There were many crowds of happy and jolly people enjoying the weather with lots of laughter and smiles all around. The bar itself on the inside is pretty crowded and tight to order, but the bartender is friendly and does allow for samples so that you can decide what you want to order. I asked to sample the blonde which I really liked, and my friends sampled the Mystic Merrow Red which I liked as well, as well as the IPA which was delicious, however I decided I wanted to order the Blonde and one of my friends asked for the same. When we received our beers we noticed that instead of looking clear the way the sample looked, the beers we received were pretty hazy and we deduced that we got the Hefenweizen instead. Although this minor snaffoo, we ended up liking the Hefenweizen allot. I usually am not a fan of Hefenweizens but this was very refreshing and not too heavy for me so we kept the beers and we sat outside enjoying the weather. I really loved the vibe of this bar and I wish I lived closer so that I could come here more often. Now that I know about this little gem, if I'm ever in the area I will definitely stop by again!

The staff is next-level friendly, and it rubs off on the customers, most of which are regulars. They host so many events and always keep the menu exciting. The only negative thing I'd say is that the roar of the customers against the hard-surfaced walls and ceiling can really get overwhelming at times, but whatever. Not usually a big deal. There was a lot of seating inside and placards on most of the tables inside saying that these are laptop-free tables. They are trying to promote being social and having a conversation. I think the tables outside didn't have these placards so that's your option if you must be on your laptop. The beer was good and the service at the bar was just ok. They have bathrooms that are not obvious but one helpful employee helped me find one.

The happy hour special is Monday all day and Tuesday-Friday open until 6pm $2 off full pours. Very family friendly, I always see a couple tables with children and dogs at them. Maybe I'm getting to be an old fuddy duddy but I hate when parents let their kids go free range. Screaming and running around like the establishment is a park these kids becoming trip hazards. There needs to be a revamp of their board game collection. There three boxes of games that looked incomplete or used up, not good with such games as Scrabble and Pictionary. Ordered and it was vodka soda, so I told the guy who took our order, I watched him make the second drink and he used the liquid pump for the soft drinks, unfortunately again, no tonic, it tasted the same. I really didn't want to send it back a second time, but my daughter told me, how are they supposed to know if I don't say anything. So I did, I explained it was still the same, no sweetness, just bland, tonic normally has sugar, I explained maybe the package they were using, was out of whatever? I didn't realize they used syrups like for soda or carbonation, I always saw bars use tonic from a bottle. The guy took it back a third time and I watched the other bartender taste it, at that time I saw them changing something underneath the bar, he brought back the third drink, it was cloudy and did taste better, but at this point I was over it, I had one drink there for my birthday, and left after that. Super disappointed. I have to say when they closed down, (still not sure why) I wasn't surprised. I had some good times there due to the staff, but other members of the staff could be difficult. Several times over charged, and not very accommodating when I had to complain, but we would still go back. After this I don't think I will be back anytime soon. Nothing was updated during the year they were closed, they said they were renovating, not true. The woman's restroom still had broken hand towel dispensers, and soap dispensers, the door lock to the handicapped stall is still messed up. Nothing at all changed to make any upgrades. Really makes you wonder why they closed down to begin with, or shut down?
