We had a $100 debit charged to our card for a food delivery in addition to the food/delivery we ordered. If we had not checked our bank account we would have never caught it. We had to contact Texoma Delivery which then had to refer it to their IT department which then had to research why the charge was on our card. Come to find out, the company in Florida "erroneously" charged the $100. Took us two weeks to get the money back and then only after e mailing them after they, (company in Florida) contacted us acknowledging their error. In addition to that nightmare, our experience has been so-so. Deliveries have been late, one almost an hour late. Food is cold. Use 'em if you want. We won't be.

A friend and I were planning to purchase a meal plan for an extended period of time. Because of this, I wanted to ask a few questions beforehand. No one from this company ever followed up or returned my phone calls or messages, but they remained very active on their social media. Due to poor customer communication, or better yet, a lack of communication, I would not recommend them. In my opinion, it seems as though posting on social media to get their following numbers up is more important than actually corresponding with real potential customers.
