It was a cold salad that included crumbled cornbread, diced celery, onion, green pepper, corn, and I think pimento binded together with a light dressing and served in a scoop. The macaroni salad was plain ole southern elbow macaroni with a tangy mayo based dressing. Both salads were tasty and I enjoyed them.
