Found The Brunch Cafe online when looking for a breakfast place while in Huntington, the reviews were good and it was on the way to our destination. Parking was easy and free for the first 90 mins. We were greeted promptly, the restaurant was clean and all of the staff was very friendly. I love that they have bible quotes around the restaurant. I ordered a caramel iced coffee and it was delicious! I got the waffle with bacon and scrambled eggs and let me tell you, it was one of the best waffles I've ever had! I asked for it crispy and it came out perfectly, the waffle itself was so good that it didn't even need syrup. Luis came out from the kitchen to check on us and see how everything tasted. Very nice guy, said it just opened a few months ago. I'll definitely be coming back on all our trips to HB.

Good service, the staff was very attentive and nice. The food was decent for the price. Good value. We got the breakfast burrito, strawberry French toast combo and iced latte. A full French toast combo was $17 and very filling. The menu didn't have any juice or matcha options for a brunch place. We appreciate the alternative milks for lactose intolerant people. I didn't realize the cafe was religious with Bible quotes on the walls and Christian music. Overall, seems decent for a quick breakfast. Will consider trying their lunch menu.

Chorizo breakfast burrito $12.99 (added avocado) delicious!

Came here today and ordered a chorizo Breakfast burrito with added avocado. It was very, very good and at a great price - $12.99. There were 4-5 other parties eating here as well. Will definitely come back to try other items!

It's located within the mall in Huntington Beach on the second floor. The food was so perfect for brunch and the staff was friendly and helpful too. Our waiter was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everyone at our table was taken care of. I have food allergies, and he took them very seriously. He double-checked with the kitchen to make sure my meal was safe, removed anything I couldn't have, and even gave me some great recommendations. That level of care meant a lot to me. We were a pretty large party, and somehow every single order came out exactly as requested. There were no mix-ups, nothing was forgotten, and our waters were constantly being refilled without us even having to ask. Our waiter was truly on top of everything. The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the steak cooked medium rare, and it was cooked perfectly with amazing flavor. One of my friends let me try a bite of her salmon, and oh my goodness...it was so good! I already know that's what I'll be ordering the next time I come back. The mocktails were also fantastic and paired really well with the meal. The restaurant itself was spotless, including the restrooms, and the atmosphere was beautiful. The ocean views made the experience even more special and were the perfect backdrop for celebrating my birthday. I would absolutely come back for the incredible food, amazing service, beautiful views, and overall great atmosphere. Thank you for making my birthday celebration such a memorable one!

Sitting on the patio with a view of the highway, the beach and the ocean is just so relaxing when you're having a drink after a hard day at work. I think for the 50 or so times I've been here. I've only had bad service here once and that person from what I can see no longer works here My go to dishes here are the nachos, chicken wings, and little Simmzy's burger. When I get the burger, I usually order a salad with it so it's a little healthier; cause most of the time I have the nachos and we all know how unhealthy but delicious nachos are. As for drinks, I usually take the beer for breakfast Stout, which is in my opinion the best draft that is offered by the house brand I've also tried a lot of their listed drafts. The other one I really like is probably the Russian roulette one. Overall, they have me hooked, and I also have tried out their happy hour, which is not bad if you are a taco lover

We were planning to visit both the restaurant and the farmers market, so it worked out just fine. The restaurant is located directly below Duke's, which is another spot I'd like to try in the future. I actually came here because I saw their clam chowder bread bowl on the website, and I've been on the hunt for a really good clam chowder. When we arrived, the restaurant was pretty busy. I requested outdoor seating, and the host was kind enough to accommodate us right away. The patio offers a beautiful view overlooking the beach, which made for a great dining experience. For our meal, we ordered the Spinach & Artichoke Dip as an appetizer, along with the Chowder Bowl, Bikini Paddle Salad, Steakhouse Tacos, and Fish & Chips. The chowder bowl was very good. I especially appreciated that they make the chowder in-house. It was loaded with potatoes and had a rich, creamy flavor. My only complaint is that I would have liked a few more clams. The Steakhouse Tacos were delicious and had a unique flavor thanks to the addition of blue cheese crumbles. The Spinach & Artichoke Dip was also served in a bread bowl, which was a nice touch. The Fish & Chips were probably the weakest dish of the meal. According to my mom, the fish was a bit bland. However, she really enjoyed the Greek-style salad that came with her meal. Overall, this is a great spot to check out if you're spending the day at the beach. Between the ocean views, friendly service, and solid menu options, it's definitely worth a visit.

The purple cocktail was one of the most unique drinks I've had in a long time--light, refreshing, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. The presentation with the charred pineapple was such a cool touch that made it feel like they really care about every detail. The second cocktail was just as impressive, with bright citrus flavors that were incredibly refreshing and perfect for a warm Huntington Beach evening. The atmosphere at Jolie deserves just as much praise as the drinks. Sitting outside during golden hour with the ocean just down the street made for the perfect setting. Whether you're on a date, catching up with friends, or just looking to unwind after work, this place has an amazing vibe. The staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in, and you can tell they genuinely want everyone to have a great experience. Jolie has officially become one of my favorite spots in Huntington Beach. It's rare to find a place that nails the drinks, the atmosphere, and the service all at the same time, but they absolutely delivered. I already can't wait to come back and work my way through the rest of the cocktail menu because if these two drinks are any indication, I'm in for a treat. Huge shoutout to the entire team--you've earned a customer for life!

We also checked out the rooftop afterward. It's mostly tables and lounge seating, but the ocean view from up there is definitely worth seeing. I ordered the lobster roll ($32.50). Unfortunately, there wasn't much lobster for the price. Looking at it without the lettuce (and even next to my sunglasses for perspective), it felt pretty skimpy. The lobster itself was tender, and the toasted roll was good, but I expected a lot more filling for what it cost. The fries were crispy, and the herb dipping sauce was a nice addition. We also shared the Spicy Tuna Stack. It wasn't really spicy unless you happened to get a piece of red Thai chili in your bite. There was more mayo than needed, which made the dish a bit bland overall. The sweet pickles underneath added an unexpected sweetness that actually worked well, and the crispy rice was my favorite part. Still, it wasn't something I could eat much of because the flavors became a little too rich and one-dimensional. The Goat Cheese Artichoke Blossoms were good, though a bit bland. They were crispy and enjoyable but could have used a little more seasoning to make them stand out. Overall, Jolie is a nice place to grab a drink and enjoy the views, but the food didn't quite live up to the prices. If I'd come back it would be for the atmosphere, but I'd probably order something different next time.
