70 & Sunny Coffee Co is such a gem of a spot. The location alone is worth the stop, beautiful setting that really lives up to the name. The employees were incredibly nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I ordered a caramel macchiato with 4 shots, and the coffee itself was delicious... smooth, rich, and not too bitter, which can be hard to find. You can tell they know what they're doing when it comes to quality. The only downside for me was the size, the "large" didn't quite feel large enough, especially for a coffee lover who needs that extra boost. Also, there's no indoor seating, so it's more of a grab-and-go situation. Overall, great coffee and great people in a beautiful location, just be prepared to maybe order an extra if you're looking for a true large!

I like stopping here on the waterfront walks we take. They always have unique flavors of lattes. They also do pup cups so my corgi usually demands we stop anyways. The servers are lovely and friendly and the vibes are cute little outdoor patio or grab and go.

Love the location close to the water. It's a cute little corner coffee shop with yummy pastries, breakfast sandwiches, quiche, and coffee. Workers were very friendly and my coffee came out quickly. I loved how they offer 8 oz americanos as their smallest cup size for hot drinks. So that's exactly what I got. I got a decaf 8 oz americanos with brown sugar and a dusting of cinnamon. It was delicious and the perfect amount. I also tried a quiche Lorraine and a sausage breakfast sandwich. They make these two items in house and both were very delicious.

Nice little coffee stand. I got a hot marionberry coffee and it was yummy. The service was quick and friendly. Perfect spot to grab a coffee and a pastry as you walk around Olympic Sculpture park. They have pastries, quiche, sandwiches, and salads, along with coffees and teas, lattes, etc. Comforting vibe, bright and cheerful.

Awesome service and greeting at the window. Quick and easy walk up and order then pickup at window. The marionberry latte was fire!

Such a cute spot within walking distance of the Clipper ferry to Victoria. Coffee was great and so were the breakfast sandwiches. Service was fast and friendly!

I was so excited to find a walk-up coffee shop right on my morning route (perfect for me and my pup) and even better, they open early!

I am relatively new to the matcha game, so I cannot comment on the quality of the matcha. To me, it was lovely. I enjoyed their syrup flavor selection. They were offering a melon matcha which wasn't really up my alley, but I appreciate the creativity. I thought melon was a fruit that was bigger in the winter, but then I think about it, and watermelon is big in the summer. I guess when they said melon, I assumed cantaloupe or honeydew, initially, but who is to say. I forgot I'm in a big city again with the prices, but hey that's the cost of living in a big city. There was a nice restroom (w/ 4 stalls) for customers. I hate when places don't have restrooms or they have tiny 1 stall restrooms. There is lots of seating or working or catching up with friends. It has medium noise level, which I think is perfect for a coffee shop. The staff was friendly, and they made my drink quickly. It is close to Pikes Place, but far enough that there aren't as many crowds.

The coffee was delicious especially with the house-made nondairy milk, but what really stood out was the frosted cinnamon roll, which was almost like candy. I am not sure if this happens during the busiest moments in the shop, but they did have staff bussing the tables, and one staff member actually brought us our order (I'd been listening for my name to be called and didn't hear it). It was a really nice touch with some really pleasant waitstaff.

They clearly care about their image as they offer a free mug for first-time customers with an email sign-up. The drinks here are ok, but they average between $8-$10 each. I think the pricing is just much too high. You're paying for the vibes, not for a great cup of coffee. The matcha we tried was mediocre. There are so many other great places for coffee in Seattle, for just a fraction of the price. I think Storyville is preying on tourists visiting the market. They probably have to charge that much to keep the 8 employees milling about behind the counter employed. The space does have lots of seating, but it was nearly full during our early afternoon visit. Save your money, find another great local coffee spot!

Chaco Coffee & Tea is a newish cafe with a surprisingly large variety of teas, including multiple…read moretypes of rarer Oolong and White teas not typically found in western cafes. We were initially enticed to visit Chaco Coffee & Tea given the mention of boba on their website. There aren't many options near Seattle Center, so having an additional one is always welcome! Walking in, unfortunately we found no mention of boba anywhere on the menu. I guess it's a future option or perhaps the website is just wrong, considering that they show photos of rolled ice cream, which they also don't serve. Ordering can be done either in person or at a kiosk near the front. There's plenty of seating and while we entered in the late afternoon, there were still several people inside settled down on laptops. Osmanthus Oolong Tea, 16oz ($6.25) - This is a very lightly sweetened beverage with plenty of fragrant flowery flavor emanating from the osmanthus. It's a really clean flavor, not quite grassy, but somewhat green in essence, coming with just a slight astringent bite towards the finish. It's a good, clean iced tea. (4/5) Da Hong Pao Tea Latte ($7.50) - This latte has a nice strong balanced nutty flavor. I saw the barista pour milk into the cup up to maybe 3/4 full, so I'm surprised that the tea flavor is so strong in this drink. The milk adds tons of body but doesn't contribute an overwhelming dairy flavor. They add a lot more sugar syrup into this drink - it's probably equivalent to 75% sweet or so at a boba shop, although it's not harsh at all due to likely being pure cane syrup instead of fructose. (4/5) The tea quality at Chaco is pretty good. It's always nice to see a cafe (rather than a tea shop) with such great variety! The major downside - pricing is really high especially for some of the premium teas. It's like double the price of actual tea shops in Seattle. I guess that's the Seattle Center tax? Bathrooms - Shared with the rest of the building tenants.
