Staff was super friendly and all smiles, making me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. The massage room was simple with dim lighting and minimal decor, and gentle melodies played in the background during my session. I asked for harder pressure, and when my masseuse applied deep tissue pressure, it was good! But it wasn't consistent pressure throughout, which was noticeable to me, and she did miss some spots too. The effort was there for sure, though. And she did a thorough job on my legs, particularly my hamstrings, calves, and shins (it's rare for these parts to get that much attention, so I appreciated this). These Asian ladies have strength! I had Cindy she had excellent forearm strength as she worked to massage my knots out. The place is no frills but it was simple and smelled clean. We got a couples massage and at the begging they were slightly obnoxious by talking to each other or picking up the phone but I let it slide because for about $65 a massage you're getting a killer deal. I wouldn't say the massage was like relaxing because they definitely try to iron out your back problems but I enjoyed it and will definitely come back. read more

I was recommended by my boy friend to go here and ask for LiLi for a massage. I went on Sunday, 7/17 as I had called ahead to book an appointment for 7:45pm. The price is pretty good for $60/hour table massage and hot stones. During my massage the massage therapist yelled to her coworker to grab more towels and kept talking to her a few times. My massage was a bit rough on my upper back and lower body so I asked LiLi to lighten up on her technique. As my massage went on, she was a bit aggressive and was yanking on my underwear and was quickly massaging my lower back. I mentioned that I had really sore/tender upper back and IT band/quads/calves but she continued to massage hard in my tender areas. At the end of the massage, I was at the register and paid her in cash and was giving her a $10 tip. LiLI scoffed at the $10 tip and said to me "usually $20" and stared at me in disappointment. IMPECCABLE, totally nice, clear and concise. The location is in a nice safe space and it VERY CLEAN! Initially they were gonna put us in separate rooms but we requested a couples space and they provided it with no hesitation. We both enjoyed our massage! We felt comfortable letting them know what we needed, where we needed it and at what strength level. They happily obliged. We both felt refreshed and properly treated. Lena and her team are excellent and very conscientious ... they have helped me work out soft tissue pain in my back and legs from skiing, biking and just getting old. Side note: the people who complain about tipping do not understand the compensation model (this isnt Uber or a pub). Therapists are primarily compensated by the tip and the low advertised price primarily covers the overhead. Don't be too shy too let them know to go a little lighter, because good lawd, they can be strong! They're very coach-able so just let them know exactly how you like it! I was appalled by some of the reviews here... TIPPING IN SOME INDUSTRIES ARE NOT OPTIONAL! For example, if you can't afford to tip a server, don't dine at a restaurant! It's more than just bad manners, its uncivilized and unamerican! The reason why these Asian massage places (Yes all of them) are able to keep prices low, is because the initial cost pretty much goes to the house. I personally tip at least $20 every massage. Came here over the weekend to visit a friend and tried a massage, left feeling ripped off and disappointed. First of all, let me state the negatives (why I am giving a 1 star): - The lady at the front desk initially smiled and greeted me but when I started making specifications regarding the massage she stopped speaking to me! - My masseuse ( Yoyo I guess ) didn't even seem to know how to perform a massage. She was just lightly tracing and grazing over my back, when I asked about it, she replied "ok". Ultimately there was no difference after anyway. - During the massage, she would walk out several times without asking me or telling me, and walk back in and continue the massage. This effectively made me feel the massage time was only 40 minutes or so, out of the whole one hour. - When the massage ended, I asked for showers, and they made me wait for a loooong time which I am not even sure why. - I gave up, but was demanded to provide a high tip of 20 bucks, and I was alarmed. I really hated the experience so I refused to provide any tip. Just simply walked out, never again! read more
