We decided to look for breakfast spots and saw the menu here had a lot of options so we decided to try it out! We were seated right away and the servers came quickly to take our orders. Food came out really quickly and everything tasted great! We really appreciated the attentiveness of the employees continuously checking in, asking if we enjoyed the food and even offering to fix anything we didn't like (which we didn't need, everything was delicious!!) Sooooo....... My mom and I were really looking forward to trying this place out I found through here, but unfortunately we left feeling incredibly disappointed and disrespected.... and honestly discriminated. When we arrived, there was no wait.. no one else waiting. We were told we could choose any table, inside or outside, so we picked a nice outdoor table close to the opening so we can stay fresh... especially with today being so hot. A few minutes later, a waiter came over and told us the table was needed for a party of five and asked us to move. While I understand mistakes happen, we were then directed to a small, unstable table tucked away in a corner with no opening and it was hot in that corner. The table wobbled, and one of the water glasses even had an unpleasant odor, which immediately made us question the cleanliness. We placed our order BEFORE the party that took the table we had originally been sitting at. They were seated several minutes after us, yet somehow their food came out before ours. We continued waiting while they were served first, despite arriving earlier, being seated first, and ordering first. At that point, after already being moved and then watching another table receive their meals before us, we felt completely overlooked. The experience left my mom and me feeling like we were treated differently than the family who was seated at our original table. I can't say for certain why that happened, but it made us feel singled out and discriminated against, and it was deeply upsetting. We ultimately canceled our order and left without eating. I did get a chance to try their cafe de olla and it was underwhelming. It lacked flavor... parking is limited. Also, there is non stop barking dogs from the apartment complex the restaurant is attached to. So overall not a great experience. read more

We tried Rise and Dine this morning for brunch and it did not disappoint! This newly opened family dining spot is such a great addition across the street from the Westminster High school and Adult center, currently open from 7am-2pm, perfect for breakfast or brunch. I ordered the enchiladas suizas and they were absolutely delicious and flavorful, fresh, and perfectly balanced. My daughters had the birria omelette and the birria breakfast sandwich, both of which came with homestyle country potatoes and black beans. Everything was hearty, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care. We also had the café de la olla, which was sweet, warm, and so comforting, definitely a must-try. Their fresh squeezed orange juice tasted super fresh, and the strawberry lemonade was perfectly balanced (not too sweet, just right). Shoutout to our server, Angel, who was friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations. It's always a plus when trying a new spot. Stopped by with my gf and her grandma and we were immediately greeted and helped out. We sat outside in a nice, shady area, and the guy even helped us by putting two tables together so we would fit more comfortably. Our food was plated beautifully. Super amazing experience! We had a family breakfast with 17 guests, and the staff was incredibly attentive and kind. The food was, of course, amazing as well. I found this spot on Google and I loved it. Their tortillas are perfect. I'm very picky for my breakfast burritos and this place has exceeded my expectations. Wow! We found our spot! My sister in law recommends us this place! My husband and I tried it on Friday and we loved it. I told Angel one of the owners that we might have a big family breakfast on Sunday for a very special event. Which is today, which we did.
