I found this place while researching for a good sauna studio to complement the juice cleanse I'm doing for 21 days. After viewing their website, I found out that this was something my bf and I could do together since they offer halotherapy as well. I had no idea what that was but their website provided adequate information. I thought this would be great for my boyfriend since he has been having bad allergies. We booked an appointment and got in right away for both the infrared sauna and salt room. Upon entering, we were greeted by Amber, who showed us the beautiful studio. She really listened to our reasons for being there and thoroughly explained how the sauna and salt room would help my bf and I with our health concerns. She got into the science behind the infrared lighting, the heat and the salt, which I really appreciated! Amber really knows what she is doing and was very sweet. We even got to watch Noah Centineo in his new movie "The Perfect Date" which made the 40 minutes go by quick! We will definitely be back and am so happy to find this place near our home. read more

Had my first session today and really enjoyed it. Used the check in off which brought the cost down to $19. I had been curious about what kind of treatments there were and decided to give it a try. The gal working was incredibly helpful and nice, she explained everything, gave us a tour, and was very welcoming. The sauna itself is pretty clean you get a 40 min session and also have a choice between eucalyptus or peppermint wet towels. A session is equivalent to a 2-3 mile jog, not sure if that is accurate but I did feel like I was sweating a lot. I can't complain about my experience it was really great, something to try and they have really good prices. read more

Absolutely adored the Body Lab! I have sinus problems and came here for the salt room. I had a Groupon for two sessions and I will absolutely be coming back. After my first session I slept through the night for the first time in 3 months! Really has helped with my sinuses, but also my eczema which I have had for years. Wonderful place to go for infrared sauna, or salt therapy rooms. Great customer service, the staff is friendly and will answer your questions if you are new to sauna. The sauna rooms are comfortable and have plenty of space and each has their own tv that you can keep on the music channels or watch whatever you want, the volume comes through on the sauna speakers. You can also switch the color of the lights inside the sauna and create your personal stress-free environment. You are given 40 min in the sauna but since you have the room to yourself you can step out for a breather then pop back in if you need to. Infrared saunas are not heated as high as steam saunas so, once you get used to it, you can stay in for the whole time. They also offer packages which lowers the price. Saunas are great for relieving sore muscles, stressful days and help the body detox. read more

This place is my new self care sanctuary! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave it's just so calming and welcoming. I wish I knew the woman's name who has worked the front desk every time I've been in. She's so sweet, friendly, adorable! It smells so good inside. The essential oil towels are such a nice added bonus. It's always very clean in the saunas, with fresh towels. The benefits I've felt in just a few sauna sessions has been super noticeable. I have felt so good the last few weeks. It doesn't seem like something that would have such great benefits like it sounds awful being in a tiny box that's 150 degrees for 40 minutes but I swear it's amazing. Being still with no phone, no TV, no kiddos asking for snacks. It's been great for my clarity, my skin, everything. I look forward to it every week. Love it here!! read more

I got a hydrofacial on Monday and IT WAS AMAZING! I saw immediate results AND I felt like it just got better with time. My pores look almost nonexistent now. Before coming to The Body Lab I had never been in a sauna, or even heard of Halotherapy (the salt room). Amber made sure to remind me to bring water and stay well hydrated for my 40 minute session. Each room has a smart tv, so you have many options to help pass the time. At the end of my time I felt very relaxed and my sore shoulders were no longer sore. Needless to say, this is now part of my regular routine after a long work week. Right around the time of the Holy Fire, I came down with a nasty cold and all the smoke/ash didn't help. So back to The Body Lab I went, to try the salt room. Salt is dry misted into the room, which is set up SO cozy, and immediately fills the space. Within minutes I noticed my sinuses began to clear and soon I was coughing and able to rid myself of the mucus that was bothering me so much. I left breathing much better and will be sure to bring my little ones in the next time a cold hits us. Thank you Body Lab team!! read more

I've been coming here since they opened and I absolutely love it! The staff is out of this world!!! they are always so friendly and knowledgeable and always make me feel welcome. The saunas are so inviting, the rooms are super clean, and each room has a tv connected to Netflix. They just added a shower also which I love to use after I finish an infrared session. They also have awesome events like galantines day or like wellness events. It really is just a wonderful business and has become a home away from home for me. read more

They were able to squeeze us in last minute. Staff were very friendly and informative. The place is very clean and professional, yet very comfy and made me feel comfortable. They have a single or double infrared sauna. There's a TV you can watch from within the sauna, with sound. It helps that 40 minutes of sweating go by faster. It was tough, but worth it. I felt good after. There's also the Salt room. It's supposed to help clear out respiratory symptoms, which I'm struggling with. Two or more can fit in that room. There is also showers there for you to clean up and resume your day, refreshed. Coming soon is their IV therapy room, which I'll be eager to give a try too! I recently went to The Body Lab not really knowing what to expect. I've never been in a therapeutic infra red sauna before and the thought of sitting in one for more than a few minutes was rather intimidating. I was greeted by Amber upon arrival and after a quick check-in procedure, she escorted me into the room. I was immediately impressed by how the sauna looks, and the fact it was Bluetooth enabled and hooked up to a smart TV so that I could watch Netflix, cable TV, or listen to music. It certainly came in handy and helped me pass the time although I could see how some people may want to sit in silence and meditate. 40 min later, I was drenched, relaxed, and later found out a burned a ton of calories (super exciting news since I didn't make it to the gym). I felt so good I decided to stay and take advantage of their newly added salt room. You're basically in a super cozy room, with comfy zero gravity chairs, a soft comfortable, and a TV. I left it on the music channel, laid back and relaxed. Salt enters the room through a small hole and begins to fill the air. After a few minutes you can feel your airways opening up, and it almost feels like I'm at the beach breathing in the salt water. I was so relaxed, I fell asleep and woke up about 30 minutes later. I had some water and a delicious snack bar before I left and enjoyed the rest of my evening. I would highly recommend everyone try this place at least once. I'll definitely be back! read more

This place is newly remodeled and open for an amazing infrared sauna experience! It is super clean and they have individual saunas or one for two ppl. Each room has relaxing music and a TV. I chose the red light but you can choose a color that addresses what you're looking for. About 1 min in the sauna was heating me from the inside out and I was already sweating! 40 min feels like an eternity but if you stick it out it's totally worth it. I have a hard time with heat and I loved the cold lavender towels to help cool you off. If you get too hot you can just crack open the door for a minute and it feels amazing. After the 40 min session I felt completely rejuvenated and cleansed. I will defiantly be back! The owner Amber is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I can wait to try the ice room and salt room coming soon. read more

My husband and I stopped by for a session in the sauna and salt room. The rooms are private and you very comfortable. We did an hour long session in both the Sauna and Salt Room. We felt amazing after both! We started with the sauna, using the infrared red light, adjustable temperature. Its amazing how this makes you feel, increasing your core temperature and not even noticing while you watch one of your favorite shows on Netflix. After the hour was up the alarm went off to let us know it was time for the Salt Room. With our pores nice and open we stepped into the Salt Room started our session. It was very relaxing and therapeutic. My husband and I sat in our chairs while we listening to an amazing violinist play on the TV. The salt is very fine and is pushed into the air with a special propeller they have, allowing us to inhale it deeply to cleanse our lungs and really get into the alveoli. I really enjoyed this because it was so cleaning for me since I suffer from allergies (I'm a nurse and really believe in these kinds of things lol) Overall, my husband and I left feeling really relaxed and detoxed. Very nice, clean, modern spot! They also offer many natural products, drinks etc.would highly recommend anyone to check it out. read more

Wow! This place is awesome. My boyfriend and I went in for the infrared sauna and ended up staying for the salt room too. (Great date idea guys) The space is so clean and set up beautifully. They have flat screen TVs on the wall with Bluetooth so you can watch Netflix or listen to music, anything you want. You also get your choice of a peppermint or eucalyptus cold towel. Which feels amazing! I felt so relaxed after my session and my always tight low back felt loose. The salt room is like your own relaxation room. As a man I was unsure about visiting a sauna place. However, I was really pleased when I walked into the facility. The vibe of this place is perfect for anyone. This was my first time trying an infrared sauna and I appreciated that the receptionist was knowledgeable and took the time to explain how everything worked.
