Wow!! What a great find. The service was great, thank you Sara. The food was great. Burgers, wings and tenders were on list today. The burgers were cooked to perfection and the veggies were fresh. The tenders were crispy with fries. The wings and sauce, wow! The steak fries and onion rings were crispy and freshly made. Mexican corn was good. Will try their Talapia next time.

Service was amazing by Kaleb. Initially, I was craving a juicy burger with a large soda and sweet potato fries, this place fixed my cravings! I had the mushroom swing burger and it was hot, juicy, and served with that perfect crispy potato fries! I will definitely be back.

This is a great spot, we were looking for a quick bite and ended up here. We've seen this place before but never stopped. Our youngest wanted a milkshake and boy did they deliver. Upon entering the cashier/waitress asked if were going to order to go or dine in. We opted to dine in and she gave us menus and told us to choose a table. She came over and took our order and even made major suggestions based on our little boy questions and preferences. My husband had a Turkey Burger with onion rings which he enjoyed. I had the veggie burger on lettuce with a side of mixed veggies. My veggies were so well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The veggie mixture had brocoli, zucchini, carrot and onion and it were great. Our younger son had Mac and cheese with fries and a milkshake (Oreo cookie mixed with strawberry) and he loved his milkshake. The Mac and cheese on the other hand was not el denté it was boiled too long but he ate it because he was starving. The server is great and very involved, we had a great first visit.

The best burger spot in the area, maybe in the Dallas area. Think I'm exaggerating try it yourself & then get back to me. Order the Guacamole bacon burger NO bun, instead have it served on the large house salad. The kids say it's 'lit' I just say you can beat the taste, the price and adding a handmade chocolate shake makes it fabulous. The menu needs more exploration: fries, burgers, Pecan chicken salad, and much more. The server was friendly & attentive. She listened well to the order modifications and delivered perfectly. She checked back throughout the meal to be sure I didn't need anything more. The location makes you feel like a friend. Prompt, friendly greeting. Inviting you & your party to sit wherever you like. Update: The GM reached out and was very nice, he offered to rectify the situation with a free burger (although I'll most likely end up ordering off DD like usual) I really do love this place and the food is always so good, I'm glad to know that they also take reviews seriously. *Original review* Usually this place is amazing and I order frequently. However today was really disappointing, my burger was raw on the inside.

This place is legitnesss. The burger was delicious and good priced for the amount of meat in it. Please order the stuffed peppers and wings with your order for they are delicious as well. The place is a fucken joke and the cooks dont know how to cook a burger to save there life...mc donalds makes better burgers then here...never have i seen a burger come out raw and the business says it's fully cooked...management had the nerve to ask my kid if they can just put it back on the grill instead of remaking the order and the cook had some nerve to just stare me down as if i was intimidated...he was a joke...they definitely need to have a food inspector called on them to see what there doing...stay far away from here as there not worth it, especially with the astronomical prices...your just better off going elsewhere for much better food and burgers read more

This restaurant was such a disappointment. 1st try: Burgers do not come with any lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc. (Odd!) However, the stuffed jalapenos were great. 2nd try: Burger again arrived with no veggies. Stuffed jalapenos arrived in HALF the size. (The ones on the website are quite large/long.) Called the restaurant and they said if they have super small jalapenos they'll include more in the order. (They didn't.) Manager says to come back and order again and he'll include a free order of jalapenos. Okay, so we tried that. Manager said he would personally prepare them and bring them out instead of Door Dash. He never showed up. I tried contacting him back with no luck. The next day, he texted back to say his phone died and he had 2 flat tires. Seriously?? That's the best you can offer up? At least tell me something creative, like you were suddenly stricken with Corona Virus or something. read more

....friendly staff & good service but that's where the good parts stopped ....my wife got the mushroom swiss burger [already 11.00] which was ok but was charged 1.50 for adding grilled onions & another 3.50 for a tiny handful of fries and a glass of tea = 16.00 $ for a burger,fries & drink....i ordered the street/brisket tacos for 7.99.... dry & flavorless is an understatement [i couldn't even tell it was brisket] ...overall it was 24 $ & change for for a OK burger w/hardly any fries & craptastic street tacos....i SERIOUSLY wanted this place to be good but its just NOT ...16.00 bucks for a just OK burger & [tiny amount] fries & 8 $ for the worlds driest & most flavorless brisket tacos SUCKS.....this is at least the 4th or 5th crapy place to open in the SAME exact spot in the last 3 years ...great location , over priced ''meh'' to ''shitty'' food !! read more

I've been twice as of this review. It's not a huge place but a simple open floorplan with tables. The hamburgers are Angus, top quality and you can taste it. I went with some friends on this latest visit and everyone was pleased with their food. One friend mentioned that their salad was really good. Another mentioned that we made a good choice of restaurants. The sweet potato fries are shaped like the waffle fries you'd see at Chik-fil-a, and are delicious. Any of the wait staff we've encountered have been attentive and friendly. Geez, I guess the only complaint would be the black and white checked table tops here and there. Drives my eyes crazy, but hey that's really reaching for a complaint, right? Solid little burger place, maybe the best around. There is a wider selection of food but we haven't sampled those things yet. read more

I had to try this place because it's words Ribs Wings and Burgers was on the outside. The burger I had was fresh tasting and the mayo chipotle sauce was awesome and unique. Visiting the Burger Shop in Forney, Texas, served up a varied experience. The establishment gives off a nostalgic feel with its black and white tiled table tops, reminiscent of a 1950s diner. The cleanliness was commendable, making it a pleasant place to dine. The journey through their menu, however, was a bit of a rollercoaster. The central attraction, the Jalapeño Cheeseburger, was somewhat underwhelming. While the bun was well baked and fresh, the beef patty did not meet expectations. It was rather unseasoned, diminishing the overall taste. The addition of Tabasco hot sauce was a unique touch, but it wasn't quite enough to lift the flavor profile of the burger. The sides also left a bit to be desired. The mac and cheese was a simple arrangement of penne pasta with cheddar cheese, lacking the creaminess of a traditional cheese sauce, rendering it dry and bland. The tater tots were too hard and crispy, which made them less enjoyable. And for what they offered, the price points for these sides seemed somewhat steep. That said, not all was disappointing. The Philly Cheese Steak was indeed a standout, superbly prepared with delicious bread. The accompanying corn elote was also a delightful treat, bursting with flavor. This pair was definitely the highlight of the meal. Despite the inviting and clean interior, the wait time was a bit more than desirable. Nevertheless, it was bearable, if not entirely forgivable. One more star of the visit was our waitress, who was exceptionally nice and helpful. Her attentiveness and efficiency added to the positive aspects of the experience and made us feel welcomed. While it's called the Burger Shop, ironically it was the Philly Cheese Steak that would beckon me back, rather than the burger. Unfortunately, traveling from Greenville, Texas, I'm not sure the overall experience was worth the trip. I wish the burger had lived up to the name of the shop, as that would have made the whole journey worthwhile. The final verdict - a solid three out of five stars. Do not get the Jalapeno poppers, they suck, and they cost more than the burgers! Whataburger sells better burgers. Dirty tables, Dirty Floors. Staff was friendly. Besides the food being bad and not worth it, whoever design this place needs to find a new career, tables are ugly, the interior colors don't match, overall a headache, your getting Burger King quality for the price of Texas Roadhouse. read more

The people that work here are very nice. Also love the chili cheese fries the chili is great comes with lots of jalapeños and cheese. Love the variety on the menu and some unique burger options.
