I was told if I would have called the order in directly to the store instead of the online representative the store could have done something about the mistake. So I'm stuck with four miniature subs that cost me $65.00. Poliseno has lost a good paying customer. I will never order anything from there again and I will tell anyone who ask to never order from poliseno on-line because the store workers feels it's okay to take advantage of its customers who order online.

During a later call Vincenzo guided me on food selections and room set up. Top notch concierge service! La Stanza is well laid out. Several guests commented on how the room had that 'new car' fresh smell. The bathrooms in La Stanza are exquisite. Maddy was our host/server. She was with us the entire evening. She was very accommodating, professional, and approachable. Her experience in this environment was evident. The food... C'mon, it's how Italian should always be done! Flavorful, cooked to perfection, authentic and hot. The banquet menu provided comprehensive choices and Vincenzo allows flexibility to go rogue. You give them your name and number and every so often you will get a 10.00 discount on your order and a free children's pizza on your birthday. But beware, if you have any kind of issue in their restaurant, even if it has nothing to do with the staff, they will use your participation in this program against you. They will give your name and number to the police and involve themselves in matters that should not concern them. I am nearly 40 and have never had any trouble with the law in my entire life until they meddled in my business; the context of which they knew nothing about. They will do this with no hesitation. When you confront them about this they will deny it. But no one else there knew my number but their computer system. To make matters worse they will then ban you from their restaurant. The servers are very two-faced, and the general manager John is one of the most heartless men I've ever met. I was a very loyal regular customer every Friday night for years. I had friends there I loved who I will never see again. That is the hardest part of all. No goodbyes, no second chances. They did it to me, please don't think it won't happen to you. I don't think a few ten dollar discounts here and there and a once a year baby sized pizza with no toppings are worth it. Proceed with caution.
