BREW HUT is located inside the building of the dry dock brewing company. Jeff, and Steve We're working there the day that I went again, they answered a lot of questions for me. They also let me know that they do cheese classes as well as other classes.. If you want to make your own beer wine or cheese this is the place to go I cannot believe all the inventory. I WOULD recommend.

This is an awesome brew shop! I drove down here after reading that they were one of the best home brewing shops around. They have a huge selection of ingredients and equipment for just about every aspect of the brewing process. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever I needed. I appreciated that they had local ingredients as well as other well known brands. The store is connected to Dry Dock Brewing and when the mask requirement is no longer in effect you would be able to buy a beer and drink it while shopping in the store... that's pretty cool! This store is a little far from my house, but I will definitely come back when I'm in the area! As a small piece of additional commentary, this store has the best customer service I've experienced at any homebrew shop in Colorado.

Awesome shop, great staff and super fun classes! I loved the 30 Minute Mozzarella Workshop with Mark. It was informative, educational and entertaining. Mark really knows what he's talking about about and really seems to enjoy sharing that knowledge.

Cheese Making Class at the Brew Hut is amazing! Grab a beer from Dry Dock and drink it while attending a fun cheese making class in the Brew hut's "kitchen" classroom. This was the funnest afternoon activity! I had no idea how easy it is to make cheese!! Mark is great and the beer at Dry Dock was fantastic! Beer and fresh mozzarella...come on this is a no brainer! Watch for great deals on Groupon!

This is a great book, sold here or at other places.

We had the best time learning how to make mozzarella cheese in a two hour class. The Brew Hut has absolutely figured out how to be the catalyst for fun and education. The instructor, Mark, is funny and very welcoming and has a lot of knowledge about all kinds of cheese. Mark first demonstrated how to make Mozzarella and then shared a snack using it with tomato and basil. We then got to make our own in groups of four. The directions were simple and easy to follow and Mark was great at checking in and giving tips that would assure success. The brewery/bar was right next to the amazing kitchen and you were able to get a beer while in class. Afterwards, you get to take a good amount of cheese home and they even offered ice packs if you had a long drive or weren't going home immediately. Most, if not everyone, purchased materials from the attached brew shop to try on their own at home. It was a great time and the Groupon coupon made it an exceptional offer and a gateway for a new hobby!

    Craft night...fun!

Simply the best. Top notch selection and service. These people can't be beat. There are not many retail places like this around anymore.

All grain class was a lot of fun. Great to take this step with someone that obviously has the experience and passion for doing it well.

Friendly people and bartenders! I recommend their Snowed In beers and Mexican Chocolate stout. My favorite is having the Contains Happiness and Pilsner. If you enjoy the beers I would recommend to buy them since this neighborhood brewery is closing on 6/27 of this year! Tell your friends to come and enjoy a true Colorado Beer with plenty of flavor and focus on community building!

Obviously with their narrow ages series that is to be expected but more on that later. Few lagers and an IPA which seems to be mandatory for a tap line. The front counter area feels very overly packed and cluttered. Especially when you have people sitting at the bar AND the table directly behind, where the line snakes around, is at capacity. Small qualm but it obviously doesn't deter from the brewing artistry. Great space. Lots of seating and ample parking. The front bar/ordering queue just feels crammed. You have to go beer cooler also in the vicinity. Bartender at a number of breweries but it's taken me a while to pop over here. I've had a good amount of Copper'a beers. They're obviously very famous for their barrel aged series. I've also always loved their can labels and the different sizes they will can beers in. Such a small thing but at a liquor store etc it really catches your eye. The Barrel aged box sets are especially coveted from year to year. Personally familiar with Gabe and Wyatt so had to stop in to finally experience the brewery in person.
