I'm a big fan of Club Studio and have been going for years now. Here's why I love it:…read more* The Gym is well lit, has all the equipment you'd need, and is never too crowded (or empty) to help us stay motivated to work out. * The Studios have great marked spots for each person, with instructors who bring the energy and fun to their classes. Plus, I appreciate that every class starts on time. I personally can't get enough of the Hot Yoga with Sandi! * The amenities are plentiful with towels, hairdryers, lockers and plenty of spaces throughout with everything we need. * The service is great. The Club Manager, Ricky, excels at taking care of the members. * And, there's plenty of free parking so you're never stressed looking for a place for your car or bike. This is a fantastic facility. Check it out!

I'm a very happy customer here now for almost a year. My only complaints about Club Studio are…read morewhen they build gyms without a pool or jacuzzi (such as this one in Long Beach) and they don't have any designations for beginner or advanced levels in their classes. It would be really helpful if you weren't confronted as a yoga newbie with instructors trying to get you to do hand stands or the very challenging moves and weight lifts in the Pilates x Strength class. I think they need to give info to the members about difficulty ahead of time or section off some classes as beginner, etc. I belong to another Club Studio in a different city as well, so I'd have to say the staff at the front desk at this club can be a little unfriendly and inattentive compared to the other club. But I love most of the yoga teachers at this Club Studio, and I really think they made great choices in hiring Sandi, Kelly, Karen, and Jason. They all have great personalities and try to make the classes accessible for people with injuries or special problems . But if you're a senior with a lot of physical problems, this club is probably not for you. The emphasis is definitely on the youthful customer here, and I hope I can keep up with the classes for as long as I'm physically able before I have to go somewhere else less challenging.

I didn't know I had that much flexibility?…read more Club Pilates offers several classes for varying degrees of experience levels. I previously took a Pilates class at another studio, many moons ago. Looking for a new fitness challenge, I decided to try an introductory class at Club Pilates. Registering was a breeze. My correspondence with the staff was solely via text message, and everything was handled quickly & efficiently. I was asked if I had any injuries, what my goal was, and reminded to bring grip socks, which are also available for sale. Inside Club Pilates, the studio was clean & inviting. Michael was the Pilates instructor, and he was full of energy & pep, which made for a pleasant experience. I thought I'd have a difficult time, especially with my tight hips/hamstrings, but I championed through the introductory class like a boss. Even increasing the difficulty several times. My thighs were burning, but I attributed that to heavy squats, earlier in the day. The pumping music, at just the right volume level, helped boost our mood the whole while. Overall, I had a fun & rewarding class at Club Pilates. I stressed muscles I usually don't hit at the gym, and increased my flexibility. I felt great, and look forward to experiencing the other classes they offer.

I am newly sober, plus sized, and sorta coordinated-- lots going on, LOL. I didn't want a…read moremembership commitment and I was a little worried about the complexity of the classes but the instructors are amazing! They offer suggestions for modifications without calling anyone out. No shame in the game! Janelle and the other front desk gals greet me by my name after only 8 classes and they worked out a low commitment package of classes for me so I wasn't overwhelmed. If you have never tried or been skeptical of Pilates, give their intro class a try!!

Wow!! This place is amazing. I've only been 2 times and already I feel a difference in my body. You…read moredefinitely get a full body work out (and soreness. Lol) at this gym. There's a variety of classes you can take such as cardio kickboxing, women's bootcamp (my fave), zumba strong (lots of fun and high energy), muay thai, and strength and conditioning. Bailey is awesome and I highly recommend taking a class with her as your first time coming here! Note: Small parking lot, but I've never had a problem finding a spot on the weekdays. There's also street parking as well.

LB Fitness is hands down the best gym I have ever gone to!…read more From the first phone call with Bailey, one of the instructors, I was impressed with how professional and no nonsense, yet warm and welcoming this place is. Being new to the area, I was looking for a specific kind of gym--smaller, non-chain, that offered martial arts but also a good variety of strength conditioning and cardio classes. With LB Fitness I found exactly that, and more! Cardio kickboxing, combat conditioning, and Muay Thai with Edson have definitely been transforming my body--I am stronger, leaner, have more endurance, and am overall more fit than ever before. But taking these classes and seeing the results has also had a tremendous impact on how I feel: more confident, grittier, and full of energy! I'm now addicted to learning more combinations, practicing my kicks and punches, and am motivated to continue getting faster and adding more power. Also, as Edson is big on technique, his combat classes are great to learn how to properly work with weights, lift, and develop more strength without getting hurt. Boot camp and Zumba Strong with Bailey are also a must! Mixing cardio with strength conditioning (to a great soundtrack!), these classes are all about tightening, leaning, and burning calories. Also, Bailey is an incredibly encouraging, supportive, and motivating instructor, so while she will push you to your limits, you likely won't even notice until the next day when you are beyond sore =) Finally, LB Fitness tends to attract people who are willing to work hard to get results, but who are also down-to-earth, friendly, and supportive of each others' journeys, which has been truly refreshing. I definitely appreciate the community aspect of this place and am excited to keep going there. You definitely need to check it out for yourself!

I have no complaints with CycleBar. I have been here several times using classpass. Each time i have arrived, staff has been welcoming. Seems to be a nice community. Lockers are a good size, studio is clean, bikes appear fairly spaced. Spin classes appear comparable to others in the area, I don't love any one better than the other. If you like spin class, invest in your own pair of shoes so you don't need to rent every time. The cardio is at your own pace. Adjust your own resistance. I have come to this class both when I'm feeling physically great and also when I am physically spent from the work day. On my slow day I appreciate biking in the low light, in my own corner, giving myself grace for showing up! In my experience, spin classes are not an end all be all, but more like a supplement to other activities and workout routine.

Every class is great for first timers and experienced people, and everything in between. They have shoes for rent if you don't have your own. Studio is always very clean and there are bathrooms. Unfortunately this location doesn't have showers like some others do. The parking lot can get packed cuz of the in-n-out.
