This is one of my favorite places to come in Fullerton with friends, or to bring my wife on a date. Their patio is dog friendly, which is nice for pet owners. Ambience on the inside as well as the outside are both pretty great. I've also never had a bad meal here, virtually all of their food is spectacular and made from scratch although their prices are not "cheap" they are also very fair, especially given the quality of food. The drinks are also dead on, they have a wide range of craft beer as well as a full bar. The service is great. The only thing I could think of the lands in the constructive arena is their live music. Sometimes they have open mic nights, other times they have a hired band or musician. The music is way, wayyy too loud. I don't mind live music, but it can't be so loud that you are unable to enjoy the company. Patrons should be able to talk to the person or the people next to them without being drowned out by the music. I recently came with friends for drinks and we were having a great time for the first 10 minutes we were there, but when the music started, we couldn't hear each other talk at all. So we just sat there quietly, drowned out to mediocre music. We all had another drink and then left. Might be a better idea to have the music loud enough to be slightly above background noise, but low enough where you can reasonably talk and listen to those around. Even ordering at the bar was tough. We would yell an order at the bartender, who would yell at back for confirmation. Often, exchanges in this dialogue included "what was that?" read more

Pour Company has been one of my favorite restaurants for a long time. I typically dine here at least once a week because the food is consistently delicious, and when I visit in the evenings and sit in Mario's section, the service is always exceptional. Unfortunately, my experiences during the day have been the complete opposite, and both involved the same server, Tania B. The first incident occurred when I ordered my usual meal: the Steak Frites, cooked medium rare with the mushroom peppercorn gravy. When my meal arrived without mushrooms, I politely mentioned that it normally comes with them. Rather than checking with the kitchen or simply explaining the dish, Tania immediately insisted that it had never included mushrooms. I even asked if the recipe had recently changed because I had been there the previous week and it was served with mushrooms. She walked away, returned with a menu, tossed it on the table, and said, "It doesn't say mushrooms." Her tone and attitude were unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional. Ironically, when I returned another evening and ordered the exact same dish, it was served with mushrooms. Today (7/31/26), I returned for lunch and, unfortunately, Tania was my server again. I ordered the Steak Frites medium rare, but it arrived closer to medium-well or well done. I politely explained that it wasn't cooked as ordered. She took the plate back, returned a few minutes later, and told me, "That's how it's going to be. Take it or leave it. The chef is the owner, and that's his message." I mentioned that last time she told me it didn't come with mushrooms and clearly there's mushrooms on my dish. She responds with, well sometime it does and sometimes it doesn't. I'm like so inconsistency is a thing here? She replies with if that's how you want to see it. I asked if I could speak with the owner directly, and she responded that he was "too busy making food" and refused to let me speak with him. My friend and I paid for the rest of our meal and were preparing to leave when I noticed another employee in the kitchen. I asked if he was the owner, and he explained that he wasn't and that the owner was actually downstairs. I simply asked if I could have Nick's phone number or email so I could share my concerns. The employee kindly said he would see what he could do. While we waited, Tania approached us multiple times in a confrontational manner instead of allowing us to wait peacefully. Rather than focusing on the guests seated at her bar, she seemed more interested in arguing with customers who had legitimate concerns. Throughout both visits, she displayed poor customer service, responded with attitude when simple requests were made (even something as basic as asking for a side of ranch seemed to annoy her), dismissed concerns instead of trying to resolve them, and escalated situations that could have been handled professionally in less than a minute. What makes this especially disappointing is that the restaurant itself is excellent. The food is consistently great, and Mario provides some of the best service I've experienced anywhere. Unfortunately, one employee can dramatically impact an otherwise outstanding restaurant. If Tania is, in fact, a manager as I was told, it's concerning. A manager should be setting the standard for hospitality, resolving guest concerns professionally, and de-escalating situations--not arguing with customers or making them feel unwelcome. I truly hope ownership addresses this because Pour Company deserves better representation than what I experienced. I would love to continue supporting this restaurant, but I will be avoiding daytime visits as long as this level of service continues. read more

My friend and I watched a FIFA World Cup game here while eating dinner. I ordered the poke salad, which had ahi tuna, mixed greens, crispy rice, and an avocado dressing. The crispy rice looked and tasted interesting. These were cubes of rice packed together with the outer edges fried. The cube resembled fried tofu because the inner part was soft with rice filling. I thought the dressing was decent and complemented the salad more than the ahi tuna. This entree comes in a large portion as well. Overall, the ambience was decent inside. Since there were tables already reserved inside, the bar was the best place to watch the game. The inside dining area was relaxed as we were the only ones there for the majority of our visit. We talked a little bit with the bartender as well. I was also surprised to see some board games at one side of the restaurant. In contrast, the patio was lively, and there was someone performing music. There weren't many suitable tables to watch the match outside, so we opted for dining inside. read more

I saw the rave reviews when vising Fullerton and decided to stop in for dinner. It was a really warm day so the inside was a little more crowded than usual but plenty of people out on the patio as well. I sat at the bar and was entertained by the commentary of the bartender - its fun to see people who seem to enjoy and be good at their job creating a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately they weren't able to pour a half pour of beer so I had to order a whole pint and a salad for dinner. I added chicken and was impressed with what I got. For a place I expected to be more of a pub/beer hall type environment, had pretty legit food. I won't hesitate to come back and try again next time I am in town! read more

Stopped in on a Sat night and were seated inside after a short wait. They had trivia and happy hour on a Saturday! We had a second reservation that night but will definitely try to come back for that. Got a mix and match of food and drink from the happy hour menu. Sangria was a bit sweet for my taste but we asked for the bartenders choice of mixed shots which was a fun experience. Came here on a Friday afternoon around 3:30pm for Happy Hour. They have a decent happy hour menu. We ordered a few green tea shots ($7 each). They were super tasty, so we ended up sipping on them. I also ordered the Implicit Invitation Double IPA (yum!) and the pepperoni French bread pizza off the happy hour menu ($9). The pizza was tasty, but the portion size and presentation were slightly underwhelming (2 pieces; each cut into thirds). The bartenders were all very nice. When we first got there around 3:30pm, it was pretty empty. Around 5pm or so, it started to get crowded and more loud. Overall, I like this place and would come back! read more

Bar set up outside was nice...not too big...couple of tv's. I did not visit the indoor area since I entered through back. Ordered fried rice with pork belly and shrimp...3 out of 5. Tasty but not sure if the rice was purposely overcooked (mushy texture). So, the dish tasted all the same to me, couldn't differentiate pork from shrimp. Now, the brussels sprouts were thee best I've ever had (5 star). Yes, a must try! Sauce was a tad sweet and the sprouts were perfectly cooked. And it contained cubes of rice, wow!:) I decided to mix the fried rice with the brussels sprouts sauce, lol. Portions are perfect for two. Ordered a soda and a beer. Bill was $45 in total. Vegetarian review: Fries were so so good. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Comes with ranch and some other... orange sauce. Brussels sprouts: also good, but these are not the savory ones that other people have. They're on the sweeter side, with large squares of sticky rice. Good combo, if you're ok with the sweet chili sauce (not spicy). Unsure of indoor seating, but the outside is nice, covered, and cool. Service was good. No qualms. Let me start by saying that Mario is such a gift to this establishment! His personality and service stretched beyond what you will get at restaurants these days. He was our bartender & our server and we can't stop raving about the above and beyond service he provided to us! I really liked this restaurant- that has two sides to choose from- the front or back, with tvs, table and sports bar vibey and other area a bit quieter without tvs and slightly more intimate- which I prefer and where we sat. There is free parking on either side and is just off of the dt Fullerton drag. The food is not cookie cutter so you will get interesting flavors that satisfy anyone's liking. First timer here ! Definitely would return. The garden space in the back is really nice and probably have a greater vibe at night but it's cute. The service was good too, no major complaints or compliments. The French Onion Patty Melt is a must try although the black pepper crust might catch you a little off guard. The fries are probably one of the cleanest tasting fries, as in they aren't oily and they're thick pieces while still tasting fresh. The House Burger is a great smash all around (very heavy). The Burrata & Avocado Toast was a bit overwhelming, as a shareable item trying to cut it gets a bit messy. It's also very thick like there's a lot going on too on the plate. I was told this place has been around for 9 years. Truly a hidden gem among places you can go in Fullerton. As I write this, I am salivating remembering how that house burger tasted like. So juicy, greasy, melty, savory, and sweet. Seriously one of the best smash type burgers I have had! The fries were also freshly made and you could taste the difference. They have beers on tap from a variety of breweries you normally don't hear about so I can appreciate that. the waitresses were all friendly and provided great service. My husband and I have been to Pour Company a couple of times, but this past weekend, we tried some food items that we can't get out of our heads. I tried the Italian Breakfast Sandwich, which had the perfect bits of cheese, pesto and sausage and my husband tried the House Burger, which he thought was one of the best burgers he'd had in a while. We typically come here for drinks, but with our recent eye opening food items, we'll make sure to add this in our Brunch rotation. read more

First off, I believe food should be priced appropriately. Many foods have add-ons and I have a hard time justifying the price tag. The House burger is near $20 by itself. Once you add the avocado, bacon, and fried egg; the price jumps up dramatically. This is only for the burger. Who would pay $30 for a burger. Well, it was absolutely incredible. The patty was extremely flavorful and add-ons made it one of the best burgers I've had in my life. My mouth is watering right now while writing this thinking of the flavors. NOW, is the price justifiable? Honestly, YES. For me, I would pay $30 for this burger again and again. The service was great and ambiance was inviting. We invited our kids and loved the environment. This probably the friendliest little spot in Downtown Fullerton. They have never let me down in the last 2 years I've been going there. The service is exceptional and they treat their patrons as family/friends. The food is a rotating menu, so if you like something go as many times as you can before it disappears. They specialize in light dinner appetizers and brunch. Great for groups or just going to hang out and have a good conversation with friends. Occasionally, they also have a live band. This is definitely one of those "reluctant to post" posts, because they could get flooded with new customers and ruin my little paradise, but I want to see them stick around for a long time. read more

Had a great Friday night at Pour Company! After a long week at work, it was the perfect place to unwind. The vibe is relaxed without being dull, and we lucked out because they have live music every first Friday of the month. The musician played mellow, calming songs that added nicely to the atmosphere. Service was spot-on all night. Our server checked in just enough -- attentive without hovering, and everything came out quickly. Food-wise, we tried the lobster roll, House burger, and the pastrami sandwich. The lobster roll was a great starter and hit the spot. The House burger was juicy and packed with flavor -- definitely a standout. The pastrami sandwich was just okay for us; a bit too salty for my boyfriend. If you're craving something salty, it might be your thing, but it wasn't our favorite. We finished with the cinnamon roll, and wow -- absolutely delicious. Whenever I visit my hometown, I always make sure to enjoy a delicious brunch at Pour Company! I can't remember what I ordered last time I was here, but this time I got their Loco Moco and a raspberry Mai tai mocktail, and my husband got the Steak Frites with peppercorn sauce. The loco Moco normally comes with a fried egg, but I had to get mine scrambled since I'm pregnant. The loco Moco was so good with the spam, and the macaroni salad was delicious. With the rice, Mac salad, burger patty, and spam, it was A LOT of food and I ended up having to take some to-go. My husband really enjoyed his steak frites and was a big fan of the peppercorn sauce. We came here looking for a small bite to eat, and loved how they had a beautiful outdoor, dog friendly patio equipped with water misters for a hot summer day. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, house special fries, pretzel bites, turkey and avocado burger, and burrata. The dishes did NOT disappoint. I had only wished that I had come to dine there sooner! The servers were super friendly and made sure that our waters were always filled, and that they checked in on us frequently. I really had high hopes for this place and I really wanted to like it, but the service was absolutely horrible. Our server took our order and of course didn't write it down. That literally makes me so nervous and I hate when they do that so of course we received appetizers and my meal which I ordered way later and totally forgot my boyfriend's burger altogether this of course happened because he didn't write it down and he forgot to put it on our ticket. It was a major mess up and there was hardly any apology. He did nothing to rectify the situation so basically my daughter and I finished our meal and by the time we were done his burger finally came out. Additionally, he didn't refill our water not even once and it was scorching hot today over 90° on the patio and he didn't ask if we wanted another cocktail before happy hour ended. It just was really bad and got worse and worse as the meal went on. Food.. Brussels 4/5 Pollo Verde nachos 5/5 Teriyaki chicken bowl 2/5 (Mac was not good ) Burger 4/5 Ambiance... 5/5. The place is really cute and they have a nice patio area with a bar and a couple TVs. The inside is cozy as well. Another spot I found when traveling was the Pour Company in Fullerton CA with zero expectations and ended up seriously impressed. It looked quiet up front, but the patio was lively and had a cool vibe, we opted to stay in the front because it was hot outside that day. Food was absolutely amazing super flavorful and generous portions. For the quality, the prices were more than fair. Service was on point t, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I went to Pour Company on a Thursday afternoon with a friend around 5:30p. The inside with the bar was closed but the back patio was open. There were people there and not many tables open but there were seats at the bar. This place seems to get busy around this time because of happy hour. The patio is covered and has heat lamps but you should still bring a jacket. Even with the heat lamps both of us were chilly. They serve alcohol but also coke products and juice. Initially I ordered a pineapple juice but I later noticed a sangria on the menu. I asked for that instead and it was a good decision. They make a good sangria here. I ordered one of the burgers and it was a good size. Very tasty. I did not finish my fries so it was just enough food for me. My friend ordered the pepperoni pizza and fries. She finished all of her food and really enjoyed the pizza. She ordered an oatmeal shot and a pink lemonade cocktail. She really liked the oatmeal shot. She said it really did taste like oatmeal. The pink lemonade was good too. Our server was super nice. She exchanged my pineapple juice with sangria with no problem. She was patient with us as we decided what to order and asked questions. Found some parking on Wilshire and thought the common sense thing to do was that if you see an open door with their signage at the door that thats where the main entrance is. Silly us. Evidently we were wrong. Walked in, and there was no one there to greet us. You walk into the bar as well as some tables. All the empty tables were reserved. People were walking pass us from the "entrance." We were standing there for such a long time being ignored that we were seriously contemplating leaving. It was at that time one of the people working their finally said, oh you need to go out to the outside area to check in. Silly us just standing their looking lost with no signs, being ignored by people. We make it the the open area which has another bar and tables that were all reserved. We didnt know who to ask for a table.... We eventually asked the bartender where do we sit? And she helped us to a table. But that entire checking in process was a huge hassle and left me quite annoyed. It was really rude and annoying, especially since it was our first time here. Silly us for not knowing. Once we were seated. Our waitress was super chill and cool. Really nice. The drinks and food do come out quickly. She topped off our waters frequently and was very attentive to us. I like the live music playing to the side. And all the big screens to watch monday night football. It definitely gave nice date night vibes but at the same time hanging out with the boys to catch a game. We ordered their house burger, as well as 2 apps of their parmasean truffle fries and ahi nachos. Along with 2 of their seasonal drinks. The house burger was amazing. Flavors were on point. It was juicy. I loved the bacon jam in their. The onion fries gave it a nice crunch. Their truffle fries were amazing! Came with 3 different dipping sauces. But the star their were the parmasean truffle fries. Ate every single one of them. Ahi nachos were very good too. Large peices or ahi. Love the flavors and sauces they used in it. The nachos had that perfect crunch to them. The drinks were really good. I had a golden eagle tequila with their pumpkin espresso. It was good. My wife had the peach ring golden eagle tequila drink and it was really good as well. For a little date night, with 1 entree, 3 appetizers and 2 drinks and 20% tip, we spent just under 100 bucks. So not too bad (this is 2025 after all)... The vibes, the food and the drinks really made me forget what a bad check in experience we had st the beginning. Could've easily been a 5 star review if they had someone to check us in at the front (or the back), or at least had signs to walk to the main bar to be seated. Just some structure or attention to detail goes a long way in customer experience. But the food and drinks were amazing. Live music and live sports games are nice too. I haven't stopped thinking about their poke nachos. Visited on a weekday night about an hour prior to close (which I don't recommend) but the man who served us was really lovely! He was friendly, welcoming, had great recommendations, and was super efficient. I greatly enjoyed my poke nachos and quesabirria.
