I took a virtual class at work due to COVID-19. My comfort level in public is not the same as before due to the current climate. I can't wait for once it's safer, but I'm glad they're finding ways to stay in business during this pandemic time... I had a close friend to remind me of how great the massage is here..... I would like to first start off by saying to The Body Spa management and staff members that I am truly sorry for write this review after 7 years of fantastic service that this business has maintain/upheld. I thought that I had written a review but only task check-ins and tips for each visit. My friends , family and I have all had great massages throughout the years here. What I do remember on my last visit which was my birthday that I was welcomed by the front desk and it was very quite. I had the pleasure to have male as my masseuse which I shy away from (preference only) but this gentlemen has perfected his craft. I felt relaxed and he was able to get all my knots out and able to make me feel very comfortable. He kept asking if I was okay and making sure that the pressure was fine, the next I know it was 90 minutes of serenity. The prices here were affordable and very reasonable in my opinion (but this is also coming from a person that frequent Burk Williams establishments). The quality of a massage here is worth the peace of mind. My body has been aching for months and I can't wait until I can go back on a regular basis when suitable for me. Made a last minute "couples" massage with my bestie and I am so glad we did! Made the appointment on a Saturday for the next day (Sunday). The facilities are clean, the vibe is chill, and the staff is so quiet and soft spoken. Such a friendly and welcoming experience. I have had massages at other places in other cities and states and this place has moved to one of my top preferences. I chose a firm deep tissue experience and let me tell you, my knots and kinks were worked out. My friend and I walked out of there shaking from just the relaxation and working out the stress pent up in our muscles. Just take all my money! 10/10 would recommend and will be going back again! I love that they want you to be vocal about any concerns you may have, whether if you want them to use harder pressure or if the hot rocks are too hot. They are super accommodating! Excellent massage! Got the Royal Combination for 90 minutes and it was amazing! Definitely a deal considering everything that is included, which was hot stones on the feet and back as well as legs, and a foot scrub. A very clean place, but doesn't smell like cleaning products if that makes sense. Perfect temperature, masseuse checked in with me at natural transition points and asked about pressure preferences throughout. The oil they use is neutral smelling which is a plus for me since I'm very sensitive to scents. And they clean all the oil off of you at the end with warm towels. Hope to be back soon! read more

My fiance and I came here and did the couples massage. The front desk was super friendly and they sell dermalogica products! The rooms for a couple massage are connected so you are able to see and hear each other, which is a plus. The beds are not in the same room. My masseuse was good. I usually get massages in LA because I'm there to relax but with COVID, my favorite spa was closed and wasn't traveling as much. This place was my one shot while I was in town because I'd read other great reviews. I don't like to review places until I've been twice. I have now been twice and both times they were incredibly professional. They wore masks and were good about cleaning surface areas. I had David both visits. He doesn't speak a lot of English but I was able to easily translate with receptionist and we had no issues. I like FIRM massages and it was great. He focused on my areas of need and checked in to see if it was all good. (I like that because sometimes those hot towels are boiling). He was also good at making sure all the massage oil was off. I don't like feeling greasy afterwards. I'm a bigger woman but never felt shamed or awkward there and was very happy with my service. I'll be back. read more

I use to come here a lot and haven't been back in a couple of years. Prices went up and they upgraded the place a little bit i believe? However, massage was good. I only did a 45 min but she seemed rush. Any full body massage i've ever gotten was front and back side but she only did the back. I had to keep asking for her to go softer because it felt like she was leaving bruises on my shoulder blades. You pay before the massage and i usually leave the tip in the room under the pillow, as i was walking out, they demanded a tip and questioned if I really tipped or not...
