Used this company's website to order flowers and it sent me to FTD florists. I ordered and had a delivery problem. Contacted the company and discovered they have not been accepting floral orders for some time. The bottom line is that I thought I was ordering from the Carrot Flower Company but was duped into ordering from an unknown florist. I assign no blame to the company, but am putting out a warning. Do not use their website to order because you will be involving a different florist and may not get the service and/or quality expected. read more

2/21/18 They were having their first anniversary and offered free delivery for a few days in celebration I finally was able to order flowers. I gave her an amount and told her I trusted her judgement cause I had seen her arrangements online. $30 I ass provided with a beautiful bouquet and personal note. The flowers were fresh and a list of the flowers in the bouquet was also provided. She delivered it in person, was so great to see Molly again. I had been wanting to check out this florist for some time now but my timing was always off. Mostly because of these cute vases I could see from the window. Molly the owner is so sweet I would definitely visit again if I'm near the market during the week. Love her display and gift items she carries. I ordered flowers over the phone for my sister in Seattle and the process was super seamless - I promptly received an invoice via email and was able to quickly/easily provide payment info online. The next day, Molly went above and beyond and even sent me photos of the arrangement (even included details on the types of flowers!) before it was sent out for delivery. Molly at The Carrot Flower Company did an amazing job on my order. I needed a special arrangement for my mothers birthday. She recently moved to a smaller apartment in Seattle and wasn't feeling super comfortable in her new location yet and I wanted to make her feel special. The two arrangements came out gorgeous! Molly is talented in her craft of arranging the master pieces. Since I live on the east coast I was worried about placing an order and having an ordinary vase of flowers arrive. After seeing some examples of Molly's creations I was reassured that she was talented and that the arrangement was going to be modern and beautiful. To my surprise, the flowers came out better than expected. My cousin works in downtown Seattle and this was to be a surprise for her birthday. She was blown away when the flowers arrived.
