The trainers provide modifications and work with those of us who can't do every exercise making sure we feel encouraged. They create a welcoming and motivating environment that makes every workout enjoyable, well , not enjoyable but doable, they are hard workouts. I have to dry my sweat a lot. HIIT style classes for all ages and all level beginners , intermediate, advanced. The trainers here really help you on form, so you don't injury yourself. They motivate you to keep coming back. You will not be discouraged or uncomfortable. The trainers all have different personalities, but none of them are judging you negatively. They have modifications for the workouts when you cannot do certain ones. Everyday is a different focus: upper body, lower, full. Classes are 45-50 mins. Different stations are set up and you rotate to each workout per timer, each all demonstrated before you start. No one is jumping in without knowing what to do. I joined the Camp in June 2024, after attending my first class. No trial , no testing the waters.I felt comfortable and ready for a change. The atmosphere here is welcoming and we all have the same goals to get fit and healthy. I work out in the morning, so these workouts really just gives me the energy for all day. Here via Classpass and it is a wonderful workout that will have you drenched in sweat! Gabby and Jocelyn work at the front and they are the most welcoming and sweetest staff. The community here is also very friendly and will motivate and push each other. The schedule currently is as follows: Monday/Thursday - Upper Body Tuesday/Friday - Lower Body Wednesday/Saturday - Full Body Some feedback - They blast EDM which I appreciate but the music can get too loud at times and it hurts my ears. In the same vein, it's hard to hear what the instructor is saying because their mic gets muffled. Other than that it's a wonderful place to get a great workout in! They also have a water station and a bathroom but no showers. There is also street parking available. read more

At first I loved the gym the trainers and some staff were great but as soon as there is a "problem" they disappear and are not helpful. My boyfriend and I joined the challenge and were told we needed to lose 15lbs in 6 weeks and would be guided throughout the challenge. For the majority of the weigh ins, the staff in front did NOT know what to do and when I asked questions they would state "I am not sure" and would state they would find out and never did. The one staff member that I "thought" actually knew the correct information misled us. On the week before the final weigh, they tell us we need to lose 20lbs and not 15lbs. Discouraged by this we speak to Jimmy (location's manager/representative) and he directs us to one of the girls in front, Judith, in which she states "I will find out by the staff what they have told you and see what we can do." This made us feel as though we were making things up. She kept repeating she would get back to us and would even be there for the final weigh in and speak to us. For the final weigh in she was NOT there but another girl who still did NOT know what to do. When asked to speak to Judith she informed us she would reach out to her so she can reach out to us. Later that day we get a message informing us of our final weigh in, by someone else, and when restating everything that happened they stated "She (Judith) stated that we would be going with the 15-pound goal for the challenge, and we've honored that accordingly." I questioned them as to when this was stated because I haven't even seen nor talked to Judith since our in-person interaction and have been waiting for her to reach out to me. I expressed how discouraged and unfair this was and if there was anything that can be done. Then they disappeared. The quality of their customer service is horrible to those and a few days later when asking to speak to someone of higher status, they stayed "Judith will reach out soon via email", it has been 4 days. The communication needs improvement between staff and I was just trying to ask for what's fair. I had been discouraged and of course didn't meet even the 15lbs as I stopped due to waiting for answers and being told different information last minute. read more

So thankful to have found Bootcamp as my kind of workouts. I rave about it all the time, I love the community aspect of it, I love that I get to go in there and clear my mind for an hour because all the different sets of weights are prepared, and different variations of workouts are set. All I have to do is come in and put in the work, mindlessly and focus at the task at hand! Each trainer has their own routine and set ups but sometimes it's nice when they switch up the style of training. Everyone here is nice, friendly, and respectful. Whether you're big or small, fit or trying to get fit, this place welcomes you. But what you put into it, is what you get from it. The only things I may suggest is a carpet cleaner vacuum (lmk, I'll buy y'all one), and a hand washing station outside the bathroom. After we all touch the same weights, I think it's important to wash our hands. Anyways!!
