If every day was cheat day, I'd be here. I legitimately have dreams about their loaded tots. I usually get the BBQ Bacon Burger and have it cooked medium. One time, I got it medium-rare but the burger ended up waaayyy too greasy and slippery so I switched to medium and it's been perfect ever since. Side note, the buns on their burgers are buttery soft, sort of greasy but I'm okay with that because it makes it delicious. Also, it's super clean on the inside. Service has been spectacular every time I've been here from when I order to the moment I get my food. It can get kind of crowded on the weekends but, that's to be expected. I don't have much to say, except that it's a really solid burger place in Ashburn (what we needed tbh) and that I'd like to come back here and try everything else on their menu. Burgers are made to order. Burger was fine. You choose between 4 and 7 ounces. Choice of a bunch of toppings. Fries are additional and again two sizes. A 7oz burger and large fries was $17. I'll start with the upside to this place, and say If I could give 3.5 stars I would. So, the place is very clean, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is nice and the food comes out quickly. I really wanted to love this place. The downside is the food itself. It's pricy for what it is, but I'm ok with spending a little extra if the food is on point -- in this case it just isn't. It's not horrible by any stretch, it's just eh. I found the onions rings to be soggy / greasy, and the fries to be cooked well but overly salty. I love a good hot dog, but it's also nice that there are other options for those who don't. The prices aren't bad for what you get, especially with all the veggies and sauces you can add on, and I really appreciate how customisable they've made their menu (and how dietary-restriction friendly it is). The sides are pretty expensive, so we usually just heat up sweet potato fries at home. Quality-wise, they're several steps up from McDonald's or whatever, but price-wise there's not that big a difference - win-win. read more

We tried the location in Chantilly last summer and loved it and we have been waiting for this Ashburn location! The menu features options for vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers alike. Having read good reviews, we stopped in on a Saturday night. They were doing a brisk business, but we didn't have to wait to place our order. They brought the food to our table in under 10 minutes. I had the bbq bacon cheddar burger, rare on a brioche. It was the 7 oz patty. It seemed like the flavor came from the toppers, not the meat. I had the combo with tots on the side. I enjoyed the tots, not something I eat frequently. My husband had a plain hot dog and a build your own burger with bacon and cheese on a pretzel bun. He had the fries with no salt/seasoning. The fries were cooked nicely. My son had 3 cheeseburger sliders, but ate only 2. Neither of them were overly impressed with the taste of,the burgers. Dinner for the 3 of us was about $40, kinda pricey for burgers. The restaurant was quite cold and noisy. The food was ok. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant!! I placed an order on GrubHub for pick-up. Food quality definitely went down. I ordered 2 burgers today which they are both way overcooked. Once I arrived, I saw two bags sitting over the counter so I just checked the receipt to see if it's my order. The cashier(female) saw me and pulled the bag away from me rudely. After I told her my name on the order, she just told me it's not my food, just wait. When my foods was ready, she passed me the bag without asking if I need any ketchup or napkins which she did to the previous two customers. Well, I asked politely if she minds to get me some (plus a slider sauce) since I have fries. She said ok. Then, a manager (middle age male) shows up in nowhere, asked me if I put the ketchup and slider sauce in my order. I said no because there wasn't such option on their GrubHub page (unless ordered it in the burger). While the cashier tries to put the Ketchup and napkins in my bag, the manager told her not to. He literally told me it's fine while keep waving at me(the way to tell me go away, not welcome) multiple times. I literally saw him telling the cashier don't help me to put the foods in the bag because I asked for the ketchup and napkins after it's bagged. The manager saw me looked at him, and he waved me to go away again. So, I had to carry my bag of food on my right hand and some ketchup and other stuff on my left walking aways the restaurant. I don't think it's such a big deal for any restaurant to provide a little bit customer service. For the whole time, I didn't offend anyone. I don't think I deserve this. This is my new go-to burger place! Such an amazing burger cooked to order. I like to REALLY taste my meat, as in I tend order my burgers rare. This place will actually give me a rare burger (unlike how most places will give you medium rare.) If you like some spice, please order the Ring of Fire Burger (you will thank me. It sounds like it would be crazy spicy and cause your mouth to burn on every bite, however it has such a nice subtle spice that tastes amazing. Was hungry while visiting open houses and looking for a townhouse to live in. Found this restaurant and it looked good from the outside. Middle of a Sunday afternoon, it wasn't crowded at all, which was great as I was taken quickly and ordered. Food was prepared in a timely manner. I've seen this restaurant in Chantilly, but never found my way to visit its location. I was surprised that they had a choice of 4 oz or 7 oz burger sizes. Normally I would have gotten the larger burger, but I got the 4 oz as I didn't want to ruin my appetite for dinner. The 4 oz burger surprisingly fit across the entire bun with the toppings I chose. I took just the standard free vegetable toppings and then added bacon and pepper jack cheese on a regular bun. It was nice to see the different types of buns that you could choose, which included gluten free and also a lettuce wrap. Its so nice that so many restaurants are going to other options for those who are gluten free or needing to watch their carbs. Their french fries were tasty, hot and very little salt. The ketchup was tasty and not too sweet and was nice with the fries. Overall a good meal and reasonable for the typical burger joints in the area. Recommend giving this place a try! read more

Usually I like the burgers here especially the Ring of Fire. This time we ordered 4 burgers to go cooked medium with lettuce, tomato, onions. Drove for 12 minutes home and all the burgers were soggy. Had to throw away the bottom buns for all the burgers. Next my wife was complaining that the burgers tasted sour and had a smell. Seems as though the char on the burgers were extra burnt this day. Also all the burgers were well done so not sure whats the point in asking for Medium. Anyways, next time I know not to order anything to go or otherwise, ask for the buns on the side so they dont get soggy. I have been here over a dozen times and every time I come, I leave happy. Not only is the owner incredibly nice, but the burgers are delicious. I always recommend this place to anyone I know who is in the area looking for a great burger. Their onion rings and and tater tots are also very good (I always get one or the other when I order)!
