AMAZING service!! Fixed my battery for cheap and super quick turnaround time. Everyone is super pleasant and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Paid $200+ for a minor phone screen repair and now my $1000+ phone is near completely unusable and they won't fix it.

The service (calling and in person) and quality of work done was disappointing. Customers should confirm, clarify, and stay vigilant regarding information relating to price and work being done, NO MATTER WHO YOU SPEAK TO OR HOW OFTEN. Explanation: Received four quotes for the same iPhone 12, ranging from $100-$200 (to fix the back glass). I tried to clear up any future issues, who to contact about my phone and I even tried to provide additional time (next day) to fix my phone due to my work schedule. The owner said that the time frame (6:00pm) he gave me included additional work and extra time for my phone. I left my phone over night. My phone wasn't ready, the employee mentioned not being able to to reach me... It was just awkwardness for the rest of our interaction. Nothing the owner and I talked about was relayed or followed up with. "The sugar on the cream", they cracked the glass screen protector and didn't say anything. read more

I never leave reviews, but my experience here has been so awful I feel like I'm committing a human rights violation by not doing so. Stay away - this place is currently a disaster following a recent change of management. I chose Campus Phone Repair fo fix the broken front and back glass of my phone following a drop. I saw the massive (almost inhumane...) proportion of 5 star reviews, and they also quoted me about $30 less than the Samsung certified repair shop in town, so I went in. 2 weeks and 4 or 5 separate trips later, sure my screen is fixed, but now the front camera is completely inoperational, and I feel like I need to schedule an appointment with a neurologist to address the massive headache this business has caused. At one point my phone was handed back to me with so little glue, that it fell apart in the hands of the employee that took it in the next business day. According to the store manager, this was my fault for "not giving them enough time", even though I came in AFTER they said it would be ready to pick up. Expect to receive no notification as to when your parts arrive, expect to answer the simplest questions about which color part they should order multiple times, and expect to have the store manager raise his voice, lie, and become defensive when you voice any sort of frustration or desire for accountability (while he's not loudly calling his employees lazy in the back room). Do yourself a favor, and keep calling and looking for quotes, or dish out the extra $20-$30 bucks and get your phone fixed somewhere where they know what they're doing. read more

Worst customer service. I brought my phone in on Monday and paid extra to have it done the next day. Not only did I have to come in every day of the week just to be told to come back day after day but it not being ready. When they finally "fixed" my phone it lasted about 4 hours and was broken again. I spent over $300 for nothing. I was fed false information and wasted my time. I was told that I would only have to pay a $40 fee if the new parts didn't work but when the time came they did not keep their word. It was my fault I trusted this company but I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Please be wary before giving them any money because from my experience they do not care about their customers and only want your money. read more

This is my second time getting my phone screen repaired here, first time I got it fixed and they put it under warranty. I'm quite thankful for that because it's now been 2 or 3 months and I woke up this morning and my iPhone screen was completely black. I was able to use it to guide myself here where they checked for water damage which thankfully there was not. I would highly recommend here it's by far the best and cheapest when it comes to someone that needs there screen replaced at least 2-3 time a year because I'm super clumsy! read more

This is the worst customer experience I have ever had and I want to warn everybody before seeking out tech help from this company. Last weekend, I brought my phone in after it stopped working. The manager explained that my phone's battery had died and that it would be a $80 fee to repair damages and install the necessary equipment to address the problem. I was told to come in the next day to pick it up. When arrived, I was told that the installation was not complete and that I should pick it up the next day. I was told this excuse for a week and a half. After weeks and over $250 later, I finally received my "fixed" phone, just for it to stop working a day later. After returning back to the store, yet again, I was told that I would not receive my money back and that there was never a guarantee that it would be fixed. I am disgusted by their customer service and lack of empathy towards my bank account and my time. As a struggling college student, I felt that I was taken advantage of due to my ignorance on the manner. Do not trust this company. read more

If you have daughters, advise them to AVOID "Campus Phone Repair" I have never left a negative review in my life (I've worked food service before and I know sometimes people just have bad days but this was definitely not the case), but my experience at the store was truly terrible. The owner (a ginger haired white man of medium height) treated me disrespectfully and spoke to me in a very condescending and patronizing tone, yet spoke respectfully to male customers. I initially tried to come in on Thursday but the store was closed for Wi-Fi issues. When my mom called to ask about the store hours, he talked to her disrespectfully but I still went in on Friday because I saw the reviews were 4.9/5 and since I don't have a car it was the closest option. On a Friday, I arrived at 1 PM and was told my phone could be fixed for $249, which I paid. I was told to call back at 5:30 PM and it would definitely be fixed by 7 PM. When I arrived to pick it up the next day (at 1:45pm and the store had been open since 10am but wasn't busy as no one else was there), the phone's front was not fixed and the owner explained the back glass he added was slightly crooked due to scuffing (not true), which the phone case would cover. I let it go because I just wanted to be able to use my phone again. He said he would only need 15 min to fix the phone. I told him okay and I'd come pick it up after my club meeting at 2pm. I returned at 4pm and it appeared to be working at first. Then, my phone kept randomly shutting itself off every five seconds. I kept turning my phone back on and I called my mom, dad, two of my friends but they all couldn't hear me. I wasn't muted and tried regular call, FaceTime, cellular, and school WiFi. Upon returning to the store, he told me he'd need 20 min to reset the phone. I put a 30 min timer on my iPad and left to get boba so I wouldn't make him feel rushed. I came back to the store after that and since he was in the back, he couldn't hear me so after waiting about another 5 min I said "hi excuse me?" politely. With no reply, I knocked on the door two minutes later. He came out angrily telling me he had heard me the first time (I didn't know that since he hadn't responded). I asked if my phone was reset and he said no, sometimes it can take 30 min or longer. After it was reset, I tell him that it still keeps crashing and he says in an annoyed voice that he needs 20 min to work on and finish the other guy's phone (even though I got there first). The owner later told me he knocked a part out of my phone while cleaning it, causing it to malfunction. He used a non-Apple certified display (a knockoff which caused an error message to show up in Settings and also disabled my FaceID). At first, he had claimed the missing circle bit on the back of my phone was just glue but later admitted it was a part he lost (which contributed to the issue as well). When I asked for a refund, he tried to gaslight me, backtrack and blame it on water damage. However, because I had waited so long, I did research on my iPad on tech discussion forums and I knew he was lying to me. So I said, "what the fuck you messed up my phone". He was extremely patronizing and said and I quote "oh no you know how the phone works? You know how the phone works? If you want a refund, I can rip off the phone screen and the backing I installed for you". He also said in a very condescending tone "ma'am we don't use profanity in here don't use the f word". That other man whose phone he fixed earlier had literally said "Oh yeah every fucker nowadays has a gun that's why u and I gotta keep up"and he just handed him the phone politely. While he did offer to "fix" this one part of my phone but said I'd probably continue to have problems with the phone for the rest of its life. He tried to tell me it would just take till Tuesday for the part to come. However at this point it wasn't even really about the phone, I was just so upset and tired that I wasted two days only for him to lie to me, be extremely rude to me and mess things up further. My dad came up from my hometown and tried to just talk it out with him to try to get a refund but he refused and even threatened to call the police on him. read more
