The brisket sandwich was inedible and I'm not sure if it was real meat. The burger was really dry and prepared incorrectly. The fries were soggy and tasted leftover from yesterday. The fam and I decided to give this place a try because it is so close to our neighborhood and we got a 2 for $20 coupon in the mail! The restaurant is very clean, the fried pickles appetizer is fried SPEARS, not chips (and spears are wayy better in my opinion... I don't feel so greasy after eating them!), the service is amazing, and this place deserves to call itself "the Burger Shop" for a reason. The burgers were juicy, BIG, and I can't say enough about the bun. I can eat it on its own for dessert. Speaking of dessert, we noticed that they proudly serve Bluebell ice cream, and we heard the milkshake machine going non-stop... so we had to see what all of the "buzz" (literally) was about and order our waiter's favorite, a classic chocolate shake. It was SO SO good. We also got a dessert to go (the cheesecake) because they are reasonably priced and... I'm pregnant y'all, cut me some slack. May change to 5 stars later, but we are kind of disappointed that the burgers didn't come with fries with the coupon. This is easily one of the best burger places I've been to. The burgers have a lot of flavor and are wonderfully juicy. The sides are perfect to go with the burgers. I especially recommend the sweet potato fries. The service was amazing as well. Our waitress had refills ready when we needed them and made sure we had anything we needed for our meal. I REALLY wanted to leave a positive review since they seem to try hard... but something just isn't working. I stopped by after work to pick up an order we had called in. It would be ready in 10 minutes so my husband walked there from and I met him there. We sat at the counter for ~10 minutes and they knew we were waiting for our order... Well another 15 minutes goes by and we are still waiting. We ask about the order and "it's still cooking." Another 10 minutes later we ask for an update... They said it's still not ready only to REALIZE our food was sitting on the end of the counter for the past 20-25 minutes. That was OUR order?!?! I was appalled but understood mistakes happen. Unfortunately our food was quite cold and soggy at that point. We gave them another chance and ordered again the next week. This time they charged us for 3 burgers vs 2. After some confusion as to what I was asking, they took one burger off the ticket but had already made it so they gave me some grief...I felt bad but don't need a 3rd $8 burger. The kid and I stopped in on a Wednesday night. Wasn't crowded and sat right away. Waitress came and got drink order right away. We got the fried pickles and when they came out they were spears rather than slices which was a bit disappointing but they were good nonetheless. Great food and service!! We went to eat after a long day of paintball with a party of 25 people and they quickly accommodated us. Even with a party of this size the service was wonderful. I looked this place up on Yelp and thought the reviews were decent so we decided to stop in. Initial reaction-- this place seems kind of strange, called a burger joint but had mariachi type music playing. ‍This place is full of young adults working. Our waiter seemed more interested in his girlfriend than us. He was just ok. There was a young lady with glasses who was really good. S tried to take our check up, refilled drinks, asked us how we were doing despite her not being our waitress. Wait for food was pretty short. The food itself was pretty good. Loved the ranch but wish it wasn't an extra charge. My son asked for it when he ordered his kids chicken strips. Why isn't it just included?! Plenty of tasty thick fries, couldn't even eat all of them. It was a tad pricey with the tip, around $40 for lunch. I think there may be cheaper options out there and probably won't be back for food, but want to check out their shakes. Everyone was ordering them so now I am curious how good they are. read more

The burgers have a high potential but the three-four times we've eaten here one or more of us got dried out stale hamburger buns. I've never noticed mold as someone else did, but I honestly didn't look. I just peeled off the bottom bun and finished my burger without it. I'm not a huge burger fan but theirs I would recommend if/when they correct the hamburger bun issue. If we return and don't have a similar complaint I would increase my rating to 5 because their burgers COULD be that good once this is corrected for good. read more
