    Breakfast burrito
    Angela M.

I was able to pop in to Anchor and Bloom cafe during a quick trip to Seattle for a 49ers and Seahawks game. I ordered their breakfast burrito and medium size cappuccino and was so happy because it was the perfect way to start a day of football. The service was excellent as the female who took my order was most helpful ! I would be delighted to visit this cafe again in the future and recommend that others pay them a visit.

Thanks for letting me bring Tina!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Dog friendly cafe with yummy bagels in the heart of downtown.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff were super friendly and gave us pup cups and freeze dried chicken. For dog owners, the coffee shop is literally next door to mud bay which makes it a perfect route. The bagels were pretty good, i would say they are a little bit pricy for what it is but i guess the location ticks it off. For drinks, they use vita for coffee beans which is always on spot, i got a chai latte and it was way too sweet i needed to ask for more milk. The staff was again super accommodating and helped me unsweeten the drink. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is unique, feels bit rustic with the wooden furnitures and dark floral wallpapers, perfect for people watching with its expansive windows.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Anchor & Bloom is such a cute coffee shop in Belltown![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I absolutely love all of the decor, especially the adorable floral wallpaper.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered a Fiona latte with oat milk (named after the owner's French bulldog--so cute!) and it was delicious. They serve Caffe Vita coffee and locally made pastries. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a cute and cozy coffee shop that's great for getting some work done or stopping by before or after Pike Place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Highly recommend!

Great coffee, nice staff, friendly atmosphere - Honestly, my go to coffee spot every time I have to head to Pikes. Always perfect. Cmon Craig...it's Seattle...it's coffee

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Anchor & Bloom gives me cozy pioneer square vibes but in Belltown.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The cafe is pet friendly, it's also next to Mud bay.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Actually stopped by there after coffee for our fur baby. I ordered the Rose Cardamom Latte, it was very tasty. Strong few sips at first, gotta let the drink sit for a little, but I loved it! It's the best rose cardamom latte I've had. They serve caffe vita, you can't go wrong with caffe vita. Very friendly service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good music and great seating options.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The chairs are cool, clever space saver move.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Rose cardamom latte
    Diana C.

The coffee cake was quite good, as was the rose and cardamom latte. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This spot does appear dog friendly and newer to the area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have cool little window seats with seat pillows and both indoor and outdoor seating, but it's smaller so spots are limited.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The baristas were very helpful and friendly. They can't take applepay or phone-based wallet payments right now (or perhaps ever?) so make sure to bring your physical card or cash along.

Anchor and Bloom is a charming shop that was just renovated and it's absolutely stunning. Lots of seating, open space, and the floral wallpaper gives it lots of personality. They use Caffe Vita beans and sell some retail for an average of $19 for 12oz which is fair pricing for a classic Seattle roaster. I ordered The Fiona which is a rose cardamom latte named after the owners dog, and a jalapeño bagel sandwich with egg, bacon and cheese and both were tasty. The service was spectacular, and I loved relaxing in the space. Can't wait to come back!!

Climb upstairs and get ready to be wowed…read more It's not the easiest to find, but the Pike Place location sits on the top floor of the Corner Market building. Hidden, and almost spa-like. We came in on a rainy morning and found seats next to the glowing fireplace. Talk about cozy! Massive windows overlook the chaotic market below. They serve coffee, tea, pastries, a few food items, and snacks. My salted caramel latte was pretty incredible. This might sound cheesy but as I drank it, I really couldn't believe how exquisite it was. Very lightly sweetened, unbelievably smooth, the foam holding its shape all the way to the last sip, and that little touch of salt tying everything together. No joke, possibly the best latte I've ever had. Back to the space, it's dark, warm, and sexy, with soft gold and amber accents. It reminded me so much of the way I designed my own home so of course we ended up staying much longer than planned. We felt so at home. So if you're a coffee lover, you need to find this spot and experience it for yourself. One word - transcendent.

They were even nice enough to offer me a free piece of cake while I was sipping on my drink, I declined but it looked delicious. As I was about to leave they suggested I sign up for their rewards program and got myself a free mug to take home with me to Philadelphia!

Chaco Coffee & Tea is a newish cafe with a surprisingly large variety of teas, including multiple…read moretypes of rarer Oolong and White teas not typically found in western cafes. We were initially enticed to visit Chaco Coffee & Tea given the mention of boba on their website. There aren't many options near Seattle Center, so having an additional one is always welcome! Walking in, unfortunately we found no mention of boba anywhere on the menu. I guess it's a future option or perhaps the website is just wrong, considering that they show photos of rolled ice cream, which they also don't serve. Ordering can be done either in person or at a kiosk near the front. There's plenty of seating and while we entered in the late afternoon, there were still several people inside settled down on laptops. Osmanthus Oolong Tea, 16oz ($6.25) - This is a very lightly sweetened beverage with plenty of fragrant flowery flavor emanating from the osmanthus. It's a really clean flavor, not quite grassy, but somewhat green in essence, coming with just a slight astringent bite towards the finish. It's a good, clean iced tea. (4/5) Da Hong Pao Tea Latte ($7.50) - This latte has a nice strong balanced nutty flavor. I saw the barista pour milk into the cup up to maybe 3/4 full, so I'm surprised that the tea flavor is so strong in this drink. The milk adds tons of body but doesn't contribute an overwhelming dairy flavor. They add a lot more sugar syrup into this drink - it's probably equivalent to 75% sweet or so at a boba shop, although it's not harsh at all due to likely being pure cane syrup instead of fructose. (4/5) The tea quality at Chaco is pretty good. It's always nice to see a cafe (rather than a tea shop) with such great variety! The major downside - pricing is really high especially for some of the premium teas. It's like double the price of actual tea shops in Seattle. I guess that's the Seattle Center tax? Bathrooms - Shared with the rest of the building tenants.
