Enjoyed a night of karaoke with DJ U Know after seeing so many posts and videos about it on social media. Hadn't intended on ordering any food, but did grab some catfish for me and ordered fries but they never came. The catfish, however was top notch and delicious and made for a great sandwich for next day lunch. Lol My Washington apple had an odd taste, but the maker's on the rocks was great! The other food was ordered by friends, and they enjoyed the tacos and the asparagus. Great vibe and nice place to have a drink with friends and enjoy karaoke. I'll give it another go.

The Good: Ample parking, nice ambiance, and pleasant customer service. Ordered wings which were very good and flavorful. Lobster Mac and cheese was okay. It's definitely different from your regular Mac and cheese. There wasn't much cheese but more of a buttery/oily and garlic base. It was good but it's not your typical Mac and cheese. The crab cakes were very good. Plenty of crab meat with little if any filler. Lastly the crab fries were okay. I'm not much of a steak fries person so that's why I personally cannot co-sign for this one. There was plenty of crab and these cheese that comes with it is more of queso cheese; very thick. The two drinks ordered, the sangria was decent. As described in the menu it tasted exactly like red wine mixed with some juice blends. The henny punch was okay. Needed to let the server know that there wasn't much of a Hennessy taste in the drink however that was rectified without any issue. Definitely worth a try. Very nice vibe for an evening out with friends or a close one.

I really like the vibe here, the customer service was cool it's a small restaurant/bar. I've been there once to eat in and I've taken out three times. I wouldn't say the food is consistent Mommy it's always OK but the first time I had it it was amazing so I will definitely go again and recommend other people to try.

Great food in a great atmosphere! Tuesday was Taco Tuesday, and they had karaoke going on. Our server, Lala, was so sweet. The bartenders were definitely not stingy with the alcohol in the mojitos. We tried sweet potato cornbread, which was served with icing. Tasted like a cinnamon roll and very moist on the inside. The star of the show was definitely the seafood with pasta. Fettuccine topped with a bunch of crab legs, clams, and shrimp. I'm typically not a seafood person, but everything was so well seasoned and had so much flavor I couldn't resist. If this place was closer, I'd go more often but worth the 30 min drive. Check this spot out if you're looking for seafood!

My friend had her birthday get together in February at the Sea Bar new location. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing music playing in the background. At the bar you can see two large size televisions showing sports. Our food came out hot. I ordered the salmon meal and stuffin muffins. The stuffin muffins were very filling and the stuffed salmon was moist and scrumptious. I will be back to enjoy other items on the menu.

*This dining experience was generously arranged by the restaurant but all thoughts and opinions are my own!* There are hidden gems when you leave the city (shocking, I know). Travel with me down south to Black-owned restaurant, Sea Bar 2 Grill & Spirits located in Sicklerville, New Jersey for fresh catches of seafood cuisine. I met up with Michelle, a friend who's just as obsessed with food and beauty as me! We stepped into a marnie dream with blue lights and oceanic decor. The host warmly greeted us and led us to a reserved table in a cozy corner. A few moments later, Lala, our server came over with owner Kalieb Bey. Kalieb is an entrepreneur and chef, plus a hairstylist! He insisted he whip up something special for Michelle and I to eat, so we ordered drinks and soaked in the atmosphere. There was karaoke that night, and we watched guests go up belting their hearts out to soulful jams. A few minutes into our conversation about recent travels, our cocktails arrived! I ordered a Coconut Mojito and Michelle the Peach Mojito. The Coconut Mojito was robust in flavor: creamy, sweet, with a minty hint. I should have been sipping it, poolside, with my sunnies on! The Peach Mojito was fresh and juicy, reminiscent of Georgia summers by the lake house. These cocktails packed a punch and I started to feel the rum instantly. Thankfully, our food came out to remedy this. And remedy it did, the Sweet Potato Corn Muffins. At first glance, they appear unsuspecting. Small and dusted with powdered sugar, innocent enough. When I bit into the muffin, it reminded me of an upscale cinnamon roll but with sweet potato! The decadent muffin glistened with butter, blessing my mouth with warm spices and a smile. The glaze on top sealed the deal, I licked my fingers as Michelle commented how she was excited to see what was next. If this appetizer lured us under a foodie spell, what else was in store? Shrimp & Jumbo Lump Crab Scampi was on the dinner table and oh my, what a sight to behold. The aroma of spices, butter, and a whole lotta love circled our noses. I could have sworn, we were transported to New Orleans with the amount of seafood on the plate. The shrimps had a seasoned, slightly spicy, and smoky flavor from being grilled. Plus they were huge, which is always a win in my seafood scoresheet. I'm not a huge fan of mussels but when I took a bite into these, I became a convert. Like with the shrimp, these mussels were seasoned to the heavens. For the star of the show: the crab legs. Michelle and I had a blast cracking the shells for the meat, and my god, the meat was sweet! Never before had I had sweet crab legs and I need more ASAP. Lastly the pasta was delicious and gave a little carb vibe between our seafood feast. Since it was Taco Tuesday, we, of course, ordered some Shrimp Tacos. These tacos came with seasoned rice (yummmmmm) and of course the tacos. Soft shelled, seasoned shrimp with a hint of spice that made my mouth water. What's not to love about a good taco? I took some to-go and ate it the next day. It tasted just as scrumptious as I enjoyed them on my front porch with some lemonade. Sea Bar 2 Grill & Spirit has captured my heart and stomach and can't wait to visit again!

Very friendly staff, excellent food. Lobster bisque was large with 3 big lumps of lobster. Alittle pricey but you get what you pay for, big servings, lunch the next day. Well worth it.

The head on shrimp actually add a lot of flavor. We got the Old bay garlic butter. I also ordered an order of garlic bread for dipping. This place is located in a strip mall and my lady was super skeptical, but it was really good! I would have preferred more crab because it was about 3 clusters. That's 1.5 Crabs. Overall it was so good and I was super full when we left. I was so full that we left 1/4 shrimp and mussels . I will go back clean and I will get extra crab next time. The total for Crab boil combo, 1 Coke (bottled) and an order of Garlic Bread was $70.

I love trying new restaurants and have had this place on my radar for a while…read more We decided on a whim to try them on a Saturday night in the summer. We got right in with no wait. There was live music in the main dining room consisting of one singer singing Latin music. We were each given a tablet with the menu, which was pretty awesome. It took us a long time to decide what we wanted because we were enthralled by the extensive menu with all of the photos on the tablet. I decided to order a cocktail and my husband got the horchata while my mom got an unsweetened iced tea. They have a full bar with a ton of specialty drinks. My drink arrived with flower petals adorned to the side of the glass. We also received complimentary chips with salsa and salsa verde. As an appetizer we decided to do the taquitos. I love taquitos so I was excited, and the presentation was great. However when we bit into them we noticed they were just pieces of chicken breast rolled in tortillas and fried. No seasoning. No cheese, nothing mixed in. I was surprised. The taquitos I've had in the past are made with shredded chicken and potatoes with cheese. These were lacking flavor and dry. I wanted to love them so much but I just couldn't. For our entrees, I did the chimichanga mixto which was a chicken and beef chimichanga. They were on the smaller side but plenty for one person. The filling was mixed with salsa but again felt bland. They were serviced with a side of rice. My mom got the pina loka, which was grilled shrimp, chicken, and steak with onions and peppers inside a pineapple. Hers was very good. My husband got the La Jeño mix which had chicken shrimp and steak with cheese sauce, rice, and veggies. The flavor of his was pretty good as well. We skipped dessert, but the menu was extensive with all your Mexican favorites plus items like chicken parm. They also have a full breakfast menu. The music was very loud for the small dining area if you wanted to have a conversation, but the singer was doing his thing. We made sure to tip him on our way out. The servers checked on us frequently and service overall was good, I just wish the food wowed us more because I so wanted this to be our new fave.

At A-Pot, you're not only getting the usual options of meat, veggies, and seafood for your hot pot and grill-- you're also hooked up with a variety of sushi, sashimi, and deep fried food to fill up your plates with. I liked that their sauce bar is filled with ample options of sauces to mix and match whatever suits your tastebud's needs for the day/occasion. For our group, we loved the house special sauce to go with the grilled meat. What also wowed me was that they had a fridge filled with delicious milk tea/iced teas that you can take as part of your meal. I loved the Thai tea-looking drink as well as the passion fruit tea. Some people in our group also had taro and loved it. As for dessert, I love that they have a buffet section dedicated for sweets as well as a fridge full of single-serving ice cream cups. Of all the flavors, I tried their coffee ice cream and it was really good. Since our group was one of the first to dine there for the day, food was still pretty fresh when we arrive. The interior is spacious and designed like a typical buffet, so I guess there isn't much to write home about for ambience. Service was pretty ok, but we had to flag down the servers to change our grill pans and refill our hot pot broth every once in a while. Overall, I'd say you get the bang for your buck here. I would love to go there again.
