This had its downside--for example, there was no Wi-Fi: but that has changed and there's now Wi-Fi available in all the rooms and this has been very helpful to me.

But we still had packages that had already been ordered and/or delivered. Marshall and his team were very kind and patient to send photos of what arrived and then print labels and get things sent back out to Amazon/FedEx to return items for us. Their communication was impressive! So appreciative for all of their help!

FRAUDULENT PEOPLE!…read more We live next door to this building in condos, and they have received misdelivered packages for our building, even being photographed in their mailroom. They refused to give them to us, even though they are addressed to us and obviously misdelivered. Then they say "oh we don't have them" despite photographed evidence. Next is "oh we can't find them". They claimed to have sent them back, although we went to them the very next morning. Asking how did they send them back, they stated with a driver. This being with me going to when their package room opened for business hours, and no delivery came yet, and the delivery in question happened the night before right as they were closing. So did Santa come and get them overnight? Especially when I see several boxes marked RTS right there? Obviously very shady management and company. Not good people at all. Not even good neighbors. Probably keeping packages for themselves.

The entrance is very nice painted and very colorful, you can stay or relax on the sofa chairs right in front of the office. The rooms are spacious and well maintained; every room has one bed, in-wall wardrobe, table with two chairs. There is shared bathroom and full equipped kitchen (always cleaned -every two days there is a person cleaning it) on every floor. The manager, GR, is a very nice person, always helping you with whatever you need and very understanding.

First of all, their location is just literally the best! Close to the water, bank, grocery, Chinatown, Little Italy, and to my school. GR was also very helpful and helped me so many times, when I was leaving the city to move to NYC temporarily, and even permanently, he also was very accommodating when my family came in and gave us the best deal. Even after couple years he still helped me today to ship package that I was mistakenly sent to my old address in San Francisco. I am so grateful for all the help and I really can't wait to stay here again when I am visiting San Francisco! Highly recommend and 10 stars if I could :)

Fillmore street has everything you need for dining and entertainment. And also Molly Stones across the street and the laundry mat just kitty corner. :) However, there were many things that made me question my decision. As noted by the other reviewer...the lobby was anything but welcoming, the stained glass window was covered in layers of grime, and what got me was they have a NO PET policy, yet you literally kicked up tufts of dog hair as you walked up the stairs. Gross. One time someones trash bag spilled all over the floor before making it into the rubbish shoot and it was left smelling like death for a week. We had some problems in our unit too, oven was not working and we needed a new key to our mailbox. Both problems required about a million calls to the property manager in which she ignored (I would call her second number and she would answer on the first ring not knowing who was calling!) However, she moved and was replaced by this amazing lady. She came in and immediately started cleaning, replacing falling off door knobs, burned out lights and trying to fix the elevator. She's wonderful, very friendly, and easy to get a hold of. I love it here! The neighbors are nice and the building is quiet and clean. The only thing I could want is closer parking!
