Amazing! This place had friendly, prompt customer service backed up by quality work. I called them to price a move-out carpet cleaning for a 5 bedroom, 2 story home. The response time was immediate and their quote was accurate to the cost upon arrival. I even had to reschedule once and mistakingly called them at 630am (I thought it was 830, ha!) and they returned my call almost immediately (though I don't recommend calling any business that early). This place sucks had them out to clean my carpet. The job wasn't dome right i can see where the machine tracks where that was like with dirty. When I called them to come back out to re clean I got a rude unprofessional guy on the phone. Because I told them that the job that was done wasn't good. I clean the spot with just regular carpet cleaner. I Don't recommend this company at all. Go to home advisors instead or a more reputable company. Just not this one. read more

I simply adore how I make an appointment and they are a no show. We call to get status and were told "we will call you back when I know the time" Nothing.... I call again and am told the technician called me and no one answered. Which was a lie because I had my phone near me the entire time with no missed calls. They were also able to clean some microfiber ottomans that were pretty dirty from shoes, etc. Everything looks better than I had expected! Called the Carpet "Guy" the response was swift. When the ad/coupon say same day service it was true. I called about 8:00am Saturday and they were at the house at 10:40 a.m. However, talking with the guy on the phone he said we'll be there at 10:30 a.m. and then towards the end of the conversation he changed it to 10 a.m. I sense some flakiness on that. Nevertheless, The Carpet "Guy" Brad and his young assistant showed up at the door. He automatically pitched other things his company can do for my carpet. I told him exactly i need done and what the coupon says- clean a room, hallway and family room. He basically sprayed the carpet and his assistant steamed it. They were done quickly. He told me they don't move furnitures I had to pay them extra that's why the service was cheap. But he was kind enough by my request to move a couch. He said, "one time" referring to moving a piece of furniture. He then commented how it's too bad that I don't have my carpet scotch guard today. I happened to look outside and my water spout was on, without asking ME they used my water to steam my carpet. Just boggled my mind that they didn't have the audacity to ASK Me to Use my Water to do their service; I'm sure I wouldn't mind. what's lacking in the whole experience is professionalism. I feel that I could've done a better job renting a carpet steamer. I'd be more professional about the whole experience. FYI I didn't see a truck on my driveway, instead it was a white van, which threw me for a loop. read more

I would recommend this company over and over again. We have hired them on two different occasions and we've had a present experience both times. They have very reasonable prices, you can get a single story house done for around $100. They are very prompt and polite. You can call to schedule and get service within two days. The only reason I don't rate them higher is because I had schedule my appointment for 8:30am and when I called to verify that they would be coming at that time they said they were running late and I would have to wait around until 9:30am. I called this place because I seen the ad in the Penny Saver and I was attracted to coupon #3 which is a 2 story special that should include the living room, the family room, the stairs, 3 bedrooms and a hallway for only $115. I was told that they would arrive in 4 hours after my initial call, which I thought was great. My family and I spent 4 hours moving our furniture out of the way for basically no reason at all. When they finally arrived and did a walk thru, an older guy that resembled Joe Pesci had the worst attitude with me for no reason at all. First he told me that the coupon I was referring to for $115 did not exist and they could not clean that amount of space for less than $160. I finally found the coupon I was referring to in my car and the guy was almost shaking mad that I found the coupon that proved him wrong. He called his office and talked over me as I tried to explain that I wanted only the service that the coupon offered. HE REFUSED AND LEFT WITHOUT DOING MY CARPETS AT ALL! I couldn't believe that he was upset and didn't honor the coupon they published for "ONE FLAT FEE $115 OUT THE DOOR". When I called the office to report what happened, the person that answered just said he would call back but never did. Luckily the Penny Saver posted another carpet cleaning ad (Today's Carpet Cleaning) right next to this company's ad. I called them and they were at my house in 30 minutes and even cost me less The Carpet Guy. I would never refer anyone to this company. They placed an ad for a coupon that they refused to honor. They would've gotten ZERO stars if that was an option; don't waste your time. Anybody can get carpets cleaned; it's the SERVICE you receive that makes the difference. read more

I took the afternoon off of work and was kind of scared that they would not show up. But they did and they were there a few minutes before their due time. They were in and out in a little over 30 minutes. The one guy did try to tell me that my living room was the size of 2 rooms and that he would charge me more. But when I told him that I had The Carpet Guys do my 2 rooms and hallway and I had never paid over $65 - he came right around. AND MY CARPETS LOOK AND SMELL WONDERFUL!!!
