The food and coffee were surprisingly really good, we got the Lox Bagel and Breakfast Burrito, which were a little on the pricier side, but they are fairly generous with their portions! Service was great, cashiers were very friendly! The view of the water was awesome, and ambience was quiet with a very faint hint of some Rock N Roll playing in the background. As a tourist, I would definitely stop by here for a quick coffee/Breakfast before you start the day, though we did have to Uber there while staying in downtown area. As for locals, it may be a bit challenging to find parking here because it is a hotel.

Stopped by here on a rainy Sunday while a friend was visiting town and it was the perfect indoor & cozy vibe with the waterfront view. We found street parking a block away from the hotel itself - otherwise, valet is $25. The maple cinnamon chai latté was delicious. Highly recommend this spot.

Came in the morning the get a latte before work. Was surprised to see they had pumpkin spice! This coffee shop is also the hotel's gift shop. I mainly came here for the view. I also ordered a croissant and it was buttery and flakey. Service was great too. Only one person so if you're in a time pinch you might want to go somewhere else but if you have time this is perfect!!! Great amount of seats at 7am LOL but will come back!!!!!

Not great coffee, but the views are lit! Any kind of coffee will taste so much better with this view! Nothing like it on a sunny day and I'm so glad I could get good views. A local fav and best-kept secret of Seattle with killer views! I can sit here all day. Grabbed my usual Latte.

Such a cute spot on the water for a coffee! Everyone is super friendly and the coffee was delicious. Can't beat the view honestly it's so cozy and perfect for an escape out of the rain.

Grab a latte and a pastry, and enjoy the beautiful ocean views at this cozy coffee shop. The views are picturesque, and the ambiance is equally inviting, with both tables and lounging areas available. I stopped by on a Monday morning, and space was already limited--which means it's a busy place! I do have to mention one issue: since the coffee shop is located inside the Edgewater Hotel, parking is available only to hotel guests. That means you'll have to rely on street parking.

The cutest coffee bar located inside Edgewater Hotel! I got coffee both days I was staying here and the coffee was delish. I only got a drip coffee with a splash of cream and it was so good and strong. It was super cheap too! I don't even think I paid $4 for it. Both employees I ordered from were so nice. One morning there was a woman in front of me waiting in line and it seemed as she was a regular. They were so cute to her! The best part of this coffee is you can grab it and then hang out, in my opinion, in one of the best hotel lobbies I've ever seen. It's right on the water, and the lobby is so cute and cozy, like a cabin on the lake! If I lived here, I would be just like that woman and grab my coffee here every day!

The view is absolutely amazing (and has gone viral). Coffee shop was nothing special and a little slow, but the coconut cream matcha was good.

The Brim is located inside the Edgewater Hotel gift shop! The photos you see are mainly from the hotel lounge which you can sit in after you order coffee. The coffee was okay, a bit expensive for what you're getting but the staff was all very friendly. The views are wonderful out the hotel restaurant.

Adorable coffee bar in Edgewater Hotel! Delicious, strong drip coffee for under $4. Super friendly staff--they even knew the regulars by name. Best part? Enjoy it in the gorgeous lakeside lobby that feels like a cozy cabin. Would be my daily spot if I lived here!

Look no further than Anchorhead Coffee. They've been around since 2013 and I've always enjoyed their coffee and the ambiance in their cafes. Today, I stopped by their Pike Place Market location and also got friendly service. I tried their seasonal Salted Brown Butter Caramel Latte. Their caramel is made in house. I got my drink hot and it was delicious with the melted caramel. I was pleased that this drink was not too sweet compared to most flavored drinks in other cafes. The location of this cafe is a little off the beaten track, which means it may typically get less foot traffic compared to other cafes in the heart of the market that often has long lines. If you want to avoid those long lines, go here. This place also has a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. check it out for yourself soon!

We tried a few, but we ended up coming to Anchorhead twice. We tried the Honey Bunches of Cold Brew and the Blue Berry Matcha. I love my sweet coffees, and the Honey Bunches of Cold Brew hits the spot. It was delicious and you can taste the flavors of the cereal. I'm not a matcha fan, but the flavors from the blueberry paired nicely with the matcha. I would definitely recommend this as well. The dining area and bathrooms were clean, wifi was good, and the staff was nice. This place checks all the boxes for a welcoming coffee stop.

Vietnamese coffee is typically made with robusta beans, which have higher caffeine and a heavier, almost thick mouthfeel compared to arabica. I ordered their Hanoi Egg coffee and also their Kettle Corn coffee, from the server's recommendations. I found myself noticeably surprised by how there was bittnerness, but it was not too harsh. There were some also some chocolatey undertones in the Egg Hanoi, with the egg pudding. I would have preferred less ice, less egg pudding and more drink. Overall though, it did not take away the flavor for me. As for the vibe, there was Kpop music playing in the background when I visited and multiple tables already occupied from people working on their laptops or sitting down to talk. The aesthetic is minimalist chic - steel tables with that warehouse feel. They do not have pastry options so don't come hungry! This is the spot to go to if you're looking for a quick pick-me-up or a post-meal drink.

Drink: (4/5) I was headed to a date nearby but was a bit early so I decided to check out Plus 84 for the first time. As a good baseline, I decided to get the Hanoi egg coffee. I also just visited Vietnam in April where I had lotss of egg coffee so I was really excited to try it back home. For starters, the coffee here has great depth. It's sweet but not overbearingly so. It also has that caramelized note that I usually look for. I'd just say that I wish their egg cream had more flavor. At least in the drink I had, the cream seemed more for texture since it didn't have much flavor by itself. I still enjoyed it though and would definitely get it again. Service: (5/5) Super kind people and I barely had to wait for my order. Other notes: If you're new to Viet coffee, please do not chug it or drink it in one sitting. It is powerful stuff. It's the kind of drink you leisurely sip on!

Both were delicious and definitely on the lighter side rather than a dark oolong. Crimson Mist leaned more earthy, while Golden Bloom was noticeably more floral. I mainly came for their premium kung fu tea, and honestly, the menu is overwhelming in the best way possible. I wanted to try everything. This time, I went with the Mountain Haze Green Tea. Grown at high altitudes, it's very light, smooth, and low in bitterness. The tea is steeped for you and served in a pot, and you can request multiple cups if you're sharing, which is a nice touch. Since green tea is a popular choice, here are a few extra notes. Dragonwell, typically from Hangzhou, has a nutty sweetness with subtle chestnut notes. Taichi Sprouts is milder and more grassy, but still carries a gentle sweetness. And if you're unsure what to order, Jasmine Green is always a safe bet, you can't go wrong with its classic floral aroma. Huge shoutout to Jessie for taking the time to clearly explain the different tea categories. I'll definitely be coming back, and next time I want to try their ice cream as well.
