Next is the excellence of great customer service from the greeting to the end of the meal. Then my server was perfect in attention , suggestions , and timely service .... Even a nice touch of stickers on the receipt . But I came here for the pizza and leaving with one word to describe it : BLAND. The dough/ crust was the best part but the rest was a basic as the lunch I had in high school. Zero flavor in sauce , meat , and cheese . The veggies were fresh I will admit. They are skimpy on their toppings as well. Hate to give them such a low score because they were great but for $20 - dominos or papa johns give a lot more for the money and have taste. I hope this review doesn't make this nice place upset but aware of how much better it can be.

I love their pizza and all the unique choices they offer. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The location is close, which makes grabbing dinner super convenient. Their dipping sauces are my absolute favorite part. The Mattenga's Ranch and the Texas Ranch are both so good, and they pair perfectly with our usual orders: the Honey Bexar and the Classic. One thing that's a little strange is the pickup experience. When I pick up, they always show me the pizza before I pay, which I appreciate. But when my husband picks up, they don't show him the pizza, and we've ended up with slightly burnt pies because of it. A little consistency there would make the experience even better. Overall, it's a solid place for a good pie with great flavors and even better sauces.

There tables inside and a few pool tables, then some seating outside as well. It's not as Irish as the name would suggest. Pro tip: make sure you order far in advance. The last time I ordered pizza rolls, a Saturday around 9 pm, the kitchen was backed up for almost an hour. So make sure you're not too hungry!

It's the gold standard in pizza dough technique. Look it up if you don't believe me or aren't aware. My favorite pizza in central Texas is Pie Society in San Marcos; they're my 9.9/10.
