Each one looks as if it was made individually- the level of detail of the flavors, rhe color, the texture. Nice chewy crust with a light interior. They toast up beautifully (at home - no slicing or roasting at the bakery). This is a bagel that says "hey, have another one" rather than the kind which lay in your stomach. The plain was my favorite, and the sea salt bagel was too salty for my preference. The chocolate chip cookie was absolutely incredible. It is definitely among the best in Seattle. The cookie had the perfect amount of sweetness, salt, and chocolate. It's definitely worth trying.

Look, you are at a farmers market on cap hill, we will ask questions as many people have dietary restrictions, if you can't be bothered, don't work in a front facing customer service role. Plus it's a liability to eat something, get an allergic reaction and connect it to a food vendor! People have been sued for less. We grabbed two salted bagels, an everything bagel and was not impressed. If you are at the Farmers market, go somewhere else to spend your funds because this was disappointing all around and no one needs to deal with customer service who are annoyed by customers. On my recent trip, I ordered their breakfast bagel sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese. I like to get this on a sesame bagel and it's always very filling. My husband ordered their pastrami bagel which also tasted good. I would highly recommend coming here and will continue to come here for bagels.
