Me and my friend split the $80 pot. For crab legs, shrimp, crawfish, tatos, corn, garlic noodles, lemonade. We also got 2 appetizer shrimp tacos. We got the house sauce, heat level 2 in the pot. Yum! I was craving shrimp and this place was spot on. I read the reviews, and was glad we waiting a month after opening to let them work out the kinks. Well worth the wait! We selected the Boil House sauce for our shrimp and it was excellent. I'm a wimp so the medium spice was perfect. The garlic noodles were a great side for the shrimp. My befriend had wings and eggs rolls. The sweet chili sauce was the perfect amount of spice. My favorite dish were the bang bang shrimp tacos. Very nice sized shrimp! Went here to celebrate a birthday dinner. We loved the food and had no problems with service as previous reviews mentioned. My only complaint was some items seemed a bit overpriced and the odd pacing of the food. We brought some wine with us and our server quickly brought over wine glasses while answering questions. Our apps were the spring rolls which were very good but I would have preferred a sweet chili sauce over the vinegar dipping sauce. Friends said the bang bang shrimp tacos were great but small for the price. Next came the garlic noodles - they were very tasty and a big portion but we expected that to be served along the seafood we ordered. So we slurped those up but...they would have been so much better with our main meal. The seafood fried rice came out by itself but this time our waiter told us the seafood was coming in just a minute. Worth the wait...mussels in the boiling house sauce, juicy head on shell on large shrimp with bay seasoning and snow crab legs in lemon butter. We also requested andouille sausage but they only gave a few slices which was a disappointment. Dessert was a tiny lava cake with ice cream. WOW not enough good adjectives for this place...atmosphere, staff and food. Desiree was our waitress and was AMAZING! We wanted for nothing!. The food was amazing! Great portion sizes and the flavor was outstanding. There were a few hiccups throughout the night with our order but nothing too detrimental to our experience. I had a good experience at the Boiling House, by and large. We started with the Thai chili wings and I really expected wings tossed in bottles sweet chili sauce. That's not at all what they were. I don't think they were "Thai," exactly, but they were flavored amazingly. The garlic noodles are great and I enjoyed the boil we got, although the potatoes and corn didn't boil long enough to pick up the boil. I'm a little confused by the mix of things on the menu. They work but buffalo wings, Asia style noodles, and Cajun/Creole boils are a little disjointed. I think it works but it's just a little confusing. Overall, I'd recommend going here. read more

Third visit and I am finding that my previous experiences were very lucky and I got the normal wait and subpar service that other reviewers may have been getting. It was pretty empty on a sat night yet we felt that we had to wait to flag the waiter down a few times to get basic water refill or a spoon. We also added an order of noodles and rolls toward the end of the meal which got lost in the computer system. Come on guys. There was only 1 other table! Have high expextation for this place since it has tons of good reviews. Maybe my expectation was too high but this place is just not worth $$. Crawfish are 13$/lb. They are big, fresh but the sauce is definitely not comparable to Crabby Cafe. And .75$ for half a corn, 4$ for sausages? other places don't charge for that. Being from the south I am pretty critical of southern/Cajun food from the north, but this place did it well. Two of us shared 3 lbs of crawfish in the house spice boil with some corn, potatoes, and andouille added to it and it was quite flavorful. Don't know if I ever had it that way exactly in Louisiana (there was a lot of garlic) but it satisfied my yearly craving. First I would suggest calling for a reservation we just walked in at 6pm and were told we could set outside (to hot) or wait till 7:30pm. We decided to get it to go which took only 20 mins. We got a Dungeness crab, king crab, corn and potatoes in medium garlic sauce boil. Food was perfect! Great portions and very flavorful. The only thing I could improve on would be the corn. OMG everything from the staff to the music to the food was excellent! Desire our waitress was top notch! Professional and personable all in one. We started going to boiling house when they first opened the doors. The food was AMAZING!!!! The wife and I went last night and the food was not at all amazing. The snow crab legs meat was very salty and the boiling house signature sauce was watered down. Like ever new restaurant they start off strong and are unable to sustain their consistency of what made them amazing. The Asian gentleman that was the manager and also who made the sauce is no longer there making the sauce in house. The new manager had no problem with tell us the reason he is no longer the manager and only makes the sauce off site. Because of his poor management practices. You don't bad mouth another employee to customers as an excuse for the decline. That upset me the most. No loyalty! It will be a long time before we return and hopefully the food is as we remember before. read more

Delicious seafood! Get the Bokling House flavor, it is really good! We got the Seafood Fest. It is pricey, but good for special occasions. The service was excellent; waiters were friendly and timed their questions perfectly so that I wasn't answering with a mouth full of food. The ambience isn't the best. Very crowded space, we were sitting right next to the kitchen, literally on the other side of the thin wall. There were no doors. Drinks are per can for soda. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!! Runnnnn to a more deserving restaurant.. I am sitting at the restaurant now as Im writing this review. The sauce for the food was good and the food was ok. My biggest complaint is that they charge by the pound and they make sure it is exactly a pound, for example I ordered the dungenese crabs and they gave me a cluster with 2.5 claws and the other one had 4 claws. This was not a pound when I go to the supermarket and get a pound of crab you get 2 clusters. This is ridiculous because in business it is not going to be exact, but presentation is everything. Why in the world would you give a customer some crazy looking food.If you want to compete with other business you need to adjust prices to reflect that maybe the seafood will be a little over a pound. A little positivity, the waiters were amazing, and they try and accommodate the customers. however to the owners brother that is another story he was so rude. he had the nerve to come to our table as we were drinking our wine and tell us that he had other reservations and we needed to leave. I have never in my life been sooooo insulted like that and trust me I frequent many restaurants from high end to low end. Due to the fact that the owner's brother was so rude and has no idea how to work in the food business and that they are literally weighing the food in the back to make it an even pound instead of having a nice presentIon I will never come back to this establishment. I don't know what some of those reviews are about. We just had a terrific time and a great meal at The Boiling House. Our server was Cameron, who did a nice job. My friend and I put together a boil for two of us using the house boil and it was terrific--two types of crab, clams, crawfish and lobster. The other two had shrimp tacos and fried rice that was great. I don't know about the rest of the menu, but I suggest putting together a boil and listening to the wait staff's recommendations. Never disappointing. The owner is really nice, usually when it is not busy, he will come by our table. We always get the pre-fixed special (i forget if it is $60 or $80) it comes with snow crab legs, dungeoness crab legs, you can choose two additional between mussels, shrimp, crawfish and something else, also with your choice of appetizer. Well worth the money and feeds about 4 but we usually order a la carte in addition. The boiling house sauce is the best! Lemonade is great. My favorite is the garlic pasta and we toss it with some boiling house sauce, I could eat this for days! The calamari is seasoned very well and is really good too.
