Today was my first time visiting The Bowery. A friend was celebrating his birthday at this fine place with great lighting,Cold beer and delicious Food both items I tried of their menu were more than just good they were filled with flavor and pizza was crunchy all the way to the last bite. I have to say I'm very impressed with the pizza being served here. I found my new favorite place for Pizza,Beer and football. I don't live anywhere near this area but I have family who does and I'm definitely recommending this place to them and even bring them. Love the new layout of the place ! The bar mixed with games for the kids is perfect for families. The food was good too! Why 3 stars first I order a salad 5 piece of pizza and 2 drinks and before tip spent 65 dollars. I ordered the truffle pizza but they did not have prices anywhere .. SO I was shocked when I paid . The truffle pizza was definitely worth it but still it was a sticker shock. Also the timing of food was not good. We had to wait for the slices and had to keep remind them what we ordered. Great atmosphere, super friendly staff, but the food is subpar to say the least. My friend and I split two slices of pizza and a Caesar salad (tried to order garlic knots, but they weren't available yet though they're listed on the menu). The pizza was very disappointing. We got a slice of pesto and a slice of pepperoni. They were a bit dry and the crust was like biting into a cracker; you could tell they weren't fresh. The salad was okay. You can't really mess up a salad. It was pretty big as well, so that's a plus I guess. Also FYI the food is pretty pricey. $8 for a soda and a slice of pizza. $21 for a slice, a soda, and the salad. Not surprising considering the location and vibe they're for though. Overall I'd say this place has potential... didn't try the beer so maybe that's its saving grace. read more

My husband & I went here for the second time last night. The first time, we were there with friends & got the (HUGE) Taco pizza. It was delicious & we had leftovers for lunch the next day. Last night they were offering slices of cheese or pepperoni for $3.14 each for Pi Day. I am so thankful they had this special, because I probably wouldn't have ordered those 'regular' flavors without it, & I never would have known what I know now: Their pepperoni pizza is probably the BEST pizza I've EVER had. I have had alllll kinds of pizza from all kinds of places. There is really no bad pizza. But: GET THIS PIZZA. The sauce & the crust are life changing. I used the word "phenomenal" for the first time ever. The cheese was amazing too! Tons of great beers on tap! Super nice owner who talked to us for a while before we left! First point of note: The "large" size here is much larger than what you would get at say, a Pizza Hut or Papa John's. Just take that into account if you order 2 larges pizzas like we did and then went "holy crap" with all the pizza we ended up with. Anyway, the pizza was very tasty. As a few other reviews have mentioned, we thought the crust was a little dry but honestly because the serving size was so huge we didn't feel guilty not eating the crust. I can't really comment on the atmosphere because we ordered pick up but they have a spattering of arcade games and pinball machines, music and tvs to watch. Also what appears to be a pretty solid beer on tap selection. Will definitely return at a later time. read more

This is great, came here for the first time with friends and family including 3 kids. Pizza is delicious! I got a 16in pepperoni and mushroom that I shared with my sister and we ate only half because the slices are huge. They have a good selection of craft beer but I got a Pepsi since I was driving and had my daughter with me. They have foosball, darts, air hockey and other games there to play. The place is actually bigger than it looks from the outside. The staff were great as well very friendly and our food came out piping hot, didn't take long at all. Fried zucchini was also ordered and hot wings, I didn't get to taste that but my family said it was really good! Trust me when I say we will be back. read more

But a single slice of pizza for like $8 or more, might as well order Pizza Hut and tell them to deliver here and eat it before or afterwards. The Bowery kinda does have a little something of everything, like drinking is good, ambience is modern hip hop or music people listen to these days, they have Jenga, air hockey table, darts game and a change machine for your dollars for the games. It's all a kickback spot to hang out with your crew or a group of guys. Would come back here only on a Thursday. Any other days are good, but I prefer a Thursday. My preference. read more

My slice came cold! My bartender would never know I wasn't happy because he disappeared right after he gave it to me.

Drove all the way to Fullerton for them to be closed. Very disappointed. We arrived at 11pm.

This is a great place to hang out with the kids on a Saturday afternoon after team sports! They have excellent food, large areas for big groups, and the service is friendly and efficient. My kids especially love the giant Jenga and Connect 4. Try the Tipsy Pig... it sounds strange, but is absolutely delicious! Larry and Summer are such amazing community supporters!
