The vibe is nice and so is the location. I ordered the burger with guacamole on it but can't remember the name. It was good. If you want dessert their chocolate cake is good but it's not worth $12 a slice. That was the only downfall I had with this place. Our dinner gang went here tonight and had a great time. The five rate our experience on atmosphere, service, food quality, food portion, and overall value. Atmosphere scored 21 out of 25. Common thoughts were that the place is kind of empty and sounds echo through, music was loud. Service scored a 25. Abigail was our server and she was excellent, very pleasant. Five stars all the way. Food quality food portion both came in at 24. Key words like plentiful, nice balance, massive were used to describe. Overall value hit a 20. Most felt that the appetizers were a little on expensive side. May be that they have customers that stop in and make a meal off the appetizer. We were seated fairly quickly and even got a booth. Our server was amazing. I wish I could remember her name, but she was petite with a bubbly personality. She was efficient and checked in on us often. My burger was very good, but the asparagus (vegetable of the day) was a bit "reedy". The waiting room is spacious and opens to the street for people watching. There is a bar section on the other side and a few outdoor tables. Prices are average and there is an upcharge for credit/debit cards, as many restaurants are doing since they are charged a fee by the banks for each transaction. read more

Our first time here with the new ownership. Everything was great. One server for the whole place so she was running around and doing a good job despite taking care of a big room. My only complaint is that the AC is very drafty and almost creates a breeze that is unfomfortable while eating. We'll be back. read more

Food was delicious except the kids chicken tenders were overcooked. The service was not good at all. The waitress had only 2 other small tables and did not check on us except 1 time when we were almost finished and never offered drink refills. I had to go interrupt the 2 servers conversation to get our check and a box after sitting for over 15 minutes finished with our meal. read more

We really enjoyed our meals here! The bourbon glazed salmon with Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes were absolutely amazing! I would order this again in a heartbeat! The Blueberry Mule was also strong and delicious! The rest of my party ordered pasta dishes. From what they said, the carbonara and Alfredo dishes are also very delicious, with the carbonara being the best. We also tried the vegan stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. It's so hard to find vegan options anywhere, and these were a definite win! Let me preface this review by saying we were looking for a place to eat on a Saturday night that didn't have a wait - and we found Brick and Barrel. The food was pretty below average all together, but the fettuccine Alfredo was not good. It has a very olive oily taste. Note to consumer - if you just want the pasta and not the chicken and shrimp, they are still going to charge you the full amount. Service was subpar, but WHEN she came to the table she was friendly. One of our party ordered a flatbread and it didn't come out until we were all done eating (it was ordered at the same time). The husbands of the group described the Old Fashioned as mediocre at best. So glad we stopped in. Saw a few reviews about the struggles with opening and was hesitant but we had an amazing experience. Raven, with a beautiful smile, at the bar crafted delicious cocktails- make sure you try the classic old fashioned! But they also have a nice selection of micro brews. On to dinner - the Steakhouse burger was cooked to perfection. Juicy and oh so good. Cheddar and arugula with generously proportioned bacon jam - well balanced with the sweet jam and spicy arugula. Powered up my side to crispy Brussels sprouts. They were hot when served and quite tasty. Will def return for the food,hospitality and drinks. For those that are GF they have several options and GF buns. Outside seating available. Full bar. The brick walls and concrete floors and complimented with wood walls so sound is moderate. First time eating there. Prices seemed high for lunch. Service and food were very good. Unfortunately, the restaurant is very noisy. Hopefully better when they open the new section. Sad to see a credit card sur charge. It will probably hurt business as no other restaurants in area do this. It will probably reduce their wait staff's gratuities also. read more

We were a party of 8 who ate here Sunday 3/3/24. Four in our party ordered the flatbread, and every one of us got sick . I tried calling the restaurant to let them know, but no one answered the phone. The bathroom was filthy with urine splashed all over the toilet seat. There was only one waiter, (Michael) and he was VERY GOOD, however once the lunch crowd came in, it was too much for him. They need more wait staff on the weekends. The acoustics aren't good, and we ended having to yell at one another in order to be heard over all the noise. Since half our crowd got sick, and the bathroom was unusable, we won't be back. Went for a buyer and beer at an outside table Ordered the burger to be cooked medium Half an hour later it's plopped down and the waitress vanishes until we call the restaurant to plead for our bill. The burger was served raw, really it was raw in the middle not even warm. When the waitress came with our bill we pointed it out. Uneaten.
