usually prefers that flavor profile for his chicken sauces... He preferred the Sriracha Mayo here, too. The people seem nice, but I got there as soon as they opened so they were getting things ready, so they didn't really address me much as I walked in but just kinda wanted to know what my order was... The katsu cutlet was burned and had virtually no flavor, it did not look like the picture they have on their website. They give you a sauce with it, probably to make up for the blandness of the food.
