Great for ordering in bulk for an event. Reasonably priced and wonderfully local.

I tried them at the Farmers Market in Marion Square and they had the nicest display and setup.

What I got instead looked unfinished, uninspired, and frankly, careless. I wear more makeup to check the mail. To make matters worse, it was my birthday, a day I wanted to feel my best. Instead, I walked out fighting back tears. With a hair appointment immediately after, I didn't have time to ask for a fix, and ended up redoing the entire look myself. I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. When you book with professionals, you expect artistry, not mediocrity. Treat yourself somewhere that values your time, your money, and your face. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

This one was not. All the employees seemed guarded and very wary. They huddled in pairs staring at the roving customers. I've never been in a Sephora store and not offered any help, but there's a first for everything. The store also was a bit in shambles as tho a small tornado went through. The shelves were disorganized, product was mixed together, and they were widely out of stock on most items I was looking for. If they had any in stock elsewhere I have no idea because no help really was offered. Not my best experience by a long shot.

My family of 7 walked all the way over there Saturday the 6th at 3 pm excited to try the famous Mead our friend Cooper told us about. After a long walk, once we got there, there was a pretty large amount of people at the bar. My mom was super excited to try mead, as she is someone who doesn't really like the taste of alcohol but loves honey. My family went over to the bar to wait for the bartenders attention, which took a LONGGG while since he was chatting it up with his friends and ignoring the customers around him. When he finally came over to us, after telling his friends to hold on as he has to "help some people", he asked in a very unwelcoming way, "What do you want?" (Read that in a tone with a ton of attitude. That was it.) When my friend, who is the one who introduced us to mead in the first place mind you, said he didn't appreciate that tone and didn't find it funny, the bartender then proceeded to tell my family to "Get out then." My sweet parents were obviously floored, as was everyone else in my group. Never in my life have I witnessed such appalling customer service. What is ironic is that the friend who was spoken so rudely too was the one who tried to introduce my whole family to mead who could and probably would have been the biggest mead fans. I will not be recommending this place to people for mead and will instead warn against the horrible customer service. Unfortunate, as it is a super cute shop that we spent a lot of time in while waiting around, but that bartender will and already has caused problems for this business.
