    If you've been on the fence about getting your fitness on track or checking out the 6-week challenge at the Camp, this is your sign to DO IT RIGHT NOW. This was one of the most difficult and rewarding experiences of my life and I'm JUST getting started. All of the trainers were so supportive and kind; I'd like to take this opportunity to shout out Danielle who always knows when I can push harder, up my weight or reps, or need just a little more encouragement to get me through the workout. As of today, after 6 weeks, I'm down 17.5lbs and halfway to my ultimate goal. I'm now a member and can't wait to see where this journey takes me! Love you, Camp DTLB!!

    Great trainers and a very welcoming staff. I am Doing the 6 week challenge and enjoy what each trainer has to offer. Very motivating environment and a great fit fam all fitness levels can join the class which is what really pushed me to join . I don't ever feel out of place. Definitely going to continue my fitness journey with The Camp Transformation Center!

    I'm doing the 6 week challenge to lose 20lbs There's no excuses ! You put in the work and you'll see results! Classes are amazing and so much fun!! Follow the instructions and you'll succeed ! I'm a mother of 6 kids all under the age of 9! This is the best decision I've made! I feel amazing and lost 8 lbs in 3 weeks and toning up. Workouts consists of cardio and muscle workouts (strength) so you're not only losing the weight but getting firm! I couldn't be happier! It's been 9 long years since I've done any workouts after having kids back to back so this has definitely been a challenge!! I 100% recommend! Don't hesitate! Join now! You can choose the hours and days. And go multiple times in the day. **Mother approved **

    This place is the real deal. If you're serious about wanting to lose weight or tone up and lose body fat, they will provide everything you need. The community is awesome, the facility is awesome and the support inside and outside of the gym is what will keep you going. I completed the 6 week hard body challenge and even though I am a runner, triathlete, generally a healthy eater, I have never seen my body look this way. Toned and muscular, and it's just the beginning. I'm so happy these guys opened up downtown. Give them a go and see what you can achieve!

    Out of all the camps I've been to this is by far the prettiest and Best!! I love the Camp location, the building, the trainers the workers. I completed my 20 lb challenge and decided to become a member versus rolling over into another challenge. I'm plant based. I will continue my fitness journey on my own meal plan. Love you the Camp DT LB!!! Priscilla and Yazzie are Excellent and I feel that they are my friends.

Being new to the area, I was looking for a specific kind of gym--smaller, non-chain, that offered martial arts but also a good variety of strength conditioning and cardio classes. With LB Fitness I found exactly that, and more! Cardio kickboxing, combat conditioning, and Muay Thai with Edson have definitely been transforming my body--I am stronger, leaner, have more endurance, and am overall more fit than ever before. But taking these classes and seeing the results has also had a tremendous impact on how I feel: more confident, grittier, and full of energy! I'm now addicted to learning more combinations, practicing my kicks and punches, and am motivated to continue getting faster and adding more power. Also, as Edson is big on technique, his combat classes are great to learn how to properly work with weights, lift, and develop more strength without getting hurt. Boot camp and Zumba Strong with Bailey are also a must! Mixing cardio with strength conditioning (to a great soundtrack!), these classes are all about tightening, leaning, and burning calories. Also, Bailey is an incredibly encouraging, supportive, and motivating instructor, so while she will push you to your limits, you likely won't even notice until the next day when you are beyond sore =) Finally, LB Fitness tends to attract people who are willing to work hard to get results, but who are also down-to-earth, friendly, and supportive of each others' journeys, which has been truly refreshing. I definitely appreciate the community aspect of this place and am excited to keep going there. You definitely need to check it out for yourself!

I told Melissa on our first meeting what I want to work on with my body and what I want to improve with my fitness goals and she listened and made me feel confident with her workout plans that I'm going to achieve my goals. I love all our trainings, 1 hr of full body and 1 hr of lower body series twice a week. Every session, she comes with fun, challenging kick ass workout. Shes great at keeping me motivated even on the hard / super challenging circuit. She makes it fun and motivating!!!!! Melissa also gives back to our beach community with her beach clean up program every Saturday morning at Alamitos Beach. He's extremely knowledgeable about bone and muscle structure, knows how to work around unique builds and will try several different approaches to get you muscles able to work correctly if you have previous injuries or health concerns as I do. David is constantly switching up the activities that work on the muscle groups to keep you getting stronger - and it's never boring. Here's some other upsides (in my opinion): It's a smaller, private gym that you train at. While there are other trainers that have clients there often at the same time, I have never seen more than 2 other people working out there at one time. If you're intimidated to ask questions, get caught using the equipment "wrong", or you don't want to be judged at the big box gym meat market - this place is great. There is a smaller office inside The Body Loft where Dr. Steve works out of by appointment. Dr Steve is a chiropractor and coordinates treatment with David to help get your neck and back fixed and strengthen muscle to help prevent issues from reoccurring. Dr Steve and David accept most PPO insurance - a huge benefit, so ask them to look into it for you. If you're paying out of pocket for personal training, the cost is significantly lower than major gyms in the area charge and the training is WAY, WAY better than you will receive at the large gyms in the downtown area. There is NO hard sell at all and if it takes you a while to get to the point that you're ready to commit, you won't get the annoying repeated phone calls at the end of each month like you may have in the past if you gave your contact information to a big box. There are other reasons why I go here, but I've said enough for now. Call David, he doesn't charge to do a consultation or quote - if you think it's for you, then give it a try - you'll be surprised by the results you get.

They have Chiro, Massage, extremely knowledgeable Trainers that are concerned with your total health!!! Did I say that they have a FREE beach boot camp every Tues & Thurs morning at Alamitos Beach. Get there at 6:50am and you take it at your own pace... Always a GREAT workout, GREAT energy to start your day and the people couldn't be better, from the coaches to the participants... Come on out and bring a friend... You'll get a cool workout, great info, warm up, warm down and they offer FREE wellness consultations as well.. A true community service!! Thank you Body Loft!!!
