Since I am high risk, I have appointments twice a week and have had to see Dr. Scott as well who is also amazing. All the nurses here are great as well as the receptionists and schedulers. I've read reviews talking negatively about the receptionists but they are all amazing here. My first appointment to see a Dr here was an emergency call because I had just moved to NWA, had not found a Dr yet, just found out I was pregnant and experiencing a miscarriage. I called other offices in the area but HerHealth got me in immediately and Dr. Smith saw me right away. She was so sweet and when I got pregnant the next month, she has been so supportive the entire way! Any doctor here would be my recommendation to see! Everyone is great!

After waiting 1.5 hours past my scheduled appointment time with Dr. Mason, I requested routine…read morebloodwork (thyroid, iron, etc.). I explained the long wait and asked whether I'd be sent back to the waiting room again, because I needed to return to work. I was assured it would be "5 minutes or less." Twenty minutes later, I still hadn't been called, so I left without the bloodwork I needed. Later that day, I received a voicemail stating that follow‑up testing was required due to abnormal cells on my pap. I had already completed the Washington Regional survey and answered honestly about my experience--including the excessive wait time and the fact that this wasn't an isolated incident. I selected "absolutely not" when asked if I would recommend this clinic, because based on repeated experiences, I wouldn't. I had no intention of returning until I learned my insurance only covers one pap annually, meaning I couldn't simply switch clinics without starting the entire process over. Over the next three weeks, I called HerHealth six times. I spoke with multiple receptionists and with Robin, the office manager. Every single time, I was given a different excuse or told that procedures "couldn't be scheduled without speaking to the doctor," and that Dr. Mason was on vacation. Robin even told me she couldn't schedule procedures at all and that I'd have to wait for the nurse to call me the following week. After three weeks of this, I physically went to the clinic. The front desk employee scheduled my procedure immediately. When I asked why this couldn't have been handled over the phone, she looked confused and said she had no idea why I was told otherwise. Today, Robin called to inform me that after speaking with Dr. Mason, she "isn't comfortable seeing me" because of "how I feel," and that my records would be ready for transfer. In other words: after three weeks of being misled, they finally admitted the real issue: my honest review. This entire situation could have been avoided if they had simply told the truth from the beginning. Instead, they wasted three weeks of my time, delayed necessary follow‑up care, and repeatedly gave me information that was either incorrect or intentionally misleading. They earned the review I left. For: * Making a patient wait 1.5 hours to be seen. * Requiring paperwork to be filled out twice, even though it was identical to the paperwork that took me NO LESS than 30 minutes to complete prior to my arrival as part of pre-registration. However, after sitting in the waiting room for roughly 25 minutes, I was called back up to the receptionist's desk and handed the same exact documents and asked to fill them out again by hand. * Sending me back to the waiting room for 20+ minutes for bloodwork that never happened, because I had to return to work. * Receptionists openly goofing off while patients waited and repeatedly asked for updates. * Three weeks of runaround from both the receptionists and even worse, the office manager, regarding a medically necessary procedure. Robin's behavior over the last three weeks was simply the final confirmation of how this clinic operates. In summary, this is your health--don't put it in this clinic's hands.
