Beware that the mark up on products may be quite high. I purchased an item and then later saw the identical item for $20 less on line and in another store a short distance away (on the same day). I went back and complained and was told we do "a slight mark up", the rent here is high, you pay for convenience, sorry. I will not return. read more

I was blown away by how knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and truly interested in finding the right solution the folks at the store were. They asked lots of questions, let me try samples, etc. they were genuinely interested finding the exact right solution for the problem presented. To be honest this was my first time in a store of this nature and was a little skeptical on if there was going to be any pressure to purchase more than what I was looking for but have to say I had a great experience. The gal that helped me was so knowledgeable. I wanted something for sleep and a friend told me about a place online to order which I did and had to wait quite a while to receive them so as I was getting towards the end didn't want to wait that long or pay shipment I went online to find a place close to home and low and behold right down the street was this shop. It was so open, bright clean and she (Haley) helped me so much. I will for sure be going back when I run out. Oh by the way I sleep like a baby it's so nice to get a good nights sleep and not feel groggy in the morning. I defiantly recommend this shop! read more

My wife and I went to this store to see if we could buy something for our Dog to calm her down because of the loud fireworks. (Fireworks start before the fourth of July where we live) We were told that 150MG of KingKalmCBD would help her. The owner told us that if it didn't work, we would have one month to take it back and get another product. My wife and I both heard him say this and it helped to sell us this product. We tried it and it didn't work for our dog. We went to take it back today and the owner said he never said we could exchange it. My wife and I are Seniors, and we took him for his word! I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. read more

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The CBD Shop, and let me tell you, it was an absolute game-changer for my well-being! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a warm and knowledgeable staff who were eager to guide me through their extensive selection of CBD products. It's clear that they prioritize customer satisfaction, as they took the time to understand my specific needs and offered personalized recommendations that were spot on. The range of products at The CBD Shop is truly remarkable. Whether you're looking for tinctures, topicals, edibles, or even pet-friendly options, they have it all! Their commitment to sourcing premium, organic CBD products from reputable brands is evident, providing peace of mind that you're getting the very best. What truly sets The CBD Shop apart is their dedication to education. The staff patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I had a thorough understanding of the benefits and potential uses of CBD. They even shared valuable insights on dosage and proper usage, which was incredibly helpful for a CBD novice like myself. I must also commend their exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about my experience. Their friendly and approachable demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel like a valued customer. After incorporating their CBD products into my wellness routine, I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall well-being. 8/12/19: First-timer... Did not have a clue in heck what to buy for my chronic neck and back pain. Ashley to the rescue. So patient! So personable! At first I was so excited that my pain seemed to lessen. However, I noticed I kept having to take more and more as the days went on. By week 2, I was almost out of CBD oil! I remember Ashley saying that all I would need is a few drops under my tongue a couple times a day. It just didn't work. I am so bummed, because I cannot afford the amount that I would need to take to help my pain level. P.s.: I bought the MedTerra CBD sublingual 3,000 mg's, which was the strongest they had. read more

Very knowledgeable and even better, the recommendations are true! We went in with a specific complaint - needed to calm an ADHD mind. The owner had two products but we could only afford the edibles. They did silence the white noise, so my friend could function more clearly. Also, their general tincture calmed my mother a lot without knocking her out, which helped me. Valuable CBD store with effective products in the midst of all the snake oil sales venues - they don't just say anything to get you to buy. Not the cheapest but you get something that works for the money. read more

The shop is always clean and the visuals are pretty kewlio including two massive fish tanks that are really fun to get lost in. The past few months I'm pretty much all concentrates and the deals they have going are what brought me in. Hash club is something to look into if you use concentrates. They have a great concentrate device collection and some after market options that rival the local glass shops. They even have dry tops for the Carta sport and a ton of Puffco tops. (Hash club gets discounts). Its also nice to see such a great looking shop that still hold better prices than the old run-down places. LOL Shout out to the staff too. Everyone Ive worked with have been super and the kind of folks you could just talk 420 fun with all day long. Go check them out, you will be happy.
