Toulouse Cafe in Dallas has been a staple in the Knox Henderson neighborhood for over 20 years. They're as consistent of a French bistro as you'll find anywhere. The service is amazing and the quality of the food and cocktails are always solid. We're lucky to have them. We visited a few weeks ago for a holiday lunch. The weather was insanely warm so this French 77 in the first photo is taken on the patio in 76 degree temps on December 26. It was fantastic alongside our afternoon snacks. The French 77 is a delicious champagne cocktail using gin, St. Germain (elderflower liqueur), fresh raspberry, and fresh lemon. It's a perfect way to kickoff an afternoon or evening coupled with wonderful classic French fare. I didn't take additional photos of the bar this trip but will make the effort next time. I thought this cocktail shot warranted me posting. Go check out the amazing folks at Toulouse. Salute. @thejohnnycocktail French 77 Gin St Germaine Raspberry Lemon Champagne

Stopped in for lunch after a refreshing walk down the Katy Trail, and the location couldn't be more convenient, just steps off the trail on Knox. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and we were greeted warmly and seated right away. Service was prompt and efficient throughout our visit. They started us off with bread and butter, which was a nice touch. I ordered the Trout Almondine. It was well-presented and tasted good, but the portion left much to be desired - the fish was sliced as thinly as possible. At $29, it felt overpriced for what was delivered. The ambiance, however, was vibrant and cozy, making it an enjoyable spot overall.

I'm giving this review four stars only because it took about 10-15 minutes to get served despite our reservation. Other than the lack of attention the ambiance was fantastic. Love the posh urban feel. The music added a great touch to the atmosphere. The food was great. Quick tip for anyone who has never tried new cuisine, you must be cultured and willing to trying new entrees. This was a great to celebrate my wife and I anniversary.

Toulouse is the little gem we like to visit at least 2 or more times in a month ( I miss living in this neighborhood!! A late afternoon lunch on the covered patio just feels right outside but still covered. This time I decided to get the oysters Rockefeller and the Mac n cheese !!2 appetizers for lunch and yes I left full and satisfied..The complimentary bread and fresh butter is always a treat .( I'm not a bread or butter person but I am when I dine here! Always w a glass of prosecco!! Service is always very attentive and extremely professional... and remember to order the soufflé( Gran Marnier) ahead of time or go ahead order afterwards it's definitely worth the extra 15-20 minutes cook time . Your taste buds will definitely appreciate the intense mastery to deliver and serve such an amazing dessert to complete another next level dining experience ...OH NO!!! I've been going on about that FAAAABULOUS .. soufflé .. I definitely have to give a shout out to the Steak Frites !!!! I'm not much of a red meat eater ..,ouch Just put my finger. Thinking about the Bernie sauce, SO YUM YUM YUMMM YA! And apparently their French fries are cut, seasoned, fried to pure perfection.. I've been told that if the potatoes aren't cut correctly.. then you just have ordinary fries.... The French got it poppin.. 2026

Cane across this restaurant at Legacy West while we walked along the strip. Great service and foods. There was a performer that made the ambiance really nice. We had the escargot, lobster bisque, steak and seafood entree. Everything was super yummy.

our muscles and fries were absolutely perfect. Only wish it had a bit more garlic, well more than a bit more garlic! Our server, Jon was above excellent. Can't wait to return.

I adored this meal. We shared a ton of dishes and I was floored by how exceptional the bouillabaise was! The flavors were beyond compare and the fish was so tender. The lamb chops were great too!

I highly recommend the brunch at Toulouse. We sat on the patio and enjoyed a nice morning with views of Knox Henderson. We got the quiche and avocado toast and found both to be very high quality for the price point. I hope to come back for brunch again and to try their other opportunities. Update: We later came back for brunch again and got the steak frites and la petite boulangerie which were phenomenal.

Toulouse salad and Mussels Mariniere .

The food and services was wonderful! We've eaten here many times and it's always been outstanding.

A very nice French restaurant. We ordered the muscles, devilled eggs, trout dip and crème brûlée! The muscles are really good and I do recommend it for seafood lovers. Pair it with some wine and you're good to go! The devilled eggs was just okay. Not something I'd order again. The trout dip is good to share but underwhelming. The crème brûlée is amazing! I really love it! We sat at the patio and it was nice! Customer service was great and I can't wait to come back soon!

Amazing ambiance right off of Katy Trail. This location is so lovely and has a European esque feel to it. We were seated at a table on the patio and were able to enjoy the amazing weather. We started with the complimentary bread and butter which was so fresh and light. The truffled deviled eggs were a great appetizer for vegetarians! Unfortunately the main menu was not as accommodating for vegetarians but I got the salad and zucchini chips which were both still tasty. I thought it was expensive for the amount of food, but still super cute and fun to experience!

A fine French restaurant with a Paris ambiance. The Host greeted us warm and friendly. Very helpful with table choices and extra light to help me read the menu. Food was delicious with many different dishes and tastes to choose from. I had Duck Confit. My fiancé had Steak Au Poivre. We started with Oysters Rockefeller followed by Beet and Goat Cheese Salad. Definitely coming back here!!

The cosiest lil French getaway. 100% will be back. I solo dined with a glass of red wine & a book in hand. I was not disappointed
