TLDR: Inside the edge water hotel, is the coffee and merch shop, view is from lobby OR if you decide to eat at the hotel restaurant/bar (21+) On the weekends, they do brunch until 2p but I just went for the coffee, mostly salads, sandwiches and pastries. Service was quick because we went on a holiday and the rest of the hotel staff was really nice. They helped us find the coffee shop. Definitely worth the visit for the view on a sunny, Seattle day. The vanilla latte was good ! More on the milky side, in my opinion, but not overly sweet. Iced drinks only come in 16 oz. Lemonade was on the sweeter side - I prefer them more sour. read more

The food and coffee were surprisingly really good, we got the Lox Bagel and Breakfast Burrito, which were a little on the pricier side, but they are fairly generous with their portions! Service was great, cashiers were very friendly! The view of the water was awesome, and ambience was quiet with a very faint hint of some Rock N Roll playing in the background. As a tourist, I would definitely stop by here for a quick coffee/Breakfast before you start the day, though we did have to Uber there while staying in downtown area. As for locals, it may be a bit challenging to find parking here because it is a hotel. read more

This is probably one of the best hotel coffee shops in Seattle. The coffee is good, they sell Sea Wolf bakers products which are delicious. The shop is a blend of coffee shop, convenience shop, gift shop. Because it is in the Edgewater hotel the seating space has terrific water views. I suppose the only drawback is that it is in which only has valet parking. So if you're a driver, I doubt you want to pay $25 valet parking plus another 10 to $15 on coffee and pastry. read more

Stopped by here on a rainy Sunday while a friend was visiting town and it was the perfect indoor & cozy vibe with the waterfront view. We found street parking a block away from the hotel itself - otherwise, valet is $25. The maple cinnamon chai latté was delicious. Highly recommend this spot. read more

Came in the morning the get a latte before work. Was surprised to see they had pumpkin spice! This coffee shop is also the hotel's gift shop. I mainly came here for the view. I also ordered a croissant and it was buttery and flakey. Service was great too. Only one person so if you're in a time pinch you might want to go somewhere else but if you have time this is perfect!!! Great amount of seats at 7am LOL but will come back!!!!! read more

The cutest coffee bar located inside Edgewater Hotel! I got coffee both days I was staying here and the coffee was delish. I only got a drip coffee with a splash of cream and it was so good and strong. It was super cheap too! I don't even think I paid $4 for it. Both employees I ordered from were so nice. One morning there was a woman in front of me waiting in line and it seemed as she was a regular. They were so cute to her! The best part of this coffee is you can grab it and then hang out, in my opinion, in one of the best hotel lobbies I've ever seen. It's right on the water, and the lobby is so cute and cozy, like a cabin on the lake! If I lived here, I would be just like that woman and grab my coffee here every day! read more

If I could leave negative stars on this place, I would the espresso was disgusting. The milk was burnt and extremely over temperature when served and they tried to charge me $11 for a plain toasted bagel and cream cheese. Definitely not worth it bring your own coffee and just sit for the view if you're coming to work. The Brim is located inside the Edgewater Hotel gift shop! The photos you see are mainly from the hotel lounge which you can sit in after you order coffee. The coffee was okay, a bit expensive for what you're getting but the staff was all very friendly. The views are wonderful out the hotel restaurant. read more

A simple coffee shop with an incredible view! This cafe is tucked away in the Edgewaters Hotel. The lobby/seating area has floor to ceiling windows out onto the Elliot Bay. I got a dirty London Fog and a croissant then stayed to work and enjoy the view. read more

This coffee shop is found inside the gift shop of the Edgewater. I sent my husband to get our morning coffee. He bought two 16 ounce drop coffees and two chocolate croissants back to our room. No complaints here ! Sorry no pics, I was too busy drinking my coffee and enjoying my croissant. Yum ! The second day of our stay my husband brought back coffee and another chocolate croissant. Again I forgot to take a pic. I always get distracted by coffee and food in general lol The coffee and croissant was consistent as the day before. Great coffee in a hotel with an amazing view of the water! Made the trek on foot from Capitol Hill with a friend after to this coffee shop so we can do some work. Walked into the Edgewater hotel after lunch and found this little coffee shop inside of their gift shop close to the entrance. They were away for lunch so we did some work while we waited. It's in a hotel, valet parking only for $15, and limited coffee shop menu choices that are located in a gift shop. The view is beautiful but does not justify a 5-star review. Was tricked thinking it was a stand-alone cute coffee shop. If you are staying at this hotel, by all means, go ahead and get coffee and enjoy the view. Don't intentionally go here.
