Just had my first spray tan at The Cakery, and I'm seriously impressed. The whole process was so simple and easy, but what blew me away was the device itself. I've had a lot of spray tans over the years, and this is the first one that uses warm air (no more freezing or feeling uncomfortable) to dry your skin. Mar walked me through everything and made it super easy. The space was private, beautiful, and felt really high-end. I've been working out here a little over 2 years now and my body has completely transformed!! At my peak I lost almost 16 pounds and lost 10% body fat while building up my muscle. The workouts are always different which keeps it fun. Mar and Barry are extremely knowledgeable and push you to be your best while also being very entertaining (they are goofballs and are always making everyone laugh -- bonus ab workout from laughing :) haha) The StepFusions class is suchhh a good workout too!
