So we are HUGE fans of this place. We ate at the Bentonville location before, and this location was just as good. Why does NWA have all of the cool, awesome breakfast places and Little Rock/North Little Rock have none? The only drawback to TBB is the wait. On Saturday morning at 10 am, the wait was an hour. But we checked in on the Yelp app to get on the waiting list. By the time we drove over from Siloam Springs, we only had a short wait. Yelp's wait list is awesome. My husband loves the omelettes here so much that he's starting to try and make the same ones at home. My daughter and I love the pancakes. She's a fan of the blueberry and lemon curd ones. I tried the strawberry cheesecake ones. Usually I can't (or won't) eat all of my pancakes but I think I licked the plate this time. We split a side order of bacon which came with 4 slices and was just right for the two of us. I wish a couple of pieces had been cooked a little more on the ends, but it's a delicious bacon. Lots of drink options including a variety of hot and iced coffees. The waitress brought ours in cute His and Her mugs that each had a Bible verse on the inside. The waitress was very friendly and provided great service. They've spread out the seating due to COVID and all of the staff did a good job keeping their masks on. There is some outside seating, but people who were waiting in line looked like they had taken those tables. The decor is very farm to table, Magnolia, Chip and Joanna Gaines-ish. Thankfully it's light, white and not one of these places that thinks people want to eat breakfast or brunch in a restaurant painted all black that looks like a cellar. Walking in, you are immediately greeted by warm smiles + a service like no other. They are incredibly helping in making sure you are on either waitlist, or seating you as soon as you get there. I've been asked up to 3 times if i've been helped as soon as I walk through the doors, to me, that is A1+ service and care for the guest. They must hire individuals with the warmest souls, because every-time I get my waiter, or waitress, they are not only there to be of authentic help, but I leave with a new friend. All this, and being a local business, it warms my heart to see this place thrive + create a community that all is there for a nice warm meal. I guess I can't forget about the food... TOP TIER. Waited an hour for disappointment. Ordered the cinnamon roll as an appetizer and it was so dry as soon as I tried to take a bite the roll, it fell apart completely. It's a very clean restaurant and food is good, but if you're hungry on a busy weekend, I would avoid unless you prebook reservations. Went there to eat for the first time bc family was in town and they had eaten at the buttered biscuit in Bentonville and said it was great. I decided to use the Yelp app and check in when we arrived. I also checked in with the hostess and she told us approximately 30 minutes for our party of 11. We didn't end up getting seated for 2 hours! The food was ok but overpriced($4 for 2 slices of bacon). I will not be going back any time soon until I know the wait time and customer service is better. The least they could have done was given us a better estimation of wait time or kept us up to date on how much longer but I had to go ask every 30 minutes to see how much longer. We went to the Buttered biscuit 13 Aug for lunch. I ordered biscuits and gravy. Asked for a bowl of extra gravy as the biscuit had about a tablespoon of gravy on it. The biscuit was dry, the gravy the worst I have had. It was dry thick and bland. The eggs and hash browns were good. The waitress brought our food and never checked to fill our drinks. My husband and I have eaten here a couple of times after things opened back up. We have had great service and the food is wonderful!! We have both gotten omelets- the eggs are so light and fluffy! Tried the new place in town. Enjoy the fact that you can use the app to join waitlist. Was not fully sure how the waitlist worked because it gave us a check in time and when we checked at the time it gave us we still had a 40 minute wait. Wait area is relatively small compared to crowd. We will know in future better how that works. Service was great from the hostess at front to the server that waited on us. Food was good but nothing that just blew me away. I'm probably too simple in my tastes because the specialized jams and drizzles were not really what i look for in my breakfast. The chicken had good flavor and the waffle was light and fluffy. The beignets were tasty but again should have ordered without the drizzled melba and marmalade. The decor was pleasant for a nice relaxed meal and seating was comfortable and didn't feel cramped even with a full restaurant. Staff was very attentive all over the place and did not appear rushed or hurried with the crowd but looked to get everyone taken care of in a timely fashion. I don't know how this place gets such great reviews. We were seated quickly but it was 7:30 am. There were four in our party and two had dirty silverware. I'm don't mean spots, I mean chunks of food stuck to the spoon. Breakfast for one person $17 and it wasn't even very good. I had the shrimp and grits because I was told it was "really good". Well there was a huge blob of grits that tasted like gritty glue with a sprinkle of cheese and tiny chopped veggies. The shrimp and bacon was good but there wasn't much of it. I love good strong coffee. I ordered the onyx coffee and it tasted really bitter....honestly McDonald's has better coffee and breakfast for that matter. The others at my party couldn't finish their food either. The hash browns were dark brown and hard in two plates and undercooked on another. It looked like they had been under a heat lamp and then tried to rush the ones that were actually fresh in order to bring it out at the same time. AI will say that I tried a bite of a biscuit and it was delicious. I don't particularly want to pay $5 for a good biscuit and not enjoy anything else on the menu. Truly who is reviewing this place the owners or staff???? No one offered even an apology for the dirty silverware and over cooked potatoes. The owner can only seem to respond for the wait. So I know the popularity of this place. I had the Biscuits and Gravy with eggs and potatoes, ordered over medium eggs that were really over easy but still ok. My wife had avocado toast, unfortunately the toast wasn't toast at all. Two slices, one was barely toasted and the other was not toasted at all. She also ordered her eggs over hard(well done) but they came out over medium. A bit underwhelmed to say the least. This location just opened about two weeks ago so maybe it will improve! read more

The ambience and the Decour is great but that's all the positive I can say about this place. I was really looking forward to going on a date on a Saturday morning with my husband but we decided to meet up last minute with some friends this morning. We joined in their party and they had already ordered. The waitress never took our drink order and I finally had to ask if I could place our order after our friends had received their food. I ordered A kids meal which came with a drink so I asked the server for orange juice. She didn't bring it out so after several minutes I finally had to ask her again for it when she was cleaning another table. My friend had gotten a cinnamon roll for her daughter and I was surprised when mine came out significantly smaller I asked the waitress if it was the same one that she ordered and she said it was. I wasn't sure if they had different sizes, she apologized and at that point I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was prompt to come over and he said the size we got was what it typically was and the one that my friend got for her daughter was larger than normal. OK well I am mediately asked him if I was going to have to pay less since mine was almost I would say close to half the size slightly a little bigger than that.? But then the issue was the fact that ours was hard, I could not even stick my fork into it. The manager said he would discount it at that point. Thankfully after I had to ask the server for our bill and she brought it they had taken it off. Between the service and the food I'm really disappointed and don't think that we will return for another try. I understand that a lot has happened and they may be dealing with training new people but they need to really work on their consistency and maybe even try a soft opening to make sure that the food is up to par before they start serving and charging guest. I also noticed when I took my children to the restroom that there was a larger table where the guest have left and the plates has a surprising amount of food left on them. That alone should be a red flag for the owners and the staff something is not happening correctly. It's also concerning that when I took my kids to the bathroom I noticed they have a station set up with toppings for their food with open containers just sitting there right where all customers would have to pass by to go to the restroom. I'm surprised that they are doing that with the regulations and health safety measures going on. read more

Friendly and helpful waitress, great cleanliness, inviting and bright atmosphere, and just overall comfortable place to be. Loved the blue and white modern farmhouse theme. I ordered the Kickin' Chicken Waffles, Biscuit, and Mocha Cappuccino. My husband ordered the Daylight Skillet with Sausage gravy and Biscuit plus coffee. Because you can't go to this restaurant and not get at least one biscuit. My chicken with bacon jam and fluffy waffles was definitely kickin!! They were the best chicken and waffles I have ever ate. The corned beef on the daylight skillet was moist and tender, red potatoes were seasoned just right, and he loved the Cajun Hollandaise Sauce. First time he has ever had hollandaise sauce and he couldn't get enough of it. Oh my how fluffy and delicious the biscuit, it was very moist. Sausage gravy was the creamiest tasty gravy ever.....even better than my mom's, but let's not tell her!!! Our only complaint would be is our eggs got mixed up when they came out-I was supposed to have over hard and my husband over easy-but it was easily handled by us just switching eggs at the table. Was pretty stoked to try this place, heard lots of good reviews. There was an hour and a half waiting to be seated but we thought we would wait and try it out. The atmosphere is great and the staff was very friendly. My wife, daughter and I all Had the Kickin chicken and waffles. The chicken was good quality but the eggs and waffles were cold and they give you a teaspoon of syrup for a large portion of chicken and waffles. We also ordered a stack of strawberry cheesecake pancakes as an appetizer to share. They never came out and when we asked about them they came back and said the first batch was burnt so they were fixing more. They finally came out five minutes after we were done with our main meal. But the pancakes were very good. Is it worth the wait and cost, nope- not at all!!!! For the three of us we had the chicken and waffles, pancakes to share and two coffees. The cost was 70 bucks!
