I had someone color my hair from a previous salon orange and shared that with Celeste which is where her "salon shopping accusation came from". It was so insulting, especially because I paid her $350 for the two previous times before this and tipped her even though I wasn't very happy with the results and decided to keep giving her a chance because she is a friend. After realizing this is how she treats "friends" or unhappy clients I will not be returning. She didn't offer to fix it. She immediately came back with rude comments and insults after just expressing to her it didn't look light enough and I had taken a half day at work and paid a lot and was disappointed. I have sent this picture as well as the texts from Celeste to two other stylist friends and they both agree along with everyone I have told and shown it doesn't look different or like I just got my hair highlighted at all and that anyone in the service industry would have handled that a lot more professionally.
