READ THIS WHOLE REVIEW. Wish 0 stars an option. What the hell. AFTER breaking the screen you were…read moresupposed to fix and refused to give a warranty PROBABLY because you knew you messed it up. I am a broke (not just sorta broke, I am so broke I go to the pantry for food) college student, and you scammed me after ACKNOWLEDGING your prices were higher than they should be. No sympathy. No empathy. Just cruel profit-driven intentions. I can no longer afford to fix my phone AGAIN right before break. My phone was moderately alright before you guys touched it. Now, it is obliterated inside and out. Thank you very much. I can't believe that you can look at a college-aged girl, struggling to breathe when the price to fix her only point of contacting her family 1000 miles away, and then say "Yeah, you weren't expecting that price were you." I am appalled. As I sat for three hours, missing two classes with mandatory attendance to get my phone fixed, it took another hour to get the wifi password to not be stranded in the middle of Gainesville. I have worked customer service. I understand it is not easy and there is a lot demanded of you. However, I never lost my integrity in the quality of service I provided. I frequently go and HAVE GONE out of my way, into personal inconvenience, to ensure a patron's exemplary experience. Ubreakifix has failed to do so. Never in my life, have I had a cooperative of adults so abhorrently dysfunction. Put ME in the back, cause I am damn near sure, at least then something might be done correctly at this establishment. I saw the quotes you gave other people around me. You scammed more than one old person. Appalled. Disgusted. I know see your gross business practice as Asurion parent company. You offer "insurance" and then have your services fail. Wow. You have reminded me, that there truly is evil left in this world. Not only have you scammed me, but I can guarantee you also fail to pay your employees a livable wage. Wow. Failing me, AND the people who work for you. I have learned that companies who play dirty, make dirty money. I hope you are happy you got $250 of my $800 a month paycheck (mind you, before rent). Because obviously, I know how to invest in my education, but not in a scam. Unfortunately, this being the first time I have ever been scammed so badly, I used to have hope for humanity. I am an optimist. You, my friends, have made me not only a pessimist, but a nihilistic one at that. I would have rather given a charity the $250 directly since apparently the first expenditure was a waste of money. I hope the big boss Guru Gowrappan knows that USC is only relevant because everyone knows that the only reason your school is considered elite is because you allow rich white people with ACT scores below 20 to be admitted. USC or "University of Spoiled Children". Embarassing. I guess this makes sense why you scam poor people because it is all you guys know. I can only hope that this review on Google helps at least one other poor college student stay away. Thank you for reading this. I'm sure no one actually will, but it is always worth a shot. As they say, shooters shoot.

I took our iPad Pro 2nd gen to have the battery replaced. I had called first before going out there…read moreon a Sunday 6/28/2026 & was told they worked on iPads. We went in & I told the tech the problems that we were having , that it kept going on & off only that morning & that it was getting hot at the area where the battery is. Being a master electrician & working on UPS systems I knew it was the battery. I also know you can't screw up the computer buy changing the battery. The tech wanted to do testing on it & I told him it was the battery to just change it. He said he would deduct the testing from the quoted price. He turned on the iPad & it came on no problems. It was losing charge quickly so again it was the battery. He said he would run a movie on it to see how it does so I said ok. The next day he called & left a message that they do not work on that iPad model, I called back & he told me it was because of the screen. I went to pick it up & what he did was killed the battery. He ran the movie on it & drained the battery completely. Now I can't access anything on it because it will not take a charge. The dumbest thing about the whole situation was I told him it was a iPad 2nd gen (he should've known then they don't work on them)& also he could have looked up the model number & serial number that was on the back of the iPad to confirm it. But I guess these tech's aren't that smart & shouldn't be working on electronic equipment. I know apple doesn't repair older models just to get you to buy new ones. But you can buy other brands of batteries that will work. This was a dick move they did screwing up our iPad & then claiming they don't work on that model. This is a unprofessional company
