I secured a weekend an appointment to ensure I could stay awake as long as possible and not sleep on my face and ruin my lashes. Prior to the appointment, I received a reminder email and text. The email had all the information I needed to know as a first timer including parking and checking in. Meter parking on the street is easy peasy. I got the lash, lift, and nourish. I use to get my lashes lifted in Cali and did something similar. The process took about 1 hour. If you wear contacts, I recommend wearing glasses to your appointment. Super happy with my results! Especially since I stop wearing makeup during Covid. This is a great pick me up and always make me look fresh.

It's hard to go wrong with the relaxing foot soak and the tiptoes that look like a perfect 10 for weeks afterwards. The massage chairs are some of the best that I have ever used at a nail salon - the pressure and range of the kneading hit the spot. As it kneaded away, I chose my color of OPI polish. I loved having the aesthetician shape, soothe, and polish my feet to perfection. She had a great touch and the end result was perfect looking feet. Basically a small barely heated tub for your feet. As far as finger nails, I wanted to get an acrylic fill but they don't do that here. My mani/pedi experience here was terrible. And for a mani/pedi, I was seriously here for about 4 hours. The poor girl truly had no idea what she was doing. Also very small polish selection to choose from. I would not advise anyone to ever go here for nails. They simply aren't equipped and should just stick with the hair aspect and not nails. However, the service moved much slower than expected -- about 40 minutes in, polish hadn't been applied yet, and it became clear we'd go well over an hour. Since I was short on time, I asked to skip the hot stone portion. I was still charged full price (which I could understand...), plus $5 for gel removal even though I only had gel remaining on half of two toenails. When I got home, I noticed clear top coat had been applied to only one foot. I called about fixing it and was told I could return, but the response came with an attitude. I never made it back in due to my schedule. Overall, I won't be returning. In all my years, I've never experienced some forgetting to apply top coat...Then to charge me add-on fees? An unfortunate, poor experience.
